It was a nice getaway

Very happy and pleased with our stay.

I loved the view from the balcony, the cleanliness of the room, and the hot tub at the pool.

Nice unit - everything was in good working order and perfect for my short stay.

Very clean place. However the bed is right when you walk in the space. You can hear everything from the Highway at night. And we were given only one bath towel.

Very nice efficiency apartment. Nicely furnished and in very good condition with lovely view of small lake from the balcony. Owners and Management obviously well maintain the property. A little noisy in the morning, because of close proximity to busy route 98 and some odor, probably from algae on the lake, but otherwise very good value.

All around great - condo was clean, well appointed, up to date, great views from the balcony, easy walk to the beach, and we loved being able to get pizza and lunch in the town center. Also really enjoyed walking in the neighborhood! 5 Stars easy!

Everything was clean & ? decorated. Home away from home. Great location. Close to all amenities. Absolutely loved the grounds! 7 beach access & Jacuzzis! Salon, resteraunts & shops all in premises! I Will definitely book this condo again.

First of all, Carillon community is our new favorite spot. It was perfectly quiet and relaxing for our family but close enough to “the strip” for fun activities and restaurants. The Carillon Beach Inn room 402 was super clean and stocked with anything our family of 4 would have needed for our stay. We rented bikes and kid wagons to pull with the bikes for our short trek to the beach. If you didn’t have small kids with a tent, cooler, snacks, 800 toys, bags, etc. then you wouldn’t need the bikes or wagon to haul your stuff. The walk wouldn’t have been an issue if it were a couple or family with older kids. Bed and pull out couch were SO SOFT AND COMFY!! We enjoyed observing the lake from the balcony but didn’t have any mosquito issues from being near the lake water. I was concerned about that but it was never a problem. The restaurants in the community were closed for renovations it appeared but Our Little Beach Cafe was great. I don’t think we have anything negative to say… so we 10/10 recommend Carillon Beach Inn. We will be back.

Unfortunately we did not have a good welcome to our stay. As we got to the condo and got ready for bed we noticed that it was not cleaned properly. We had to vacuum and mop the floors and clean the bathroom since there was dirt and sand everywhere. I also had to end up going to Walmart to buy sheets because when we pulled down the sheets there was hair all in it and it looked like the bed had been slept in. We also noticed that someone had been in our condo. We made it aware to the lady at the Vacasa office and she was very helpful. She later called me back saying that someone from a previous stay reported the TVs were not working so someone went to fix it. However we wish we had a heads up. Other than that, this place is in a great location to an amazing uncrowded beach and the people in the community are so nice!

Condo was very clean and had everything that I needed. Location was perfect and the pools and beach access was fantastic. Beaches were uncrowded!!!

This was a perfect spot for a quick little getaway! Loved the location and the amenities. The televisions were the only things that were a little tricky to figure out, but after a little while, I finally figured out how to get them to work correctly. :) I greatly enjoyed my stay and hope to return soon. :)

We definitely enjoyed our long weekend stay. The unit was exactly as pictured, very clean and comfortable. The property is well kept and the balcony overlooking the lake was so relaxing. Only downside was the restaurants in the complex had not opened for the season, but the location is very convenient to 30A and PCB. Would definitely stay here again.

Unit tastefully decorated. Linens clean and plentiful. View amazing. Slight downside. Floors and balcony were not cleaned. Lots of sand all over. Not a big deal to sweep up and dispose but not at the beginning of stay. Floors beautiful but gritty and dirty. Shame 😯

My daughter and I stayed at this property for a wedding at Carillon. We loved the convenience for the wedding and how close the property is to 30A. We would definitely stay again. Perfect size for 2 adults.

Overall hada great stay. Only frustration was the front office told us our particular unit wasn’t included in the golf cart shuttle service so had to tote beach gear and a 2 year old about a half mile on foot.

Our king size studio was the perfect amount of space and convenience. The white sands and emerald waters were merely 3-minutes walk from our door. We thoroughly enjoyed the short walk and taking in the sights of the quiet beach house neighborhood. Tucked away off the beaten path, an understated elegant beach community without the overcrowding found in some of the other 30A beaches. Terrific bang for our buck for a last minute getaway!

We had a great stay for our beach vacation! the only downside was little league baseball tournaments were going on and there were a lot of kids running around at the time we stayed but it didn’t bother us much. it was a beautiful and clean room with a great view and easy access to everything. We even got engaged during our trip! would definitely stay here again.

The area was amazing. The condo was in a great location. We had some problems with the tv that were never resolved and I felt like the mattress was super soft.

It was a nice little place for a getaway. On the quiet end of PCB and was great.

10/10 view. Overall - stay here at condo was great. The Cafe downstairs was fantastic- lots of options, very convenient for breakfast and lunch - nice little family ran operation. Place is easily accessible to Rosemary and Alys beach however - the walkable beach here at the resort was a gem - not very crowded. The only inconvenience we had was the tv would not work and neither did the remote for DVD player - bring your own entertainment for after. Would definitely return to stay here in the future.

Been to Carillon Beach Inn numerous times, always a great visit

The place was so cute and clean! The bed was very comfortable. The little village it was located in was adorable. It had a general store and restaurants. The walk to the beach was short and was through the village and gated community, so we felt very safe. We were able to rent chairs once we got on the beach. Plus, We had access to three pools! Overall, it was the perfect trip!

Love this place! Great location, fun little square with a beach cafe. I only didn’t rate it a 4 because we had a little trouble getting the entry code (which they remedied within 30 minutes!) Also, the a/c is a little wonky BUT we would rent there again! Thanks!

Our stay was perfect. The room was clean, in the perfect location, and very quite. We will definitely be coming back to this location for years to come. Highly recommended
