The condo itself is very nice and pretty roomy for what you might expect. The community it's in is very quiet and not busy. Only small problem I had wasn't with the home it was with the pool. The 2 you get access to are beautiful but they're pricy to get into. Especially if you have a bunch of people.

Comfortable stay in a safe neighborhood. Felt like the home away from home that we needed as a base for our Cape Cod travels. We were able to commute by bike to Skaket Beach which saves money and is a great family experience stopping off at bakeries and ice cream shops on the way.

Vacasa did not respond to my inquiries/questions until days after my return! I reached out to them a couple of times during the vacation with questions and no response. Not sure I would use them again. Other than that the accommodations were lovely and I would stay there again although I would prefer to not go through Vacasa again. Their emails to me once we got home stated they had a high-level of email inquiries and couldn’t get back to me in a timely manner. Unacceptable for the amount of money I paid!

Clean & good location. but def not a 2 bedroom. One room is loft that is open to living room so no privacy. Beds are very uncomfortable. A/C does not work in living room which made the whole experience not pleasant. The house was 82 plus degrees. The worst was the lack of responsiveness of the managers. The AC issue was not even looked at until the end of the stay and wasn’t fixed. We won’t stay here again..

Proximity to bayside of the cape, midway between the canal and P'town was great. We did a lot in 4 days. The condo was clean and pretty comfortable. The only issues were that the coffee maker wasn't cleaned, and kitchen waste basket could have been wiped down inside. Mattresses both down and upstairs king bed could be updated as they were not comfortable. A mattress topper on both beds would help. We would stay there again. There was parking available for both cars.

This condo was as advertised and clean although I wish the sleeping arrangements were more comfortable. The bedroom only had an old, creaky full sized bed. While the king sized bed in the loft was comfortable it seems as though the main bedroom would be better equipped for adults as the loft is more of an option for kids. An upgrade in bedroom furniture would make a big difference.

There wasn’t nearly enough trash bags (only the one that was in the bin already), towels (for the amount of people the place accounted for), paper towels (only was one roll), the wifi password was incorrect and i had to trouble shoot with the 800 number, no contact with the direct host unfortunately. and much of the plates and silverware was in the dishwasher when we got there, not sure if it was clean or not. The location and space itself was beautiful and a great layout but the service and cleanliness could have some more attention

It’s truly a two-bedroom house even though it’s only listed for one bedroom. The loft is huge with its own bathroom. It sits in a gated community with lots of amenities like golf, restaurants, pools, etc. There will be extra fees but you can’t beat the convenience. Brewster is beautiful and centrally located. We were able to explore the entire Cape. Ptown is the furthest town but it’s a beautiful 50-minutes long drive so we didn’t mind it at all. We even did a day trip to MV.

Loved the condo community. Very beautiful landscaping. The breeze through the trees was heavenly when I went for a walk each morning. Condo was clean and inviting.
The downstairs bedroom was perfect for my 84 yr old mother, right next to the bathroom. Only drawback for her was getting out of the shower. (Slipping) Her solution, she put several towels on the floor for her to step on. That is it. Great, lovely clean home. The loft was perfect for the two kids and myself also with its own bathroom. Thumbs up!!

this home is located in a private area with great walking (running) trails. If you are a golfer it is perfect. We were in the area for a family gathering. It gave the convenience of location and a quiet place to return to at night. the accommodations were adequate, but not updated. I especially liked sitting on the patio in the sun reading.

Such a comfortable condo - kitchen equipped with everything you need, lots of towels, sofas in each bedroom and living room. The neighborhood is located right off the Cape Cod Rail Trail and restaurants of all sorts are nearby. We’d gladly stay here again! The WiFi was terribly slow but we were assured that this problem was being remedied.

Just what we were looking for— great location and property. The most important thing to us when renting is a clean and comfortable house. Thrilled that it was spotless and comfy. Had extremely easy check in/out. Look forward to staying again
