Fully relaxing time in a well kept cottage, it is well maintained and exceptionally clean decor and fittings are excellent, the host Victoria was a pleasure to deal with, myself and my wife would recommend this property without question

Property has a great location for easy access to the beach. It was very comfortable and clean and had all amenities needed for our short stay. We could accommodate the dogs crate in the living area which meant that Stanley slept well in his own bed. The resort is very dog friendly also very well kept. The nearby beach a dream for dog walking. Enjoyed our stay and hope to return next year.

We have stayed at The Bay several times and on our walk to the beach we had often looked at this property and said what a perfect location this would be- such a short distance from the beach and a view overlooking the sea. This year we decided to book it and we were not disappointed- from the ease of booking. and great communication from the owner to the actual property itself which was lit up with Christmas lights and decorated inside for Christmas. A little welcome gift of chocolates, sweets and crisps was a lovely touch. Logs supplied for the wood burner. The property itself was top quality with a brand new fitted kitchen with everything you need including a washer dryer and dishwasher Bedrooms were gorgeous with great views, the bed was the most comfiest that I have slept on! Filey itself is gorgeous and the beach is my favourite place. Highly recommended and we hope to be back next year!

We had a lovely stay in this property. The location is absolutely amazing, with only a short walk to the beach with great views of Filey and Bempton cliffs and loads of space for the dog to run around. The property itself also has fantastic views of the sea. It is well equipped and the facilities on site are also really useful. Highly recommended.

We stayed here for 4 nights and had a brilliant time. The location is fantastic and is a short walk away from the gorgeous beach. The house is in a position where you can see the sun setting from the kitchen in the evening and it rising again from the master bedroom in the morning. The view from the balcony and the bedroom is stunning and is definitely the best feature of this house. The wifi is fast, the beds are comfortable and it had everything we needed for our stay. We think everything else maybe needed a bit of tlc, the sofa especially was literally falling to bits and it was quite dusty especially downstairs. The smell of dog on the rug in the living room was quite strong but we don't have a dog so maybe that's why we noticed it more. However none of this would put us off staying again because we loved the location and the view so much. We booked a swimming slot on the first day we were there but cancelled the other bookings. To be honest you couldn't really swim and families were mostly just stood around because it was quite overcrowded. Brilliant half term break and we would love to go back.
