The property is even better than the photos. Everything is updated, spotless and no stone unturned when it comes to being stocked. All high end finishes and furniture. The views and landscaping are stunning. Lisa, is super responsive and helpful. We hope to return soon.

This was probably the nicest home I have ever rented. It was beautifully decorated and it had everything we needed. It was so nice to sit out by the pool and plenty of shade for those of us that don’t want to be in the sun. The kitchen was great but we did eat out a lot. We rented a catamaran for the day and went on a sunset cruise as well. We had the best family vacation. Highly recommend this property! I would definitely come again.

Our family decided to have a less traditional thanksgiving in St Thomas. We had an amazing time. Lisa was very communicative, the house was pristinely maintained, and we would love to return . We followed Lisa’s recommendations and had our groceries delivered to us, hired a Chef for a fun meal, and had a yacht charter to the BVI. I could not recommend more!

We booked this house almost a year before actually going. We found this one that seemed to stand out from the other ones for its location and all the good reviews it had. After booking, we were quickly put in touch with Lisa the local concierge hired by Sarah, the owner, to take care of her property and her guests. Right from the beginning Lisa made sure we feel like valued guests and that our stay will be comfortable. She helped us with getting groceries for when we arrive (at a small cost) and helped us book fun activities around before our arrival. That being said, nothing prepared us for the actual day when we arrived. Lisa knew what time we were arriving at the airport and from there everything went into second gear. She made sure we get to the house safely and gave us good tips on how to get there as the roads can be tricky to negotiate at night if you never drove there. The second we pulled into the driveway with our cars we knew it'd be a lot more special than we originally thought. It felt like we rented a beautiful upscale resort just for ourselves. We are used to nice things and put lots of value into small attentions and the quality of everything. Normally when you rent a place, it's rare that it will match what we're used to in our everyday life and it totally did. When we stepped foot inside the house we were blown away at how clean it was, everything staged perfectly, the music running and the breathtaking view of the ocean in our faces. Absolutely magical! The kitchen is stocked like I've never seen before for a rental place. Everything is labelled, and everything in the house is good quality. You can tell the owner has a good eye for design. From the custom cups, to the beach chairs, even the towels were great. They also have a Sonos sound system for the whole house. I swear, absolutely everything is there to make our stay the most comfortable. Than the next morning Lisa texted me again and asked how was our first night. At that point, we needed more water jugs for the water cooler and she brought them to us super quickly and that's when we met her in person for the first time. No surprise there but she was absolutely awesome. Beds are super comfortable, 2 washers and dryers, big kitchen and huge dining tables, the pool is beautiful and the views are out of this world. I highly recommend this place. We are planning to go back in the next year or so and are looking forward to deal with Sara and Lisa again. Jordan & Yodi

Absolutely beautiful home in one of the most picturesque and desirable island in the world. Sarah is fantastic and we greatly enjoyed being guests in her vacation home. The property is gorgeous and laid out very well. Immaculately clean. Panoramic views from every room. Wonderful sound system. Excellent outdoor spaces to enjoy the beauty of St. Thomas. We would love to to return here in the future! Highly recommend.
