It was the perfect beach house to make memories for my baby’s first birthday. Made so many fun memories with my family. House is very spacious - more than enough space for 10 adults and 2 children. Property manager is extremely responsive and explained the check in and check out information thoroughly. It is a 2 min walk to the beach! The view from the dining area is stunning.

Everything fell right into place. House was great, really convenient location for the beach. Kids had a blast as well. We plan on returning next summer!

The house was absolutely perfect with each bedroom having their own bathroom. We had multiple families staying here and we had plenty of space to spread out or gather all together. The two separate living spaces were great to have for youngers and olders. Beach access was right across the street from the house. The owners were extremely kind and were super easy to communicate with. They answered all of our questions before and during our trip. Would highly recommend this property if planning a visit to Holden Beach!

Great house with an ideal layout for multiple families with small children. Wonderful location and easy walk to beach. The street is rather busy but the backyard / pool area is fenced in a fairly private. Hosts were responsive and helpful. We had perfect September beach weather and didn't want to leave!

This house had it all! We travel to Holden every other summer with our extended family and it was our first time staying at "Oasis of the Sea". The house was equipped with everything we needed. We loved the 2 living areas, big eat in kitchen, and pool area. The public beach access is super convenient as well. We spent our days on the beach and late afternoons by the pool. The area around the pool was spacious enough to play corn hole and other games. The owner was wonderful and easy to communicate with. Would definitely book again!

The “Oasis of the Sea” is just a short walk to the beach access making it a quick trip to the ocean for fun days riding the waves, as well as, evening searches for unique seashells and shark teeth! It was a nice bonus that the owner supplied beach chairs and a wagon to help tote supplies to the beach! However, the street was quite busy… so it was a little concerning crossing over to the beach access with the little ones! The private pool was a refreshing way to wrap up the afternoon from the crashing waves of the ocean!! Beds were comfortable, the house was clean, the dinner table was large enough to seat ten comfortably, as well as, a great place to play games with the family. The kitchen was well stocked… only appliance missing was a crockpot, lol! Our favorite part of the house was to gather on the front porch to have our morning beverages or to enjoy the moonlight shining on the ocean waves! However, when the rains rolled in, some of the porch areas could not be used. The third level outdoor dining area and the second level rocking chair area would get drenched. The outdoor floor mat also got soaked which took forever to dry and actually defeated it’s purpose of wiping your feet. But we did not let a few rain drops dampen our spirits… we just took the party inside and enjoyed the view!!! The crow’s nest added a nice touch… feasting our eyes on some awesome sunsets and taking a family photo with the ocean as a perfect backdrop! All in all, our family created fun and wonderful memories at the “Oasis of the Sea”!

The ideal place to stay! This property is amazing! It’s a perfect size for a large group and the location is just steps away from the beach. All the bedrooms worked perfectly for our large gathering. The pool area was amazing and the backyard is very large and great for cooking out and eating outside. We can’t wait to stay there again! This is an A+ property .

I was seeking a special property to bring my family to celebrate our youngest of 4's high school graduation. They each brought a spouse, partner or friend. With everyone "adulting" now, it's hard to find time for the 10 of us to get together and this likely is the last trip for several years where that will be possible. The Oasis of the Seas hit the mark! The property is beautiful, the layout is great with the outdoor living space on all the decks, by the pool and having 2 family room areas inside was perfect. AND the fact that there are 5 bathrooms definitely made live more pleasant with 10 adults in the home for the week. The decor is great, plenty of seating, comfortable beds and loads of amenities to use. We were not lacking for beach chairs or equipment. BIG bonus is the ice maker on the first floor to easily load up coolers or drink glasses. The pool was heavenly - perfect temperature, floats to use and having the outdoor bar and grill area was fantastic. This was a favorite area during the week. Access to the beach is very easy - basically cross the street and you're there. The property owner was one of the most responsive and accommodating that I've ever worked with when renting via VRBO. Everything was seamless, as described and extremely easy throughout the process. I cannot recommend this property enough. Our group loved it, expectations were met and we had a wonderful family vacation. Hope to come back someday!

Oasis Of The Sea was just that. Milestone Birthday celebration week with entire family. Plenty of rooms and amenities for all 11 of us (ages 1 to 70). Beach access is just a couple of doors down across the street. Pool was great and everything else was as good as advertised. Holden Beach is a Coastal treasure and Oasis is a great place to experience it.

We really enjoyed our stay at this beautiful home, despite the poor weather. Newly built home, absolutely gorgeous. Beautiful view of the ocean. Great location on the island. Less than minute walk to the public beach access. Not far at all from local restaurants on island, was very easy to take car or golf cart and be there in less than 5 minutes. Same with the general store. All rooms where well thought out and well spaced. Really enjoyed the big dinning table, came in very handy with the bad weather, we definitely had some good laughs around it while playing games. The pool was a very nice size and well maintained pool. Water was beautiful first day but did cool off as the week went due to the amount of rain fall. Communication with property owner/management was great. Couldn’t of asked for more besides nicer weather, but vacation is always what you make. We would definitely stay at this property again in a heartbeat. Thank you so much

We really enjoyed this house. We had 6 adults and 5 kids and had plenty of room. We loved the pool in the afternoons after being at the beach all day. It has a great view of the ocean and is close to restaurants and shops. We would stay here again!

The view and location were great. The property was so nice and clean. The kids loved the pool on rainy days. The owners were easy to work with. We had a great time!

Beautiful house and great location directly across from the beach! We really enjoyed our stay. We had trouble with electrical outlets in one room due to the house being brand new, but we made due for the week. I believe we were the first tenants to rent the house so things were still being adjusted and taken care of which is completely understood. The property manager was responsive to all our needs while we were there. Despite a few days of rain....we enjoyed the pool and the short walk across the street to the beach. The public beach access is super close to the house making it easy to put our chairs out in the morning, and also walk back for lunch in the afternoon. This was our first time to Holden Beach. We would definitely stay at this property again.
