Very spacious and beautifully decorated home very close to Mauna Lani Village. It was easier to walk to the grocery store than it was to drive and park! Access to the Beach Club with all the beach gear you could need. Very nice pool complex/hot tub/workout room just around the corner from the condo.

This is a great property - very clean, well stocked, and conveniently located in the Mauna Lani Resort area. We had everything we could possibly want. The house is located right by the pool area, so there was sometimes some noise from there, but for us it was never bothersome - just kids having fun. This is very close to the grocery store and the shops at Mauna Lani (highly recommend the coffee shop - great coffee!) This is overall a great resort area and the house really felt like our home away from home. We would definitely stay here again!

We absolutely loved this spot. Myself, husband, 2 children and another couple stayed here. Tons of space for everyone with a great outdoor area for eating & relaxing. The pool was only a 2 minute walk away and the beach was a couple of minute drive. Loved that the house had tons of beach toys, a wagon, coolers and chairs. The house was well stocked with beach towels, kids dishes and had the perfect room upstairs for our children with two double beds.

Great location next to shopping center and close to Mauna Lani amenities and area beaches. Everything one could need for the beach was provided. Great property.

Had a fantastic time. 3 bedrooms with connected baths. All of the needs in the bath and kitchen. Had an issue with dryer and it was handled immediately… felt at home

The house was very clean. It allowed three generations (7 people) to mix as wanted and yet spread out for that quiet moment. The pool and fitness Center nearby were welcome assets and never a noise concern. Proximity to the store was welcome though their 7 pm closing time was a surprise the first night in. Beaches were nearby for sunsets and the Beach Club was a particular favourite. Snorkeling was terrific there. Communication with the managers was helpful. They provided reminders before arrival and departure and responded to questions while onsite. We would work with them again. As always, we wonder if we would return to a particular property. In this case, the answer is a resounding yes! Mahalo to the owners for sharing their piece of paradise with us.

Excellent
We had an excellent stay at Hale Kanani. Exactly as advertised…clean, spacious, private, well-stocked, and convenient. We enjoyed our time lounging around, using the private beach club, and as a perfect starting point for drives around the island.
We have stayed in many VRBO’s over the years and this was honestly our favorite so far. Highly recommend for families and friends who want an upscale, private Big Island experience.

Great family vacation
Great home for our family of five with a short drive to several beaches (our favorite was Mauna Kea - get there early 7:30-8:00 am to secure parking).
Highly recommend stocking up on groceries when you arrive in Kona (Walmart & Costco).
House has items to start you out with… soap, paper products, spices, etc which is great!
No complaints, great home, quiet location (there is a community pool out back that was never busy so the noise from there was minimal.)
Wouldn’t hesitate to book again!!!

Lovely accommodations!
We spent over a week at Coconut Telegraph with four teenage daughters. The configuration of beds plus en suite bathrooms provided plenty of space — and I loved my master bedroom lanai. Kitchen is well stocked to cook full meals. Garage also has great supply of bikes, boogie boards, chairs, etc. Our daughters enjoyed both the pool & fitness center. The unit was very clean. We will book Coconut Telegraph again on future trips!

FABULOUS
Our second stay at Mauna Launi, but first time in this unit. It was immaculate and so close to everything--shops/pool/private beach. Just amazing accommodations. There were 7 of us and we were all super impressed. I highly recommend staying here. We will definitely be returning. Everyone is so friendly.

Perfect accomodations
This property was very well appointed throughout and had everything we wanted or needed. Kitchen is well equipped. Nice linens. Reading and travel material and information on the area and lox al restaurants provided. Very short walk to pool (1.5 minutes) and right around the corner from the local grocery and a few shops and restaurants. Private beach is 1 mile away. Lots of beach equipment, bikes, snorkel gear. We would definitely stay here again!

Amazing Home with Great Location!
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay this home. There were 2 couples and 3 kids and the space was perfect with enough room to spread out. I love to cook and the kitchen was very well equipped. Everything was very clean and the amenities were great. TVs in all rooms with cable and apps on them for Amazon, Netflix, etc. The access to the beach club was a huge bonus and the 3 minute walk to the store and shops was SO convenient. I would absolutely stay here again in a heartbeat.

Fantastic place to stay! We would stay here again. The photos are a true representation! What a functional floor plan, with all bedrooms spread out each with a full bathroom. Location is premium to the market to short drives to epic beaches.

This home is in a great location, easy to access various beaches, shopping, the pool is right behind the house. The house provides great accessories for the beach as well (chairs, snorkeling gear, umbrellas, coolers, beach toys, etc). We would absolutely stay here again!

Mauna Lani, The Villages 203 Excellent Condo, Nov 9-16, 2019
We stayed at The Villages 203 with two other couples and the condo provided plenty of room for each of us.
One of the reasons we chose this condo was it looked very spacious and nicely decorated, the covered lanai, plenty of room for all of us and the bathrooms off each bedroom.
We ate all our meals on the covered lanai and the lanai furniture was top quality and comfortable.
Kitchen has a large island which made it easy for preparing meals.
Condo was very close to grocery store which was nice.
Kathi (property manager) met us at the condo and was just a phone call away, if we needed anything.
We didn't have a view from the lanai but we knew that from the pictures. The lanai was still our favorite place to gather though.
Booking the condo and communication with the owner (Liz) was very easy.
Our overall stay was very enjoyable.

