This was the perfect house for our family and friends. Perfect location on quiet street with a pretty view of the pond behind the property. Walking distance to camp watercolor + included golf cart!

I had a few questions during our stay and the management team was quick to answer them and work quickly on any issues. This week was so relaxing and we would 100% stay here again. My only request would be to have a griddle to cook our pancakes on next time:)

The house had all of the amenities we could have asked for and was in the perfect location for the kids with Watercolor's field in the backyard and Camp Watercolor walking distance from the house. This was the first time we stayed in a Beach Habitats 30a property and would happily do so again.

Perfect location right next to camp watercolor and the pond. Beautiful house and amenities. Easy and responsive management. Kids loved the bunk room and golf cart. Best watercolor house we’ve rented in our 10+ years coming here.

We had a wonderful time and this house was perfect for our large group of adults and teens. It’s a great location right behind Camp Watercolor and It has a beautiful back patio overlooking a pond with a fire pit. The house had all of the amenities we needed from a golf cart to bikes to beach toys. The kitchen was very well stocked and the bedrooms and bathrooms were comfortable and roomy.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house had a nice outdoor deck, a great bunk room for 4, and wonderful location backing up to the pond by Camp Watercolor. The kitchen was a bit light on silverware (esp spoons) and coffee cups. There were some drawbacks like a wifi that only worked in a small portion of the house, a refrigerator that made a loud repetitive noise, and a master bed that was very squeaky and so soft that we relocated to the downstairs queen bedroom. Management tried to fix the wifi, but wasn't able to strengthen it. Based on the router names, there appeared to be an owner's wifi account with a strong signal that we were not able to access. So if you need wifi, this might not be the home for you. Management knew about the refrigerator but was unable to get the part. It was so loud that it drove people to bed early! We didn't even mentioned the master bed situation because I didn't want to bother them anymore. We had a great stay at Watercolor despite these issues. The management company was responsive despite not being able to solve the issues.

This was our first trip to the 30A area and Watercolor was a perfect fit! The house was super cute. Our only complaint was that it could’ve been cleaned better, but from what I’ve seen in 30A social media groups, thorough cleaners are hard to find. It by no means made for a bad experience! We had a blast! Having the golf cart, bikes, and access/bracelets to the beach club and other Watercolor amenities included with the house made everything so convenient. We loved the location of the house and the fishing pond area in the back. We are already planning our trip for next summer!

We really enjoyed our stay at this house and would stay again. We are a family of 5 - kids aged 9, 7, and 4. This house was large enough to accommodate us all and the perfect distance to walk to Camp Watercolor, where my kids spent most of each day. It was also a short walk to a little pier - where my kids enjoyed watching turtles and fish swim in the pond. The golf cart is a nice bonus - we enjoyed using it for trips to the grocery store and to go to the beach.

If you have young kids this is a great location right by the Camp Watercolor pool and play area. The house is in great shape. Nice newly remodeled bathrooms! Only feedback was that we ran out of propane for the fire pit within about 10 minutes of starting it the first night and we were unable to get another tank despite the best efforts of the property management. This was on a holiday weekend so it’s understandable but it sure would be easy to put another propane tank in the storage area on the side of the house so that no renter ever runs out. It is one of the most enjoyable times at night during the winter months and we were unable to use the fire pit during our stay. I would suggest having two propane tanks at all times as I’m sure it isn’t checked between rentals. Otherwise we had a great stay and will rent again! Great house and property management was readily available via text.

We have been to watercolor a couple of times and stayed in a different property each time. This property was perfect for our family, from the large bunk room to the spacious suites, we enjoyed every minute of our stay. You could not ask for a better location. It is walking distance to the pool and the backyard is a lake with a large open field for play. We had children of all ages on this trip with us. It was perfect for each one. As adults, we were able to enjoy quiet mornings with our coffee on the back deck and days full of play at the wonderful amenities. The only complaint that I would have about the property is the cleanliness of the porch and deck cushions and couches. It was clear that they were well loved. Also the large gathering table that is visible in the pictures on the back deck is no longer there. All in all, we had an absolutely wonderful stay and our property manager was available anytime we needed her, for anything. We will definitely be back!

Celebrated our 50 th wedding anniversary with our 2 children and their 4 children. This location is close to everything Water Color has to offer. The Management company was responsive to our every need.

The home was large, comfortable, and cozy. It was in a great location to Camp Watercolor and the open field for our boys (ages 9 & 11) to play was perfect. They could run down there unsupervised. The beach is not close, a golf cart is a MUST! Cons: HOUSE Bedrooms: There is no master bedroom on the first floor, the bedroom on the first floor has a smaller bed. Unfortunately, my mother in-law could not handle the steps and they had to sleep on the 1st floor and she swears the bed is a double. The main master upstairs with the fireplace is nice, the bed squeaks so loud with the smallest move. It will disrupt your sleep every night. The other master is cozy, and the bed is better. Both have nice porches off each room and nice size bathrooms. The bunk room is great! Kitchen is limited on supplies, not enough plates and cups. And a big disappointment, the large porch table that shows on the website is MIA. We had no where to sit and eat outdoors which was a huge bummer. There was no where to set up an office space. I sat at the dinning room table. I know not everyone works on vacation but for those that do…. I will definitely look for this next time. Amenities: Ugh therefore we will not stay there again. Camp Watercolor, great for kids, good luck with finding a chair for parents. And if your kids are little and need monitoring in the water it is even harder. There were days people sat on the cement for hours waiting for a chair to open up. It is unfortunate that the neighborhood has outgrown the amenities. (This could just be an issue 2-3xs a year but when you are spending $$$$$ on a trip, you do not want to sit on the cement). Also, you are not allowed to bring in food or drinks into the pools. They do have food and a bar, one popsicle for kid is at the steep price of $8! Drinks are $10+, and it adds up fast. Pros: Rental Service: The rental service, 30a Habitats, hands down the best service we have experienced! Watercolor: The neighborhood is inviting and very southern (not beachy). House: Bikes were great, golf cart was a bit old but it ran and is a MUST to have. House is spacious and comfortable. This is a mixed review, but at the end of the day we will not go back due to the amount of people and lack of chairs at all the pools. It really was disappointing to have to tell your kids we need to leave because there is no where for Mom and Dad to sit. But if that is your cup of tea, go for it. You will enjoy the area!

Let’s start by saying that this home was so beautiful! I have been coming to 30A for 35 years and this was our first stay in Watercolor. It was a great location...beautiful and peaceful and with the golf cart easy to move around and only a short walk to Seaside. House was clean, beads were extremely comfortable and outdoor and living spaces were perfect for our group. Will be back!
