Check in was easy and fast. Communication with management company was fast and extremely responsive. The property itself was amazing and close to the mountain.

We visited Breckenridge for the first time to celebrate a birthday. The house is exactly as pictured, comfortable, and well stocked. The hot tub was perfect! EXCELLENT location. Super close to the gondola lift, grocery store, and other places to get supplies. The manager was very responsive and took good care of us. We'll stay again!

We got caught up in the airline cancellations and had to drive ,making us one day late for our reservation. I was aware of the policies but had hoped to receive a bit of a rebate. The ski rental shop, the transportation van from Denver, and the airlines all gave us some money for the unused day. Two of our group never got to Colorado because of the airlines. It was out of our control that we missed a day. Our experience was excellent when we arrived.

The woods complex was a great stay. It's close to the shops, the 4 o'clock ski run, and the gondola. The place was the right amount of space for the seven of us. Some of the HOA rules were a lil over the top - no outside lights after 10pm and no smoking of any kind (even outside) - but otherwise it was really awesome! I would come back but leave the cigars at home next time.

Great property, I’d rent again.

We had a group of 9 with plenty of room to sleep and relax with everyone. The walk to restaurants and shops was easy and convenient. We visited in late summer so no skiing but hiking and nature walks were close by as well.

We had a wonderful time, the house was exactly as stated. We would definitely stay here again!

This was the best rental we have had in the entire state of Colorado! The whole family loved it and we would absolutely stay here again!

I was very dissatisfied with the property. We ski every year. This is the third visit to Breckenridge. For this property was by far the worst experience we've ever had. The main issue is the cleanliness of the property. There were dust webs hanging from the ceiling. Dust was visible everywhere. Furthermore underneath the beds it appears it had not been cleaned in years there was a layer of dust and dust balls that were thickened and adherent to the floor. It was disgusting. There were multiple other smaller issues that I won't go into detail over, Because this was the overwhelming issue.

Short ski/walk to gondola and ski right back to the spot!

Great location. You can ski back home which is invaluable. Lots of room for 8 adults. Comfy living room and big kitchen. Only issues was one frying pan only and pillows could use a replacement. Would definitely stay here again

Loved the condo...roomy, nice decor, clean, new appliances. We will definitely sty here again. The staff at Summit Mountain Rentals were super too!

Lots of room for our large family to spread out. Some minor issues with an upstairs shower and the living room fireplace that were fixed by maintenance.

We had a great time at this place, clean and close to the slopes.

We really enjoyed our stay at this property! We chose it because of its convenient location. It was close enough to town for our teenagers to be able to go into Breckenridge without needing a vehicle. Access to the gondolas is in walking distance from the home.

Very nice place, clean, and nice layout for a group of 8. We could have comfortably fit a few more. Easy access to gondola that takes you right to base of peak 8. Friendly and accommodating staff. Will def be back!

The property was wonderful. Very comfortable, clean, spacious and the perfect location to see Breckinridge and Vail.

My family stayed in this house for my wedding trip and it was amazing. The gondolas are right across the street and downtown couldn’t be closer. The home was clean and a perfect place for us to stay. We will definitely be back someday!

Pros: - The place was amazing and very clean - Walking distance to downtown Breckenridge - Management company easy to deal with although there was more than usual amount of paperwork to fill out.

Everything a guest could possibly need was provided. Beautiful, well kept home with lots of space. Short walk to Main St for shopping, groceries, restaurants. Gondola close by to take you up to activities. Couldn't ask for a better location or amenities

We never skied down to the gondola in the morning but skied back to the condo in the afternoon via 4 O’Clock run then left on the gondola access run and it was very nice. This his puts you at the top of the neighborhood and then there a a short three minute walk downhill to the house (or of there is fresh powder you can ski down!). The only downside is the hot tub is a smaller 3/4 person hot tub for a house that sleeps this many guests but it sure has a nice view from the hot tub when coming off the slopes in the afternoon. We would rent this house or one in this neighborhood again!
