Great property for our group of 13. Plenty of space for grown-ups and teenagers to have their own room.

I stayed with my family and enjoyed our stay, but the poor customer service when one of their doors jammed and couldnt open left a bad taste for us.

Planer was super flexible with us when the storm of the year prevented us from getting through the tunnel on day 1. The house was well appointed, super comfortable, and clean. Excellent location on the bus line…just an excellent experience all around. You won’t be disappointed!

The pros: great location, close to the ski shuttle and minutes to the Keystone parking lot, house is large and was good for 2 families. Great views! There were two garages that was great for our cars and putting our ski equipment inside. The cons: house is tired, its overpriced, needed some repairs. We reached out to the owners during our stay, and it took them a few days to get back to us. We then reached out to the rental company and shared some items that needed repair. There was a large ice dam that was leaking into the wall and causing a very big wet spot in one of the bedrooms. The toilets wouldn’t flush and multiple bathrooms. The house was great for a big group and kids, but it’s just tired and needs updated. If you are just there to ski and you’re not going to utilize the house that much it does the job. We couldnt use the outside deck due to the amount of ice and snow. When somebody was there to shovel, they only shoveled by the front door which is on a second-story deck. The snowy stairs are very dangerous and the man said he was not responsible for shoveling the steps.. We bought steaks to grill and had to cook them inside As the ice was too hard to shovel ourselves (we all tried).

We enjoyed our time here. The house is great for families, and the kids enjoyed having their own space. Lots of close easy trails to explore, as well as the river.

We loved our stay here! The location was great, it’s steps away from a shuttle that takes you directly to Keystone! The house was huge and had all the amenities we needed for our stay.

We had a great time and would certainly stay here again.

Lovely place a block from the bus stop. Great living areas both upstairs and down. Gathered the entire group for apres ski drinks, dinners, games, puzzles, hot tubbing, foosball, movies... Fantastic venue for the whole family and friends looking for a good ski and outdoor opportunity.
