King size bed in the rear with a full 6 drawer dresser, full size closet, 2 smaller closets with shelves over dresser.. also has a 45 inch cable/satellite tv in bedroom along with a washer and dryer. RV has a full size shower (no tub), toilet, and sink with vanity mirror Living room has 2 couches that make into full size beds, 2 theater recliners and carpet with fire place and 65 inch cable/satellite TV. Kitchen features granite counter tops, microwave, gas range/oven, full size fridge with ice maker, and a table that seats 4 people... Dual rooftop ac units with separate thermostats for front and rear of the coach.. Under belly storage, self leveling jack system, black water clean out, outdoor shower, and 8 gallon hot water heater that is electric and/or gas (never run out of hot water) All slides have awnings and the RV features outdoor speakers and a full size porch awning... RV will have bed linens, towels, wash cloths,hand towels and dish rags. Also will be fully stocked with cookware, silverware,cups, and plates Enough for 6 guests. We will also furnish dish soap, hand soap, toilet additive and toilet paper (please only use RV paper), trash bags, and paper towels. For outdoor fun we have a beach cart, folding table, small tabletop grill with 2 small propane bottles, and outdoor collapsible trash cans. All you will need to bring is your clothes,groceries,and toiletries. If you have any special requests we will make every effort to comply with them within reason. Delivery charge plus mileage 0-50 miles $2.00 per mile each way. 50-100 miles is $1.85 per mile each way. 100-150 miles is $1.75 per mile each way. More than 150 miles I must be contacted first to make arrangements and discuss fees..
