I have stayed in rental properties for over 30 years... this is by far one of the best houses I have ever rented anywhere. We wanted for nothing the owners have thought of everything..it was so perfect for our group. I usually have a list of things that need attention ...not this time. The only thing that might of been a help to us were some manuals on the appliances and TV. Being very senior ladies we found walking on the nice looking rocks a bit difficult. This is a beautiful home, super clean, and well maintained.

This house is absolutely stunning!!! It has everything you need and simple instructions of how to leave it. We would definitely rent again. The location is perfect!! A quick walk to the dam, a five minute drive to the marina, and a 10 minute drive to put in for a river float. It made our trip perfect!!

Amazing house, had everything you possibly needed! Rooms were large and clean. Everything worked and was a great time. Loved the layout with 1 bed in each room.

This was a wonderful place to host our mini family vacation/reunion. Fit 9 adults and 2 kids very comfortably. Everything was clean and as advertised. Directions were clear and never had to message the host about any issues. Can’t wait to stay here again!

This is a beautiful home, exactly as shown in the listing (if not better). It is very nicely furnished throughout, has a well equipped kitchen, very comfortable bedrooms and several great gathering spaces (indoors and outdoors, although unfortunately given the time of year we didn’t use the outdoors). The icing on the cake was the lovely, and unexpected, Christmas decorations. If you are looking for a place to stay in this area, I highly recommend this home

We loved this spacious home. Kitchen supplies were wonderful for making Thanksgiving dinner. We used the fire pit on the last day since it rained quite a bit. The fireplace inside was not working properly so that was a little disappointing. My 30 year kids with children loved the floor plan with 4 bedrooms upstairs and two bathrooms. The closets were large enough for a pack & play. We included our 3 golden doodles this trip and they loved the woods and deer. It could use a section of Astro turf to help them go potty. The home was pet friendly so we brought old towels when we found out it would be raining. Gruene andvWimberly were very crowded but fun! We will book this again for a winter vaca that is close to Austin and Houston.

Beautiful home! Quiet location, but easy drive to groceries, lake access, etc. Modern, clean, well-stocked. Patios and firepit were awesome! Bedroom and bathroom layout was ideal for mutliple families with small children. Owners were easy to get a hold of and very responsive. We would definitely stay again!

The house is very nice , new and very convenient situated beaide canyon lake Dam which is great to walk , run. Or stroll Great great property. Great spaces , very clean. All great. Defenitly will rent it again. Thanks for all

The hosts were amazing and responded quickly to all my questions. The house is beautiful and tucked away in the hills of Canyon Lake. Four of the Five bedrooms having at least a Queen size bed is PERFECT for a couples trip/vacation, which is what brought us to this house. It's so hard to find a house like this for a couples trip... Married people don't want to sleep in a twin bed or futon, folks! I will say, however, that most of the beds do not have a box spring; it's just a mattress on a bed frame, which means the mattress will be stiff. Some of the mattresses are pillow-top which helps some, but cannot replace what a box spring is meant to do. This is a small gripe, and overall the house and amenities were so amazing that I would stay here again!

We rented this place for a long weekend floating the river and going to schlitterbahn for 8 of us and it was absolutely perfect. Very clean, plenty of room, and a really great, modern vibe. We utilized the kitchen and grill, spent plenty of time on the spacious patio, and just really enjoyed the house. Jorge was great with communication, we had everything we needed, and he was quick to respond when we had a question.

House is spacious with a perfect layout to enjoy kitchen/living/deck areas for entertaining. Second floor deck has a great view of the Hill Country, would definitely stay there again.

This house was absolutely beautiful. We had such a wonderful time and will definitely be back! We grilled both nights and ate dinner outside on the beautiful patio. The best part is that a family of four deer walked right up to the backyard area and ate corn / stayed for quite a while! They weren’t scared away by us being outside and it was so cool to watch them. The fire pit is perfect for roasting s’mores. The owners did a wonderful job making casa Gallo a special and lovely vacation home.
