Rather noisy plumbing, but only when it was in use by us, so not really a problem. Somewhere to park bicycles would have been appreciated although we found a public place quite nearby.

No breakfast but milk, T bags and snacks provided. We provided our own in well appointed kitchen.

A table to sit at, rather than coffee tables. But not essential.

Location was perfect. Lovely set up and the complimentary hamper was a nice surprise. Fantastic that there was some milk available upon arrival. Handy to have usb sockets near the bed

Noisy shower and toilet. Would have liked a higher level socket in the main lounge area to be able to use hair curling irons easier.

Layout was fabulous. Very comfortable and decor considerate & practical. Nice vib. Loved chilling out after work. Love how easy check in and out was following your clear procedure.

No napkins, paper towel. Also no extra garage bags and bin us small. Called for early check in access. No one available so checked in at agreed time and kept my bags with me, I honestly don’t like the code system as a solo traveler. Felt a bit exposed, especially at night on Ely’s quiet street

Perfect location for our overnight stay and had everything we needed.

Due to the wooden floors and partition walls the noise carries and our neighbours were not particularly quiet.

Electronic key entry made arrival easy and no need to worry about keys. The apartment end entry to the building was very clean and tastefully renovated, however, the room would benefit from some coat hooks a shoe rack by the door, and a spare blanket. The bed was large and comfortable. The location was excellent and easy walking to the river, cathedral, restaurants, cafes, pubs etc.. lots of nice options for eating out. Also right beside the town market which had a great variety over the days we stayed. Easy distance to lots of sites in the surrounding area and Cambridge.

No soundproofing, so when the guests were in the neighbouring apartment we could hear everything they said, even them walking. Sounded like they were in the same room with us. The kitchen was very basic (only a microwave and toaster) so we were unable to prepare meals in it.

A damp smell in the hallway and both apartments. Wouldn’t put me off staying again, but was quite a strong smell.

The apartment was spacious and had everything you could ever need for an away stay. The bed was comfortable and it suited us really well. Elaine was amazing and fast at responding to a small issue we had and we were so grateful. We were very grateful for the bottled water after attending a wedding and getting back late.

The parking is in a nearby public car park which we found completely full on arrival and after driving around for 10 minutes, needed to park a 15 minute walk away instead (down by the river in Fisherman’s Carpark if you don’t mind the walk).

It’s right in the middle of Ely, so perfect location. It was all open plan, but spacious enough for our family of 4. The bed was super comfy. We really liked this property.

After an initial confusion we had a fab stay. If arriving when it’s dark just be aware that the key code to get in is actually on the door handle. It took us a few mins to find it, but it’s a clever way of hiding it from others.

The apartment was really stylish and a good size. Everything was spotlessly clean and it was well appointed. The location was really convenient for Ely city centre.

My wife and I did not find the mattress was very comfortable. The people in the neighbouring apartment were not noisy, but just people walking around could be quite clearly heard.

A slight whiff from the bathroom. A drainage issue perhaps? I've encountered this before in other hotels that utilise pump systems on their bathrooms. Not really a problem but it was noticeable.

Stylish studio flat in a very convenient position. Ideal for a short stay. Access arrangements very easy.

High level of noise on Friday morning from what I assume were the cleaning/maintenance staff in the adjacent flat. Nearby car park is convenient but being a free city centre car park finding a space can sometimes be difficult.

The bathroom, kitchen and living space were very nice. The basket of treats, water and milk were a nice touch. The studio was clean and the amenities were good. The location was excellent.

1. The radiator opposite the kitchen wasn’t working. The room was very cold and we had to sleep in our tracksuits. 2. The heated towel rail in the bathroom wasn’t working. 3. The fitted sheet on the bed was too small for the mattress and constantly rumpled up. The duvet was too short and only came up to mid chest. The pillows were lumpy and most uncomfortable. One person had to climb over the other to get out of the bed during the night to go to the bathroom. The room was noisy. Consequently we didn’t sleep well. 4. On the wall to the left of the TV, near the window, there was a leak. It seems that the rain water was coming from the roof and running down the wall.

Location, cleanliness and comms from owner.

Bed in an alcove so you are blocked in on three sides and have to climb over each other. Shower strength average and not quite hot enough. Towel warmer has a little switch under the left base leg. No bathroom bin for hygiene products. No tea towel for drying up crockery. Car parking free but difficult to find space but this isn't the fault of the owner and is a consequence of a great location.

Ely is a beautiful city/town. The apartment is right in the heart of Ely - making it easy to explore the city on foot. The Cathedral, river etc are within a 5-10 minute walk. There were many cafes/restaurants within a few minutes walk (we enjoyed Peacocks tearoom and Wildwood Italian). We were lucky with the weather and had some lovely walks along the river - just beautiful. The apartment was comfortable - decent size, nice bathroom, functional kitchenette)

The bed was in a little enclosure - whilst it looked nice, you could only access from one side. So, my wife had to climb over me to get into or out of the bed - as an older couple, this was not ideal. There is no parking for the apartment. You can park (for free) at nearby parking lots, but it does required moving your car (usually daily) and the parking rules are a bit confusing. There is a long single flight of stairs - perhaps an issue is you have mobility issues or find it hard to lift a suitcase up about 20 stairs. Access to building and room is via a 6 digit access code - this simplifies getting access, but keying the code (on a small keypad - twice) ever time to enter, was a little annoying.

Private, good view, clean, spacious enough for 2 people.

The deluxe apartment was lovely and very spacious for two people. Six of us gathered there for drinks before going out for dinner. The two smaller apartments were ok for two people. This was reflected in the pricing. Very convenient location for the local amenities.

It could be made clearer that the kitchen has no cooking facilities other than a microwave. I took eggs for breakfast but we couldn’t cook them. The bed in a niche meant that one person was sleeping up against the wall making it hard to get out without disturbing the other partner. Soundproofing between the two smaller apartments was poor. We could hear the tv next door, the toilet flushing and people walking about, so I was glad we were friends using all the apartments. Very little storage space for clothes in the small apartments.
