Quiet neighborhood, a great place to refresh! Close to shopping area and golf courses.

The house was very nice and had everything we needed. We would definitely rent again.

We very much enjoyed our stay. It was very comfortable and the decor was really cool and well thought out. We would absolutely stay at this property again.

This adorable condo is exactly as described. The owners have all setup, so it feels spacious. So clean, cute and clever decor, it felt warm and inviting. The kcups, coffee, etc. and all other little extras were very welcomed. Wi-Fi connection was fast and owners provide all the channels and apps. A comfortable bed, always hot water available and quiet. Early morning train (which I personally love that sound) and trash pickup were not a problem for me. And, most seniors, if we are all honest, wake up early anyway. Plus, I like to catch the Arizona sunrise and patio was perfect for this. It is convenient to my family, and I will be reserving again. Thank you for providing such a great place at a reasonable price.

This home is very easy to find and conveniently located. It's close to a grocery store, gas stations, and eateries. Check-in and check-out were easy. The bed was very comfortable. We appreciated the availability of bottled water, kitchen supplies, and laundry machines.

My husband and I stayed in this attached house for four nights to check out the Sun City neighborhood and see family in the area. The place was just as described. The location was very convenient to major highways and there was a grocery store in walking distance. The house had wonderful little touches like keurig coffee pods and soap, shampoo and laundry detergent available. I would definitely stay here again when in the area.

We enjoyed our stay. Bed was very comfortable. We liked that the TV selection was great and appreciated that it was easy to operate. The location was great for us, close to the 101 and thus easy to get where we wanted to go.

Dennis and Judi are the best host, they are very friendly and they were very prompt with their responses to all of our inquiries. My wife and I give them 5 stars in all 6 categories. 1. cleanliness: All areas of the unit were spotless, the antique decor is enchanting, and there's something to keep you engaged in every room. The HOME even had a romantic feel with the tables set for two & wine glasses. The Queen size bed was very comfortable. 2. Check-in was a breeze with their security system. 3. accuracy of on-line listing- everything is as pictured to include the orange tree in the front yard. :) 4. communication with our host- they answered our inquiries promptly. 5. location and neighborhood: very clean neighborhood, We came down to attend a conference which was located only 10 minutes away in Peoria. We didn't get a chance to do any sightseeing, but the Door keepers of revival conference was fantastic. We stayed there the 1st week of Nov. 2022. the weather was pleasantly warm. we truly enjoyed the home it had everything we would use in our own house. the "coffee corner was stocked with a variety of "k" cup flavors & they have a coffee pot as well. Thank you, Dennis and Judi for making our stay in Sun City memorable- We"ll be back!!

My first time using VRBO. My experiences with VRBO as well as with this property were excellent. The property had everything I needed including a well appointed kitchen and large screen TVs in living room and bedroom. And the location was great. Walking distance to Fry’s grocery, shuttle ti airport nearby snd about a mile from my family. The couple that owns it were great with communicating and setting up contactless checkin/checkout . I look forward to staying there again.

We really appreciated the fun antiques throughout the little home. We thought the place was very clean and well-appointed. We were a bit taken aback by the neighborhood. We obviously didn't read the description well. I think we expected a single home rather than an apartment feel. 3 suggestions: Install a dishwasher (they're not very expensive), consider a king size bed instead of queen, and blue toilet cleaners are very hard on toilet hardware (my husband is good at plumbing).

Comfortable, convenient, responsive owners, private patio, updated kitchen, thoughtful amenities such as water, Keurig coffee, condiments, laundry and supplies, walking distance to Fry’s grocery. Took the Sun City shuttle to the condo, rented a car at Budget Rental in Fry’s.

Beautiful property, and well taken care of! I enjoyed the privacy of the back patio. I am from New Jersey, and loved staying in this beautiful Sun City home while visiting with my sons (the older one is stationed at Luke AFB). Truly a blessed time making beautiful memories!

Great location, comfy unit, and very well equipped. Plenty of all the essentials. Plus Dennis was very helpful with meeting our needs. Enjoyed our stay.

Everything we needed was provided

I stayed in this property for an extended (eight day) visit to Sun City. The location is excellent. The place is pretty much as presented in the description and photos. Very clean and tidy. It is within easy walking distance of a Fry’s grocery store and other shopping. The kitchen is recently remodeled and well equipped. The host provided plenty of bottled water and a well-stocked Keurig rack and machine. Note that there is no dishwasher. The rooms are nicely appointed. As one reviewer remarked, the décor is almost museum-like and will keep you engaged. The mattress was firm and comfortable. There is plenty of storage and closet space in the master for unpacking. Check-in was straightforward. The rear door is outfitted with an electronic lock. This was welcome since I didn’t arrive until after midnight. For the most part, it is a very quiet location. There is some road noise from Grand Avenue. Jets start taking off from Luke AFB at around 7 AM. And there is an occasional train on the BNSF mainline that parallels Grand. I slept with the window open some of the time and found if I closed it, the noise disappeared. Wifi reception is adequate, but not blazing. I would definitely stay here again.

Perfect spot to experience some new courses. Condo contained most things we needed to cook. Appreciated the security system. And thoroughly enjoyed the oranges from the front yard. Nice and quiet at bed time but the mornings and daytime are noisy with Planes, Trains, and Automobiles! Which of course cannot be controlled by owner.

The little one bedroom-one bath apartment is such a clean, nice place to stay. They have it decorated so cute and it made our stay very cozy and enjoyable. The hosts also provided free coffee, creamer, water, etc.... Everything is set up as if you are at home. The only suggestion I would make is to invest in a more comfortable bed. We both considered sleeping on the couch or floor as to avoid the bed. We ended up sleeping on pillows so our bodies wouldn't hurt so badly.

This property was the perfect size for the two of us, with room to put a couple of extra chairs around the table so my daughter & her husband could join us for lunch and games in the evening. My favorite feature was the open shelving in the bathroom, which allowed me to unpack and have my toiletries handy. We slept well in the comfortable bed, appreciating the ceiling fan and TV in the bedroom. The water bottles in the fridge and pint of ice cream in the freezer was a welcoming touch. I won't hesitate to rent this property again next time we're in town!
