We had a family reunion/65th birthday party here and it was a perfect property! There were a total of 11 adults and 13 kids that ended up going- kids ages ranging from 1-17- and we could not have picked a better place to stay! The bedrooms are all huge and can accommodate any family. And each family was able to have their own bathroom with only 2 bedrooms share a Jack and Jill. The table is not big enough for everyone but there are tables/chairs in the garage and a table on the porch which made it possible for everyone to sit and eat. It is also a perfect location! The drive to Zion is not far, they have a lake with boat rentals close by and a splash pad/park just a few minutes down the street where they had a peach festival at the time of our visit! The community itself is also perfect- it’s a short 1 minute walk to the pool area where they have a game room & kitchen area. Then outside on the pool deck they have plenty of seating and 4 grills at the grill/bar area. (We were able to have a bbq out there with our entire group). There is a pool/swimming area, a lazy River, hot tub, a little splash pad area for kids that has a (super fun) water slide !! Tammy was a great host! We messaged her a few times before our stay and during our stay and she responded (quickly) with an answer. Can’t say enough good things about this property- it exceeded all expectations! Would recommend to anyone and hope to be able to return for a visit again one day!

Our entire group was so happy with this property. There was plenty of space for all of us and there was never a line for the bathrooms. The beds where so comfortable. Everyone loved the pool and the rec area. We are already taking about another trip next year and will be booking again.

This was the perfect place to accommodate our family for our trip to Zion

We had a little trouble unlocking the door. That made me nervous but my husband was able to work it out. We emailed the lady I worked with through this rental and she responded, but we worked it out, which is great. We were glad that there was not a lot of clean up when we left because we pay the cleaning fee. We really liked being close to the pool. And there was enough sleeping space for everyone not just place to sleep like couches and on the floor.

Had a reunion of 95 staying at multiple properties for a week at Zion Village. All of the units were awesome!

Our group has 17 adults and everyone enjoys the Zion Village property to the max from the amenities to the Village club house. We highly recommend this property to a large group that like to explore Zion National Park and the surrounding areas.

We had a great time. Everything in the property was just as advertised. We would stay there again and recommend it to others.

We came to town for a soccer tournament and shared this rental with some teammates and their families. It’s a great set up for several families, providing us all with privacy and good gathering space. Communication with the owners was great and they replied quickly to any of our needs or concerns.

This property sleeps a lot of people. Great location.

Lovely home and property! We had a large group of about 30, so we utilized the fold-out mats and bean bag beds for flexibility in sleeping arrangements. The pool and clubhouse were close by, and we went 3-4 times. We chose to use the garage for parking two cars, so we did not open up the ping-pong table, but the kids did play with the jumbo Connect Four. We used the grill one night. It was very convenient to have a washer and dryer on both levels. We definitely used both refrigerators. Upon arrival, I would recommend reading the Welcome Binder in the kitchen. It has some excellent info like doing a walk-thru of the house to notify them of any concerns/damage, a list of house rules, some great ideas of things to do in the area, and recommendations for eating out. Hurricane ended up being a great location for exploring Zion’s NP but also easy access to activities in St. George. The owner, Tammy, was very quick to respond to any issues we had and included her contact info in the binder to make it easier to communicate.

Plenty of room for all of us. Comfortable beds. Clean and spacious bathrooms. Spacious kitchen and commons area. Games to play. Close to clubhouse with heated pool, hot tub, lazy river and workout area. We couldn't find garbage bags so we contacted the host and they immediately got some for us. It was a great experience for all of us.

This property was great! The house was clean. Everything we needed was provided and labeled for ease of use and putting away. Would defenitely recommend!

We had a wonderful time in Hurricane, UT with our children and 13 grandchildren. The unit was well furnished and suppplied and close to the clubhouse where our grandchildren spent hour in the pool and lazy river. Close to Sand Mountain where we could ride our side-by-sides. Plenty of room for our 23 people.

The GPS system did not take us directly to this property. With construction going on actively around this property, it was a bit hard to find. Nevertheless, the property was clean. I think the number of people that can comfortably be accommodated by this location is not 32 but 24 at best. The full size bunkbeds will certainly not accommodate two individuals unless they are small children.

This townhome was perfect for our family reunion for 4 families! We would definitely stay again. Pros: plenty of rooms / beds / bathrooms, well stocked kitchen, great in-home entertainment options, fun clubhouse pool, welcome book with itinerary ideas. Cons: home needs slight maintenance/ deep clean (I’m sure this home is used regularly for gatherings like ours, so this is more normal wear and tear).

Tammy and her gorgeous place is a 10/10! Beautiful location and the property was very well kept. Our host was always quick with any type of question that we had!

Easy access. Convenient extra parking. Huge Condo with plenty of beds. Comfortable. Community pool is very close. Would stay here again.

Sleeps a crowd! The bunk beds are little creaky and it would be nice to have a portable crib. Lots of great toys for the amazing pool and well stocked closets of blankets, towels, and games. Definitely recommend for large family groups!

The property was spectacular it accommodated our family of 28 very easily. We had a great time and never left the house or swimming pool. Kids and adults had fun in the lazy River. We recommend it highly. Tammy was quick to respond to questions. Just wish we had more time.

Loved the house for its size and number of rooms. Our large family was accommodated well. The pool is wonderful; we especially enjoyed the lazy river. Conveniently located for visits to Sand Hollow, St. George. The golfers found several great courses nearby.

The townhome was incredible. The beds were fantastic. There were additional folding tables and chairs in the garage to use for eating. The pool area was fantastic! Located 35 minutes from the Zion gate. It was perfect for our extremely large group. Spotless.

Nice distance from Zion. Great place for my three families totaling 16 people with plenty of extra space. I highly recommend this place!

We stayed here for our family reunion. The house is beautiful and it has plenty of space. We were able to fit all 10 adults and 17 children (aged 2-17) comfortably. Every family had their own space. I love how many bathrooms there are as each room basically had their own bathroom. The shared spaces in the home and in the community were great. The swimming pool was so much fun and it wasn’t a bad drive into Zion’s National Park. There were a couple cleaning and repair concerns, but the property owner was quick to respond to our feedback. Thanks for the great stay!

This property was perfect for our large group of wide age range. Morning hikes followed by afternoon cool off time in the pool made for a relaxing time for all of us. The large cooking and dining spaces made feeding a large crowd a breeze. The location was perfect for exploring Zion, Kolob Canyon, Sand Hollow and Snow Canyon. Host was quick to respond to questions and very helpful. Don’t hesitate to book this place. Hi ou will be very satisfied.

Nice space, comfortable beds, lazy river was a hit! Fun water toys with unit. Close to club house. Floors were so dirty I had to go buy a mop and scrub to feel comfortable. The rest of the house was nice. Your asked to start washing towels before leaving but there was no soap provided. Overall we really enjoyed our stay.

Nice location and it is only 30 min from Zion National park. Very clean and plenty of games for kids. Kids enjoyed the pool very much. Pool was open till 10 pm. Tammy and Cary were very responsive.

Place was clean. Community club house was great. Kids had a lot of fun in the pool and adults in hot tub. House was very well stocked. We will love to come back and stay at this place for our next trip.
