Great Location

We have been coming to OIB for 33 years. We originally stayed in the unit directly across the walkway from where we just stayed. The original was nice, but for the second year in a row , this unit was absolutely perfect. It has EVERYTHING a vacationer needs including a Keurig coffee maker, all the cooking utensils and dishes to eat from that one would possibly need. Having a washer and dryer is always a plus and this set appeared new and very efficient. But…..the very best feature of this unit is it’s location. You can see the water from the deck and it’s a very short walk across the street and onto the beach! We loved our week and without a doubt, we plan to be back next year!

We came to OIB to learn about the area. Our property manager was great to help. Wayne offered us some good suggestions for enjoying the local beaches and surrounding communities. His condo was right across the road from the beach. Getting to the beach was easy and a short walk. We enjoyed the beach walks. Traffic was light during our stay, so we had no issues getting around the area.

We love staying here - property manager is awesome. Always accommodating. Property is clean, well maintained and perfect for small family getaways.

Condo comfortable. Stairs to beadroom are steep, narrow, difficult to navigate. Streaming TV / internet out on Saturday. Moldy coffee grounds in coffee maker. Overall just ok.

The place is perfect for my husband & I. We like to come to Ocean Isle for the “Fall Brawl” fishing tournament. This was our second time here. Everything was clean and we had great weather. The owner was easy to get in touch with.

This is a cute condo, exactly as described. Very close walk to the beach, easy parking, nice amenities. It’s a loft, as described, so it’s open to the downstairs and sound travels back and forth. Overall, a great stay, great restaurants close by, a relaxing time!

My wife and I came alone the week before all the kids and grandkids arrived the following week. This one bedroom condo was perfect for us. Across the street from the beach, so the walk to the beach was really easy. Place was quiet, well equipped with everything we needed. Would definitely stay here again. Owner was quick to answer any of our questions.

This is the second time we stayed in this condo because we really enjoyed it two years ago. It was easy to book and get into the unit, it was clean, well equipped, in a great location, and just right for the two of us. It was a little difficult to adjust the volume on the living room TV, perhaps adding a sound bar would help. We hope to return to your unit when we come back to vacation in Ocean Isle Beach! Our stay at Starboard OIB was great! My family had stayed there a couple of years earlier so we felt like we were back home! The kitchen was very well equipped. The unit was very clean and had been updated since our last stay. The area was very quiet and the walkway to beach was just across the street. The pool was very refreshing and clean. Wayne contacted us to inform us of details that we needed to know. Thank you, Wayne! We look forward to visiting again in the future!

Perfect place for my husband & I. Location is fantastic! Within a couple of minutes, you are on beach, at oceanfront pool or other pool in Starboard. Nice not having to climb a couple of flights of steps to get to unit. The deck in front of unit offered more privacy than I thought it would. The unit itself was clean and modern. Handy having washer & dryer. My sister stayed with us for a couple of nights and it didn't feel too crowded. Communication with owner good with prompt responses to any questions I had during process. Would definitely stay again.

My fiance and I absolutely loved our stay here! The property offers so many amenities and the condo is very clean, has everything you could need and plenty of space for a couple with little ones to join.

Great little place. Beach and pool were great and convenient. Pull out couch wasn't comfortable but wasn't needed. Kitchen has a good format. Surroundings were great. Don't eat at breakers, that place should be shutdown.

This condo was the perfect size for my family of 5 on our 3 night stay. The condo was updated and very clean. Even though it is 2nd row, it still has great walkway access to the beach.

My best friend and I rented Wayne’s condo to catch up since we had no seen each other in a while. The location of the condo is perfect. We love the West End of Ocean Isle and beach access was so easy, just across the street. The condo had everything we needed and was nicely decorated and very comfortable. Communicating with Wayne was stress free and we’re already talking about returning as soon as possible. The 3 pools are very nice, but the ocean front pool is primo has such a nice view of the beach and the ocean. Wayne, thank you for sharing your property with us. It was a lovely getaway.

I would have given this property 6 stars if that were an option! We were very close to the ocean, 3 minute walk, the condo was updated , extremely clean , and excellent updates, such as new washer and dryer, new carpeting on steps and upstairs loft. The bathroom had been redone and was very nice. We’ve been going to OIB for 31 years and this year was our best for accommodations! We’ll be back!

Very clean, near to beach, responsive owner and we had a fantastic stay for 2 days. Parking is convenient and the ocean front approach is just minutes away.
