Very nice place and perfectly located. It was noisy due to bar beneath but you really have to anticipate that with location. Would have been better if we were more night owls instead of early to bed. I would recommend this lovely apartment to friends.

We loved the location and the apartment was very nice and clean but it was very hard to sleep with the music and noise from the bar below sometimes till 2 am

The place was very clean and new-feeling. The location couldn't be better. The only drawback is the noise from the bar/restaurant and road but it didn't really bother us. There are white noise machines in both bedrooms. We would definitely stay here again!

My husband and I did a long weekend getaway to the mountains. This apartment was absolutely adorable, new, fresh and so clean! The place is so cute, I could see myself living in a space such as this. You have a private walk up to the flats where there are couple of apartments. We stayed in the two bedroom because that’s what was left, but I’m glad we did. Great views to the little town and so spacious. Everything was neat and in its place. The owners really did not spare any cost. We traveled to tuck river in Sylvia, dillsboro, casino in Cherokee and Maggie valley. Saturday we woke to a street fair with vendors. The restaurants and pubs are good food and beer and everyone was so friendly. Little shops are a plus! Don’t hesitate to rent if you are looking for a mountain getaway. We hated to leave we enjoyed so much!

This great little apartment had everything we needed. Great restaurants and fun shopping right outside our door. There are steps and some street noise but it’s all quiet by 11:00. We will be back!

Condo had everything we could have asked for on our weekend stay. It was clean, decorated nicely, comfortable beds, and a fantastic location!

We really enjoyed our stay. If only it had a washer and dryer and and elevator and it would have been perfect, but besides that everything was great. It has all the basic needs.

The apartment had everything we were looking for and more. Great location for visiting the surrounding area. Excellent cafes within a short walk. Had a fantastic weekend.

The property was just as it listed. Newly remodeled and located in the heart of Waynesville. Easy parking for the loft and perfect location to explore the beautiful town. The accommodations were great; very comfortable beds and very clean. The only complaint is you can hear the music and atmosphere from the bar below, but the noise quieted down by 11:30 and we had no trouble sleeping.

This apartment was like our home away home. We walked to all of our favorite restaurants and stores. Parking was easy and convenient. The kitchen and bathrooms had everything we needed. What surprised us the most, was that it was quiet. We fully expected to hear traffic and even sounds coming from the brewing company down below, but it was quiet. BooJum was a fun place to go and the food and beer was very good. The only thing I would have changed is the amount of luggage we brought because there is no elevator. The stairs will give you a workout! Marita was very sweet in her communication and answered back quickly after each message. We are looking forward to staying here again.
