Liked the design and cleanliness. I like that you can park on the floor that you stay. Accessibility is good.

Firstly the booking.com link that I used to book did not explicitly say breakfast not included. I had to book breakfast at 200 rand per day per person. I did not mind paying the price but the quality of breakfast was sub par. I had a better breakfast at the gateway hotel for much cheaper. The selection was very limited for the price you pay.

Can't even order water after 10pm or juice, linen was not changed once on our stay, no bar fridge but yet there was space for one, R40 for a cream soda ridiculous... Terrible I will never go back to your facility...

Everytime we asked for an iron it took so long.. also asked for a menu for food and the lady who was on duty was so rude her tone was totally off. Please consider putting diffusers in the rooms.

I couldn't have breakfast. The family member who had it said it was okay; she was just surprised by some of the food during breakfast that she expected to be served at lunch or supper.

There was no time not to like anything. All my needs were taken care of. I had a busy schedule.

The decor was out of this world, cleanliness level and rooms were great - very modern and well kept spaces including the lobbies, bar and restaurant. The beds were so comfy and linen was crisp and clean. Very convenient location and the view of the ocean is superb. The set up of the rooms and bathrooms were spacious, which is a breath of fresh air! The shower is modern and well pressured, also very clean with an additional nozzle / shower head.

The breakfast was a big disappointment, especially for the additional charge of R200 p/p it's not worth it - rather grab breakfast from one of the restaurants in the area, you'll get better food for less. Runny / watery creamed spinach, under cooked basically raw "grilled" tomatoes, sour melon/fruit and unseasoned potatoes were the main issues... we missed the standard sides such as baked beans, grilled mushrooms and condiments like tomato sauce were hard to get your hands on. It took about 20mins for my husbands cappucino to arrive as well, which is a no no for hotel breakfasts as you need to be done as quickly as possible. Overall for the price you are paying per a night for this accommodation (and then the additional charge for breakfast) the quality of the food did not match up. Some pastries, croissants, freshly grated cheese and standard sides such as hash browns, hollandaise sauce, bake beans etc will go a long way and elevate the breakfast to a 4 star level!

The gym is very small , hygiene at gym is not prioritised. No sanitizer, no hand towel.no mats . The 1 ply toilet paper in the bathroom was the worst experience

The breakfast was a bit average, nothing wrong with it however the one day the bacon was too salty and the next day the bacon tasted like it was boiled or something. The whole was absolutely beautiful and clean. It looked exactly like the pictures. I felt safe throughout our stay. The staff we interacted with were lovely they greeted us and served us with a smile especially upon checkout, the two receptionists were exceptional. My refund was seamless. I would definitely recommend the hotel. The location is great, it was easy to be picked up and dropped off via Uber. The view at the breakfast room was really amazing.

Upon check-in I was not told about the facilities of the hotel, the receptionist had to answer the phone. Upon entering the hotel there was nobody to help me with my luggage, even those that saw me struggling didn't offer to help. The blue-tech iron shouldn't be offered to guests, the cord is very short and difficult to change the temperature on it to suit the garment I am ironing. A huge security risk was when I asked to have a key recut for me the receptionist on Saturday night asked me to confirm that I am Zwikazi Noqamza instead of asking me to state my name so he can confirm on the system. Upon check-in I paid R1200 for our daily breakfasts however every morning at the breakfast room we were questioned and they would have to confirm what I was saying to reception. I don't know if comments were made on our booking or not but that wasn't nice. Pit checks should be done properly to ensure all is communicated on the system and to relevant outlets on the property.

Didn't like the room because it had a door attached to the next room. Hence hearing noises from next door. Baby crying, children screaming, what they do best.
