Our first trip to Maine was everything we had hoped and more! Loved the home and the area!

We had a great time at this Maine property. The view over the harbor was fantastic. The owners were very responsive to our questions and in providing us information about the area.

We had the most wonderful experience from start to finish. Home was very clean. Host is very hands on and responds very quickly to any questions and wants to make sure you are having a great experience.

Spectacular view, quiet neighborhood, friendly people, well appointed house & well equipped. Comfortable beds& sitting areas. We had a lovely time.

Had a wonderful and relaxing vacation. We initially picked a random spot to explore and did not regret spending the week in south Bristol! Loved the two lobster co ops in walking distance, loved the hike and views from LaVerna Preserve, had a great time on the demariscotta river tour enjoying fresh oysters and lastly, loved Popham beach. The house was clean, comfy and has beautiful views. Thanks for a great stay!

We particularly enjoyed the sunroom, which had a comfortable couch and a big table for meals and board games -- very helpful on the one very rainy day when everyone was burned out from traveling. And the deck with the water view was much appreciated on sunny days.

I rented cottage for a week, and 2 of my sister's came up for three nights. We are all retired. Great cottage and location for our get together, and for my spring birding.

If your looking for a special get away this is the place This home has everything you would need and very clean. The view is amazing. There is even a local seal that hangs out on the shore I was told his name is Nifty. Shopping is only 20 minutes away and far enough to make you feel you are in a special piece of Maine Had a great vacation Pamela and Robert Milbury

The cottage was cozy and had a beautiful view of the harbor. It was perfectly situated for exploring Maine's mid-coast.

Our experience renting the property was good. The process was seamless; the property manager responded to all our questions in a timely manner.

This property is charming and located on the most beautiful sunset point. The owners are timely in their responses, the neighbors are wonderful, and the hiking near by is perfect. We hiked everyday and saw no more than 10 people on each hike. We took a boat ride on Harding Boats, which was lovely. After this trip to Maine, it is official, we are moving. We would happily consider this home for a long term rental in the future. Thank you for a wonderful stay and sharing this gem with us.

Christy was a very responsive and gracious host. The house is in a wonderfully lovely spot overlooking a small colorful harbor. We loved being able to kayak and walk in this gorgeous part of Maine where it is less touristy and quiet. The local home owners and folks who worked in the few stores were so friendly and helpful. The house is very nice and pretty well equipped although we definitely recommend Christy put blinds or shades up in most if not all the windows, but especially the sunroom. It was a very very hot stretch of weather. And we suspect hot summers will become the norm due to climate change. That sunroom is great, though, and we watched a couple funny movies on their flat screen TV. The front deck is super nice, especially for evening dinners overlooking the water. And the back yard was perfect for badminton. We would definitely rent again. Thank you!

We loved our stay at this property! Christy made it easy & the location is gorgeous, with several walkable food options & areas to explore nearby.

The pictures on the site don’t do the property justice. The view was amazing from the front porch. We had our windows open the whole time we were there and it was so peaceful and quiet. The house was perfect for all of us. Each of us, 6 adults and one child, had our own space where we could unwind from our day of exploring. The location was also great because it’s not a far drive from other towns and attractions. Getting to and from was easy and we weren’t far from places to get basic amenities. We all hope to stay there again someday soon!

Perfect, quiet beautiful location. Charming, airy, immaculate, breezy, house. Excellent! South briistol is charming, close to lighthouse, boothbay harbor, the best seafood I have ever had.

Our group of family and friends (including one pup) had a wonderful time at this lovely home. We all had plenty of room to work (remotely as needed), play (lots of crafting), and explore. The views are stunning, and the location was perfect for anyone looking for a quiet retreat in a beautiful setting. The home provided everything we needed to really enjoy the vacation time. We plan to return in the near future and explore more. 5/5 Stars on our end!

The view of South Bristol Harbor is outstanding and the property takes full advantage of this wonderful sight. The home is filled with sunlight and airy space. The heated sun porch is fabulous for all sorts of relaxing activities, if nothing more than sipping tea and watching the light sparkle on the water. The location offers the best of the Maine coastline and allows visitors many places to explore.The owner is extremely pleasant, helpful, and accessible. A true treasure!

I booked this for a winter week getaway to work remotely and see family in Maine and could not have been more delighted. While there were many bedrooms, I just needed one, and the space was warm (well heated), welcoming, thoughtfully laid out and decorated. I had my relatives over for a few dinners, which were much appreciated in these constrained pandemic times and we all admired the location (easy drive down 129) and the luminosity of the view. I’ve stayed at many rental spots in Maine and this was really a gem.

Beautiful property. House is well done-nicely decorated, comfortable, well kept, well heated. I’m sure it’s a lot of fun in the summer. I enjoy the peace and quiet of the winter.

Our family of 5 from VA was more than thrilled to enjoy this adorable home in Maine! It was clean and cutely decorated. Christy gave us a long list of fun things to do, and we had a memorable time! We enjoyed some hikes, Pemaquid, Damariscotta (loved the Oysterhead pizza), Boothbay, Osiers and the Co-op. This was the perfect place to spend time as a family and adventure. We are new to exploring Maine, and we are so glad we came here!