Exceptional Townhome
Our stay here was very enjoyable. We appreciated having beach umbrellas, boogie boards, beach chairs, coolers, etc. available for our use along with several beach towels. The kitchen was well stocked and all appliances were high-end.
It was convenient to have a large washer and dryer. The bathrooms were large and very well kept. We used both lovely patios and played in the pool several times during our stay.
We especially apppreciated having access to the beach club so we could park close to the beach and easily carry
chairs, umbrellas, toys, etc. to the beach. It was also very convenient to have a grocery store within walking distance as well as the restaurants and shops.
Kathi was very quick in responding to our needs (we only had questions a couple of times during our week’s stay) and resolved issues almost immediately. We would definitely book another stay!

Wonderful home in a great location!
We enjoyed every aspect of our stay at Elizabeth's home. It was roomy, clean, conveniently located, tastefully decorated, and thoughtfully stocked with everything we could have asked for.
The pool, gym, and grocery store are all very close by and my wife enjoyed daily morning runs in the surrounding area.
It was a pleasure working with Elizabeth and she delivered an outstanding vacation experience. I own and manage two vacation rental properties myself and I think I know what a discriminating traveler is looking for, and this experience nailed it.
We especially enjoyed the 49 Black Sand beach and the night dive with the manta rays near the Sheraton hotel. I haven't played golf for several years but when I did play I enjoyed a round at Mauna Lani, and driving through the course during our stay revealed that it is still very well maintained.
We would not hesitate to return for another stay and to enjoy Elizabeth's aloha.

Great place to stay!
Great house that’s very nice. Bedrooms were very comfortable and having private bathrooms was great. All appliances are new and worked with no problems. We were visiting friends that live in The Village (the development where the house is located). They invited us to their monthly neighborhood party at the pool. About 75 people attended and everyone was very nice. We enjoyed the conversations and food.

Heavenly Holiday in Hawaii
We loved this townhouse! Came here with family of 8 (adult children) to celebrate birthdays. We have never stayed in such a well equipped unit before. Lots of cookwear, dishes, spices, small appliances and even soap and shampoo in each shower. There were boogie boards, beach towels, chairs and umbrellas and coolers. I could go on.....
We loved the location near the shops and pool. The beach club beach was lovely, great snorkeling! Hapuna beach was fun to boogie board on. Having a morning coffee on the upstairs lanai and listening to the birds was heavenly.....also saw a few rainbows from there.
All and all a wonderful holiday and place to stay. We were all very comfortable and had a lot of space. Will definitely come again🌺�🌴�

Comfort, space, quiet and convenience
We loved this property and appreciated the spaciousness. Very comfortable beds and seating, indoors and out. The laundry room—including soap!—beach towels and garage were big pluses. Communication and support from owner and on-site staff were top-notch. It was wonderful to walk just 2-3 minutes to restaurants and grocery stores. Don’tmiss breakfast and lunch at Under the Bodhi Tree.
It may be that we missed the heads-up about these in the listing, but I would offer two small caveats to future guests: We were caught off guard by the absence of shampoo and conditioner in any of the bathrooms (an inconvenience, and a puzzler in such an otherwise well-appointed property). We were also surprised by the rule about leaving the A/C up at 76, which was not a comfortable temperature for us.
This is a lovely place to stay in a great location—snap it up!

Wonderful home on the Kona coast.
This is a wonderful home. It is supplied with all of the necessities and more. We travel often with the two couples who joined us here. Both couples thought this was the best home we’ve stayed in while traveling.
We had one mechanical issue on the second day. It was fixed quickly and without any question.

Lovely Home
Our stay at the condo was accommodating. The rooms were very nice. The bathrooms were exquisite. The living room (and TV)was very nice and comfortable. The scenery around the condo was very beautiful. The kitchen area was very nice but needs a full spring cleaning inside the cabinets and a exterminator. Unfortunately, we found a lot of bugs on the counters and inside the cabinets. I understand that there is an over abundance of bugs in Hawaii but this alot. We are not holding this against you because your place was great aside from this problem. We are only trying to help you solve this problem so that no one in the future experiences this. ****

Nice comfortable Condo!
We enjoyed our stay at your very nice and comfortable condo. Good location near the grocery store and close walk to the pool. Nice quiet gated neighborhood. Condo was nicely appointed with quality furniture, appliances and accessories. The only small comment I would make, is although the condo was very nice and tidy when we arrived, the fine details of the deep cleaning were only mediocre and should be to a higher standard when a cleaning fee is paid. (ie. dusty in unused areas, the sinks, faucets and toilets had rings and scum/build up around them). Otherwise, it was a wonderful homey vacation place with lots of room for your family!

Great condo in a great location.
Things got off to a rough start when we arrived at 1 AM after a three hour plane flight delay and we did not have the gate code for the entrance into the complex but the security guard was very helpful and things were smooth sailing from there.
The condo was beautiful and the three bedrooms with attached baths made us all feel special. The kitchen was well equipped and the outdoor sitting areas were lovely.
The Beach Club offered a great area to snorkel and relax. Plus there were multiple restaurants to choose plus a conveniently located market.
When we did explore, we found several beautiful beaches near by and the condo provided beach chairs, boogie boards, towels, beach umbrellas and coolers to use.
Overall this was a great condo.

Amazing stay
This town house is just perfect to us. It provides everything we need for the vacation, no..., even more than what we thought. There're a lot of beach activities gadgets in the garage. Location is super among the community. Foodland Farms Grocery is just a few steps away. A couple of nice restaurants nearby within walking distance. Enough space to accommodate 6 or more. Nicely décor and good-looking furniture. Well-equipped kitchen with everything you may need to cook a meal of American style or whatever. Very friendly neighbors and safe and comfortable. The owner Liz replies emails super fast and answers your questions patiently. The only one draw-back is weak cellular service indoor. Other than this, everything is perfect. Thank you for providing all these to make our vacation great.
