Location is in town walking distance to all the downtown shops and restaurants. Clean apartment and well appointed. Very happy with selecting the property for our mini vacation!

The apartment was pet friendly (I typically don’t book pet friendly places) so I guess I should have expected it to smell like a dog, and it did. Very cute and very clean though. Parking was kinda tricky. Black Olive Italian restaurant was right underneath the apartment, it was delicious.

I highly recommend this property. It is beautiful with a convenient downtown location. We hope to stay here again.

Our stay was wonderful. Clean, close to many restaurants and stores. Loved the loft feel of the apartment. Would stay again.

Loved the cute apartment design inside, but completely disliked the steep flight of stairs my husband and I had to endured with our heavy luggage. The lack of parking and the distance we had to walk from the parking area to the apartment was disappointing. The restaurant below the apartment was certainly convenient. They served tasty Italian food and the service was exceptional. However, the Friday night band music was so loud it kept my husband and I from sleeping until 2:30 AM. I would have greatly appreciated it if I had been informed of the parking situation prior to booking my stay. It was communicated the day of my arrival.

Neat location in Johnson City

Property was amazing, very clean and elegantly decorated. We really enjoyed our visit.

It is now an annual tradition for my mother and me to stay for a week in this tiny gem, cook meals and sit facing the Juliette balcony, take strolls downtown. I have taken the same photographs of the space countless times. The loveliness of the design and the fall of the light just makes for memorable time on our travels.
