Wonderful stay!

Everything was good and clean

Unpleasant and non response owner. Broken toilet, blinds falling off two windows, uneven Floors, holes in living room wall. Entry lock was inconsistent. Dirty dishes in dishwasher upon arrival and clothes still in dryer. Trash cans full. Closet doors would not close. Would not recommend to my worst enemy. VRBO would not intercede either.

This property is lovely. Modern, clean and convenient for the beach, restaurants and shops. We have been visiting Brigantine for many years and this is one of the best properties we have rented.

Everything you need for a family stay at the beach. Great location- kids can bike safely, easy walk to the beach and shops. Owner was proactive and clearly cares about the property.

The house worked out great for our family! The neighborhood is quiet and walkable to many local businesses.

This was our first stay in Brigantine and we loved this little beach town! It has amazing places to eat and the beach directly out from the house is perfect! We specifically recommend the Crab Shack which had the most amazing seafood! Keep in mind this is better for takeout or eating at the picnic benches outside, but the all fresh seafood makes it totally worth it! The house was lovely and the kitchen was extremely well stocked! We were not expecting a Keurig, so we’re not prepared but it was easily enough to pick up K cups at the nearby Acme store which has a good selection. One of the unique things we especially loved was the outdoor enclosed shower with warm water! So fun to take an outdoor shower, especially after being on the beach! We preferred the quieter beach a few blocks from the house but we did drive to the 15th street beach one day because of bathrooms which are not available at the closer beach. We loved this house and adored this quiet little beach town! Highly recommend!!

Place was clean and had everything we needed for a few days at the beach! The beach is a short walk, if you have small children and a lot to carry, there is also free parking right next to the entrance of the beach. All the neighbors were very friendly. I had read all the reviews and felt there was conflicting information between the amenities listed for the property and the reviews of previous guests. I had some questions about this before check in. I emailed the owner and she was very quick to respond! I booked this trip with my sister in law, cousin, and our children. The children age ranging from 16-20 for what they called a “Mom and cousin beach trip” We would definitely stay again!

The location and cleanliness of the house was amazing. The beach was 2 blocks away and there were stores and restaurants close by. However the closets were broken, the one chair outside on the porch was ripped, there wasn’t much lighting or mirrors, and the floors were a little messed up. We had an amazing weekend though and thank you for sharing your home with us.

A short walk to the beach, nice amenities, and a good sized porch to hangout on! The kitchen had everything simple you could need and I thought it was a great spot for my friends and I to have a long weekend!

My family and I enjoyed staying at this house for the weekend. It’s close to the beach and also located in a nice, quiet neighborhood. The host was very responsive and extremely accommodating. It’s only 10 minutes from Atlantic City

The house is really nice, clean and well cared for. It’s a quick walk to the beach and a cute downtown area. The host was in touch and easy to contact.

Definitely recommend this house, super close to the beach and stores! There was plenty of toilet paper and paper towels but the only upsetting thing is towels and sheets are not provided. But overall we LOVED this house!!

Location is great!

The house was cozy and welcoming. There was enough space for all of our stuff. There's always a wish list at any property. A beach umbrella, a couple more beach chairs, more hooks in the bathroom. Over all, it was great.

We came to Brigantine for a long weekend for a family wedding and this townhouse was in a perfect spot! Easy walk to the beach, nearby bars/restaurants, the Wawa, and the bayside. Liza was very responsive and accommodating.

Perfect place for my parents, husband, I and our 2 little kids to stay for a few days! The house was great and in a wonderful location. We loved sitting on the porch and enjoying the breeze. My only criticism is that the listing didn’t mention linens, paper products, etc. were not included so we didn’t find that out until after our booking was accepted.

It was a very nice house in a very nice location! Upstairs bathroom walls could use cleaning or paint. Otherwise it was great and Liza responded promptly to questions I had before my trip!

We had a great stay. The house was perfect size for us. Comfy beds. Perfect location for what we needed.

Everything that was said. So perfect for us. Two blocks from our friends that were hosting a New Years Eve party. Did NOT want to drive into AC after midnight. All perfect.

It was very nice

We had a great week at the beach house. We had a small problem with an appliance our first night but Liza came over within minutes of us reporting the problem and offered solutions/followed up the next day and we had no issues going further. The owners truly cared about making our experience a positive one! We would definitely book this rental again.

Me and 7 of my girlfriends came here to celebrate everything we couldn’t because of covid for the first time! Super clean house and perfect location, Liza was kind enough to let us check in early, fast response and just overall great weekend! We can’t wait to book again

The house is very nice and is located in a good area. Atlantic City is a short Uber and the beach is nearby.

The property's listing is accurate. Host is great. Home is very clean. One thing to consider is blinds in the bedrooms since there are shades only which does not help if you want to sleep in.
