A bit difficult to find the enterance.

I would really recommend this property to anyone who would like to kitesurf in lo Stagnone area. There is a lot of kite-schools in a walking distance or max. 3 min with a car. Really near to all kite spots but in a calm environment. In front of the house there is a burger island restaurant. Loredana and her family are really perfect hosts. Very welcoming, friendly and she is really doing great job with breakfasts. Every day something new on the menu😁 and she is baking and preparing more salty dishes by herself. House, rooms and garden are decorated with a taste and there is a great terrace on the roof. I would recommend this place to anyone.

Amazing location near the kite surfing schools, which ca be viewed from the rooftop. A different and elaborate breakfast was wonderful !

We had a great time at Stella Fenicia. The breakfast was super good, home made and changed every day. Loredana and her family were very welcoming and helpful. It’s the perfect spot for kitesurfing. Only 5 min walk down to the lagoon. Material cleaning in the beautiful garden and material storage was also no problem.

Beautiful Garden, amazing breakfast, wonderful hosts. Good place to stay with a small child, conveniently located for kitesurfing.

The guest house was super lovely and charming. Close to the see with an amazing view from the terrace. Loredana, the host was welcoming, super creative in her breakfast creations and everything tasted marvelous. The room was clean and tidy. The was like paradise. Very comfortable room and also very clean. Nice view over the lagoon from the balcony and roof terrace. The breakfast was excellent and also home-made. The location is perfect if you are planning to do kite surfing, most kite-schools are only 5-10 min away.

Excellent hospitality of our host Loredana. Tasty home made breakfast of different choice. Very clean modern and home like environment. Confortable room, very clean, felt immediately cozy. Great rooftop terrace, possibility to buy a wine bottle for 5€. Location in the wineyards.

Proximitiy of kiting area

Gentle host, optimum breakfast with homemade items that changed daily including homemade cakes, jams, etc. There was also an inventory of local wines (including chilled ones, which were great in late June) that you could buy for 5 euros a bottle and drink on your terrace. It was a beautiful location by vineyards and the sea, and a great location to visit the salt flats and islands off the coast. We were circling the whole island for 10 days after arriving on the ferry from the mainland, and this stay offered us the much needed R&R for a couple of days after an intense travel through eastern and southern parts of Sicily.

The host Loredana is a very gentle and welcoming person. She is also an excellent cook. The building is new and has a large and amazing terrace from which the around nature and particularly the island of Favignana are visible (during not cloudy days). I highly suggest the place not only for its convenient location, but also for the amazing host and welcoming.

Fantastic host, breakfast prepared with care, beautiful view from rooftop. Close to kitesurfing spots as well. We are super happy with our stay at Stella Fenicia. Grazie Mille!
