We had a great time enjoying this property.

Everything was as advertised. Easy check in and clean. Enjoyed the outdoor fire pit while I caught and released a few fish from the dock. Walked to a few good restaurants and took a stroll on the beach.

My husband and I had a great time! Such a cute property! Great pool and the house had everything we needed and is so cute and cozy. We enjoyed the bikes and I loved the pool:) Just wish we had more time to spend there. Laura was great:) We brought our 12 year old lab with us that has a hard time getting around and she had plenty of yard to enjoy and hang out by the pool with us. You really don’t need to drive anywhere if you want to go to dinner local you can walk or bike there. Awesome spot:)

This house was perfect for our family of 4. Our boys enjoyed the pool and fishing from the dock. The short walk or bike ride to the beach (they especially loved the double bike) was made easier by all the beach supplies in the garage. We loved having game night in the living room when it rained.

This is a fabulous location that is perfect for exploring all that Indian Rocks Beach has to offer. The pool was quintessential for relaxing during the afternoon heat of July. Home has all your necessary supplies both in the kitchen and bathroom. Community panty is a huge plus for the little kitchen items most people forget to bring. Would DEFINITELY book a return visit.

Laura was great to work with. The home was cozy, clean and decorated nicely (coastal vibe) . We really enjoyed our visit and the pool was refreshing on warm days. Beach is close and lots of nearby restaurants to choose from.

The location was perfect, we rented a car but really didn’t need it. Beach was right down the street as well as restaurants and groceries. We took the bikes everywhere. The house was so well stocked with towels, beach equipment and kitchen necessities. The pool and dock were amazing and we hardly left except to eat and lay on the beach. We had zero complaints and the owner still checked that we were having a great time. Relaxation at its finest at this true home away from home .

We love this area of Florida and this was a new rental for us....it was lovely! The beach is just is short and pleasant walk, the yard is both spacious and cozy, the pool and dock and waterway were great, and the house was beautifully decorated. The pool house was an added bonus! We will be back next year!

House was clean and had everything we needed.

Three weeks wasn't enough time at this incredible house and location. The fishing off the dock was EPIC. We used live shrimp and a fish finder rig and caught: sheepshead, red drum, black drum, sea bass, jacks, catfish, lady fish, king, and whiting. And two surprises...a searobin (a fish with wings) and a bonnethead shark. Laura was an incredible host. Highly recommend this slice of heaven.

We have friends on the beach and come down once or twice a year. We like to stay in the neighborhood (pretend we live there) and relax. Everything was easy and we had a great time. Seriously comfortable bed in the master.

We stayed at Lauren’s property as a little getaway. It was the perfect spot for relaxing, touring the town, and walking. The outdoor area was quiet, well lit at nighttime, and the pool was clean. The property is well stocked with everything you need. Bikes, pool supplies, beach supplies, and cooking items were available. There is a regular coffee pot in the kitchen. The beds are extremely comfortable. Lots of great restaurants within walking or biking distance. Lauren was a wonderful host. Easy to communicate with and answered any questions we had. I highly recommend this property.

The home was beautiful and so inviting. My little girl lived in the pool when she could. It was close to everything we wanted to do. We we loved having family nights in the living room. Would definitely rent again if we return to the area.

Laura was great and quick to respond. House was great and very clean. We had a blast and it us on the bay and just a short bike ride or walk to the beach.

Laura is an amazing host and her property exceeded expectations! The home was CLEAN, the pool was amazing, and the views from the back yard were perfect. I usually stay beachfront, but this home has changed my mind on what I thought I wanted. We loved having a private pool, and I found drinking coffee on the pier overlooking the intercoastal so relaxing. The beach is only a short 3 block walk, and we didn't have to hassle with driving and trying to find parking. The kitchen is well stocked and there were plenty of extras (coffee filters, numerous brands and types of coffee, spices, cooking oils, etc). There was a variety of condiments in the fridge and even a couple of cold bottled waters. Laura even has a Community Pantry for guests to take what they need or to leave what they don't. We enjoyed eating breakfast at the "ocean" table in the back area of the house while looking to see what seabirds were near the dock. The pool house/garage was stocked with everything you could need. I'm glad that I packed lighter than I normally do. There were multiple fishing poles and fishing gear (we saw a lot of large fish off the dock every day), a huge variety of floats/rafts for the pool and beach, sand toys for the kids, 8 bikes (one being a tandem), air pumps, bike pumps, beach umbrellas, beach chairs, coolers, beach carts for hauling everything, etc. There is also a full bath in the pool house/garage, mini fridge, and washer/dryer. The neighborhood is beautiful and my daughter and I enjoyed pedaling around on the tandem bike. We also rode bikes to the beach for sunsets and the Kooky Coconut for ice cream. We frequented the Kooky Coconut every day (sometimes multiple times) for some delicious Tampa Cuban sandwiches, ice cream and coffee. They have gluten free bread and vegan ice cream choices, so needless to say I was REALLY happy. We also ate at Slyce. They too have gluten free options (pizza!) Both these places allow pets in the outside seating areas, which was a plus since we were traveling with our 2 dogs. We took the dogs to a pet-friendly beach near Treasure Island. Our Golden Retriever was happy to swim, our Basset Hound not so much. We went at high tide so there wasn't a true beach area. We visited the Seaside Seabird Sanctuary on our last full day. My only negative for this vacation was that we couldn't stay longer. We hope to start planning our next trip to Laura's home soon!

It was a great place to get away from the busy life. We sat by the pool everyday.

Lovely property - situated close to so many nice restaurants and beach access just a couple of blocks away. Very clean with many nice touches to enhance your vacation. Can't wait to visit soon.
