Perfect location- great condo with everything you could need. Loved the morning and sunset views from the lanai and being right on the beach as well as near all the restaurants on Bridge Street. Great, responsive hosts and an all-around highly, highly recommend for this property!

Location is very convenient. Short walk to restaurants, shops and the pier. The condo is very clean. The view of the gulf from the large lanai is a highlight especially for sunsets. We saw dolphins from the lanai. Mike was quick to respond to our questions. I highly recommend this condo.

This is our second trip to AMI and staying in this condo and we hope it won’t be our last. The view from the porch is unbeatable and the pool area right on the beach works so well for families. Mike and Dianna are responsive and helpful!

We loved our stay on Bradenton Beach at Gulf View. The condo was updated, clean and supplied with all that we needed. We met so many fun and interesting people there that have become our friends. The only downside was the absence of an elevator and the Moose Lodge next door. Hopefully we can stay there again!

We stayed here for a week with our nine-year-old son. The location is perfect. It is close to plenty of restaurants and of course, mini golf. The beach is great. The pool is very warm. The sunsets were amazing. The condo was fully stocked. It was also very clean. Everything we needed was there. Mike was very responsive with any inquiry. Easy. And just as described.

What a dream!!! This Condo had everything we needed and more! Pool was beautiful and the beach was just downstairs. Mike was so helpful and we will be back.

We love Gulfview. Have stayed at 2 separate places in the past 2 years. Both very similar. Mike was great to work with. The view and amenities are wonderful but over the year have definitely noticed a decline in upkeep of the building and surroundings. Not a deterrence for a return but still a concern. Will definitely be back at Gulfview in the future.

This was our 3rd time to the island and this was the best location we have stayed at. Everything you could think of was available at this property. We were even contacted to make sure we made it safely and had everything we needed. We will def. be back!

This is the second time we’ve stayed in this unit. With this location, you are in the center of it all, with great beach access, a great pool, and within walking distance of great restaurants and shops. Check-in was super easy, the checkout process was just the same. Mike is super easy to communicate with and ensures your stay will be as carefree as possible. The Moose Lodge is right next door as well which makes grabbing a drink or snack super convenient while hanging at the beach. We became members after our stay last year and it proved to be a good decision.

We stayed two years in a row in this condo and it has never disappointed. It is clean and the owners are so nice! I have shared this condo with all of my family and friends! Thank you!

Perfect location. Well stocked, plenty of beach towels and beach chairs. Very comfortable beds. Small condo complex, only 10 units with private pool and private beach entry, so you almost feel like you have the place to yourself. Very clean, balcony overlooking the gulf for perfect sunset viewing, and shades on the balcony to help with afternoon sun. Covered parking for two cars was a bonus. Directly across the street from a Circle K, which was very convenient. And one block from the shops and restaurants on Bridge Street.

This is our fifth time coming to AMI and even though we enjoyed our stay, we never found a place that we wanted to come back to. That was until this year. The condo was amazing! The bedrooms were spacious, the kitchen was fully stocked, and the view…wow! It was so nice to sit on the balcony every morning and in the evening to watch the sunset (something we didn’t get to do all the time as our son would go to bed early). I loved it was screened in too. The AC was a major plus for me as I get cold easily from window units that we’ve had in the past. The master bedroom had a huge walk in closet that was wonderful to store our luggage. Being able to park our rental under to shelter from the weather and hot sun was a big plus. Mike’s communication was wonderful. All in all, we had a wonderful time and already booked next year’s trip as we definately found someplace to keep going.

Everything about our stay was fantastic! The location was phenomenal. You can walk to various restaurants, shops, and bars, etc, in a couple minutes. The beach is right outside your window. It is so peaceful and relaxing sitting on the lanai and looking at the Gulf. Almost anything you need for the beach is on-site and specific to this unit. The owners, Mike and Dianna, are wonderful to work with. The electricity in the neighborhood went out one morning for a brief amount of time, and they contacted and checked on us before I could even call them. They care! The condo is decorated in a fun and beach-like style that makes you forget about all of the normal headaches of day to day life. This was our third year in a row on the island, and Mike and Dianna’s condo helped to make it our favorite stay by far! We highly recommend renting from these great people and would love the opportunity to stay here again in the near future.

We really enjoyed the view and it was a great location to walk around to lots of restaurants and shops. The condo was well updated and spacious. I did not expect the master closet to be so large, that was a nice surprise. Mike communicated with us to make sure we had what we needed. The building is very close to shops and dining, it is directly next to a very busy part of the road, so it was quite loud with the road noise. There were some rude tenants staying in another unit the week we were there (unit 104; many inconsiderate and dangerous behaviors on the beach). They also left the gates open constantly and another condo owner reprimanded us for this even though we shut the gates when we came and went. So, that was frustrating, but not Mike and Diana’s fault.

We have been coming to the area for years and our 1st time in this condo - -- and this condo was amazing! All that was advertised and more! Wonderful location - views - and owner communication -- Fantastic time!!

This condo is all you need for a great beach vacation. It’s comfortable, clean, and within walking distance to great restaurants and shopping. The owner is responsive to questions and concerns. We have stayed twice now and hope to stay again.

We enjoyed every bit of our stay. The condo is well equipped with everything you could need inside and out. The location is the best of both worlds. Enjoy the beautiful ocean view from you balcony and enjoy days lazing on the beach. At night, walk across the street and enjoy dinner at many different locations. Stop and listen to live music to complete your day. I can’t wait to return!

Everything was perfect and smooth sailing from the time we booked till the time we checked out. Mike and Dianna were great with communication and very quick to respond to any questions we had. The property was very nicely decorated and clean! The view - we just can’t say enough about it! We were there for our wedding, so we had friends and family that would visit and everyone said the view was spectacular! We would definitely stay here again! In fact, we’re looking forward to it!

This condo was very clean and offered many extras that we really appreciated. The beds and pillows were super comfortable. The lanai is perfect to enjoy the gorgeous views! The location of the condo is close to Bridge Street for entertainment, shopping and food. We will definitely be back!!

Beds are super comfy, unit was nicely stocked with beach towels, awesome coffee cups/maker and beautifully updated. The owners rock on every level. We've been coming to AMI/Bradenton Beach for 10 years bouncing back and forth between rentals and have found our forever vacation home! Thank you Mike and Dianna!
