Excellent location, within walking distance to downtown Granby! The small ponds right next to the building is a wonderful attraction for a relaxing background. The place had a ton of room and was extremely comfortable. I highly appreciated the constant communication with me in preparing for the stay. Great experience in Granby!

Nice place, no issues

We stopped through on a recreational trip into the mountains, and were extremely pleased with the amenities of this new place. TV and Wifi access was easy. Rooms were plenty comfortable. Enough space for us between the Master and Secondary bedrooms. There is even a bunkroom had we brought our kids. Great spot. Easy access to downtown Granby restaurants and the grocery store.

Very nice place to stay for a smaller family. Has everything you need and pretty views.

We spent 3 days here with our son, daughter-in-law and our 2 grandchildren ages 7 and 5. It was perfect. We enjoyed the pool, paddle boats, grilling dinner and day trips to Rocky Mtn. N.P. , and watching the full moon from deck.

Our family (us, our kids, and grandkids) just returned from a ski trip at Granby Ranch and stayed at this property. It's a short drive to the ski area, but we were able to park right in front of the lodge so it was actually less walking in ski boots than we have experienced at other "walk to lifts" locations. The host has paid attention to absolutely every detail, and especially so in the kitchen. Our family loves to cook, and frankly the kitchen was appointed every bit as well as our home kitchens, with very high quality cutlery, nice pots and pans, storage containers, spices, oils, plastic wrap, etc. and loads and loads of quality plates, cups glassware and even WINE GLASSES :). We've stayed at many VRBOs and none have come close to this one. You will not need to bring ANYTHING with you except the food you eat. We have not found that to be the case at other VRBOs and we usually have to locally buy spices, dishwasher soap, etc. The beds are very comfortable. The view out the master bedroom window was a wonderful start to every day. The floor plan was perfect for two adult couples with kids in the bunk room. Many unexpected perks including: a high quality natural gas grill on the deck, smart tvs, a SONOS system in the LR, remote control FP, and other thoughtful touches like loads of towels, paper products, all the way down to a flashlight in the MBR nightstand drawer so that I didn't stub my toe in the middle of the night when I had to get up to you know what. The ONLY constructive feedback I provided to the host was due to the community hot tub, which is evidently controlled by the HOA and was not functional during our stay. This is in absolutely no way a reflection on the host, who graciously worked with us to reconcile the inconvenience. All in all an outstanding property which our family plans to return to during the summer season.

We had a great stay at this property, the house has everything you need and more, there is a little lake in front of the house and some trails. It is very close to Granby Ranch. The only problem I had was that I didn't receive the email with instructions to check in (and searched everything on my email), but called the property manager and they responded pretty fast!! . We hope we can come back during the summer

Beautiful home. Area was gorgeous.

Property is beautiful! We have 4 boys and the house was perfect size. The river and ponds are beautiful and outdoor space is great to relax and run around. House is well stocked with high quality cook wear, coffee supplies, cleaning supplies, tp, paper towels, garbage bags, personal soap, and laundry detergent. Grocery store and coffee shop are minutes away. Property management is easy to communicate with.

This was the best vacation rental we have ever stayed at. The house was clean and had everything we needed. But the most amazing part was the property with the river running through. We happened to be there during peak leaf changing week and it was gorgeous!

The home looked exactly like the photos. We could see the river from our windows. The kitchen was fully stocked with any pots, pans, or utensils you could need. I slept comfortably at night. All around awesome stay.

We had a wonderful stay this summer with my family. The property is sparkling clean and well furnished. The kitchen was well stocked. The river runs through the property and it was a soothing sound in the night. Thank you for sharing your property with us.
