This house was great. The water options were a blast. This house had plenty to do both inside and outside. We definitely will be looking to go back.

We enjoyed our trip. House and setting was very nice. Wake Boarding and Wake Surf was a little better up the North East arm. Amenities were great.

This house was over the top once we opened the front door, looking out the huge windows at the lake view without even walking onto the back patio! We were welcomed with a dining table decorated with Mexican themed -chips and dips, margarita mixes, miniature tequila bottles… what a nice welcome!! This beautiful and spacious home accommodated our family of 20, perfectly with space left over. Coffee/wine on the patio watching the sunrise and sunset, a great time by all, floating in the pool, sliding into the lake, dancing and playing games inside. The only issues were with the hot tub temp, a sofa bed and the upstairs a/c. My calls were answered immediately, someone responded within a reasonable time and issues were addressed to satisfaction. MJ was our contact person once we reserved the house, and provided excellent communication before, during and after our trip, and was pleasure to speak with! Nick gave us a warm greeting and was very thorough in showing us everything about the house. Anyone that came out when we called, made sure that our stay was an enjoyable one, and it definitely was! We rented all three properties as a corporate retreat. Trip was phenomenal. Highly recommend staying at these properties

Wonderful weekend!

The indoor is very spacious and is very adequately supplied. The beds are very comfortable and enjoyed watching tv in bedrooms at night. The pool and hot tub were great both for kids and adults. The kids loved the kayaking with a parent.

This house is amazing! It was absolutely perfect for our large family gathering and birthday celebrations. The house is open concept so was great for spending time together in the large kitchen and den area! The bedrooms downstairs are set apart on either side of the house so nice and quiet. The pool is beautiful and even larger than I thought. The patio is very large and covered. We loved the dock slide and swing. This is the perfect house for family and friends to get together! We will wtihout a doubt be back!

Perfect house and location...4 masters and a large bunkroom, everything you could ask for is there (including fully stocked kitchen) …very friendly and responsive management team...no stairs to get to the pool (nice for older folks)… lots of shade and beautiful views...very easy check-out process (just take your stuff and go)… we rented boat and jet skis from Wave Chasers - highly recommend - they delivered and picked up, super easy. We loved this place and will definitely return!

This place was incredible! My wife and I had a family vacation week with our four kids, their spouses, and our nine grandkids. The house is awesome. The swimming pool was great, it’s so convenient to the house. Access to the lake was awesome as well. The kids loved fishing for small fish off the boat dock. We have done several other family vacations, but this place was by far the best that we’ve ever stayed at! Thanks to the incredible staff who prepared the house and interacted with us throughout the week. Thanks also for the delicious charcuterie board, wine, and drinks as a welcome gift!

I loved the house and all it had to offer the moment I found it online. It is the 4th house we have rented for our annual family lake trip and we all agreed it was the best. We appreciated the group we rented from and all the extras provided. Any time I had a question, a response was immediate. Thank you for all you did. We will be back!!!

When you first walk in the door, a beautiful view of Lake LBJ greets you. You couldn’t ask for a better location and open water view. The pool was relaxing. We also brought our boat and a slip was available in the boathouse. The slide into the lake from the boathouse was a lot of fun and my granddaughter took full advantage of it. The house was spacious and comfortable. If you have a large group, I would definitely recommend this house. We will be back.

The owners of the property replied quickly by email, text and phone call with any questions we had. This was the first time we rented a house so of course we had questions regarding the rental and the process. My husband and I did not want to leave so we ended up staying an extra day which was amazing because it was so beautiful outside and we were able to rent a boat and pull into the slip which made the experience even more memorable. The neighborhood was so peaceful and quiet. We never heard vehicle traffic minus the boats driving by at night and in the morning which was quite peaceful. We loved waking up in the morning and looking out over the water and drinking coffee by the pool. I cannot explain how much we loved this location and house. We wish we could go every weekend. We will definitely consider this location for future vacations and have already been talking about booking a family vacation later this year.

The pictures are clearly taken by a professional (who did a great job), but do not do this property justice. The moment we walk through the door we were all blown away. Their is so much space, all of the rooms are comfy, their are 2 large fridges for plenty of drink storage and food, the garage has fun games for adults and kids. The sound systems and TVs were great for all the group members that are into sports. Smart TVs on every room with streaming apps (love Roku). There is a large foldable poker table for BJ/poker games, tons of chips and a few worn decks. There’s something for everyone in this house (of all ages). Lastly, our host MJ made this experience so much better. MJ was so accommodating and helpful in so many ways. Even before our arrival, we communicated about heating the pool, parking information, and all the details about the house. MJ is a big reason our group will be returning to this property, or another of the many properties managed by Horseshoe Bay Living. Their web “Guidebook” is great, but could never give the human touch and customer experience MJ added to our memory of the weekend! 10/10 all around
