Perfect spot for relaxing stay

Went out to visit our daughter and wanted to make a nice getaway for my husband and I as well. This was the perfect location. Walked everywhere. Great town. So much to do. The place was clean and had everything we needed. We will definitely visit again!

Never a bad time in Dunedin especially during December

The property was as described and clean and comfortable the location is walking distance to downtown with lots of shops and restaurants, the resort had 2 pools and a small tiki bar on sight so a great place to hang out.

Great location close to beaches, shopping, and great restaurants! May made the check-in process seamless and made sure we had everything we needed, even checking in with us a couple times during our stay. Highly recommend staying here and plan to return again in the future.

The small, outdated condo was clean, but it showed its age. The walls were a dated beige and the space was very cramped. The furniture was worn and the bed was the biggest disappointment. The mattress was worn and uncomfortable. But despite its flaws, the condo was clean. The bathroom was very small and the kitchen was organized. It was clear that the owner had made an effort to keep the condo clean, even though it was not in the best condition. My husband and I did not stay and decided to find other accommodations. We contacted the owner for a refund and let them know that they could rent it out to someone else, unfortunately that is against VRBO policy. Overall, the condo was small and outdated, but it was clean. It would be a good fit for someone who was looking for a small, affordable place.

May was a great host and easy to work with. She checked in with us to make sure we were happy. Location was great and the Marker 8 Tiki Bar and Grill was a big plus. We've been to Dunedin many times and really enjoyed the amenities at Beso del Sol.

It was all I hoped for.

Great location for sunset and near downtown Dunedin and Pinellas Trail.

Property was very well managed. We loved the location. We watched the sunset from the pool deck, and I got up the next morning and went for a run on the Pinellas Trail just across the road. If we would have been there longer, we would have taken the bikes for a spin too.

May was wonderful to contact with fast reply. Room was as expected. Clean and comfortable. Had everything we needed. Property is clean and really enjoyed the pool and tiki area. Close to everything we wanted to get to. Check in process was a little difficult as we kept getting invalid key but May answered fast and gave us the code. No problems after that. Enjoyed the bikes too!!

We bought some breakfast food and no one told us there was a ant problem. Ants everywhere, needs to be addressed. That was our only issue.

May was fantastic to work with. Smooth check in, simple instructions, everything was ready to go! Her condo is super clean! Excellent location to go both N or S destinations. Really enjoyed Marker 8 on site and sunsets are phenomenal. Guest Pool warm and clean. Unit is studio size but plenty of room for a couple. Had everything to fix easy meals. Trolley stop at entry to property. Would recommend and we will return. Thank you for sharing your piece of paradise.

Over all a good stay. Liked the tiki bar and the pool. Unit had everything we needed but could use some updated furniture.

This luxurious Condominium was fabulous; from the Sunset views of the Gulf right off the balcony to the relaxing pool and restaurant just a few feet, from the elevator. The bonus find in complex; free use of their washer and dryer.

We had a wonderful time! Our condo was super clean and comfy! Communication with May the owner was fantastic! We are looking to book another trip very soon!

Perfect place for 2 for the week! We were able to walk to get to anything we needed and the views were beautiful. May was easy to communicate with and incredibly timely. We can't wait to come back!

Another great property of Host May. We enjoyed the pool, hot tub, and amazing sunsets! Just a short ride to Honeymoon Island and Clearwater.
