From booking to the morning we headed home, everything was made so easy. This property had plenty of room, fun arcade games, hot tub and just a beautiful patio and deck to hang out. The home itself is in a quiet neighborhood, well kept and clean. Definitely will be back for another family vacation.

Our group of 12, all ages, was very comfortable. Spearfish has plenty to offer…canyon, fish hatchery, water park while there are so many places to visit within an hour and half drive…Custer, Mt Rushmore, Rapid City to name a few. Great location for an extended stay. Devils bathtub and iron creek, two all ages hikes nearby.

The property was beautiful, immaculate, and included all the basic ammenities that we needed! The kids really loved all the arcade games provided, and everyone enjoyed the hot tub! The location was easy to find and close to grocery, gas, and all the beautiful attractions that Spearfish has to offer. Ryan and Lucas were very prompt answering any questions that we had. It was a great vacation in a gorgeous setting!

We had a wonderful stay here with our family. It was very comfortable to host multiple families. The video games and toys for the kids were so nice to have, as we had some rainy days. The host was available to help when needed. We loved our stay!

The house was amazing. It was very clean, stocked and spacious. The basement was a hit with the kids with the arcade games! The backyard was well kept and a great spot to sit and enjoy the evenings. We would definitely recommend this to anyone looking for an amazing place to stay in Spearfish!

The property was perfect for my hubs and I, our family of grown children (4), their spouses (2), and grands (6). Everyone had their space, but we also had great shared space! The game room was a big hit. It was lovely to sit on the back patio and see the bunnies and deer visit. So peaceful. The house is set up very well and met all of our needs. Would definitely come again. And the hosts were great at communicating. Thanks for a wonderful visit!

The house was perfect for our family vacation. We had 8 adults and 6 kids, and this house was everything we needed and more. The kids loved the arcade games and that they had a room to themselves. The location was easy to get to and was close to just about everything we wanted to do in Spearfish. If we ever come back for a family trip to the area again, we will definitely try to book this place again.

Picked this property because of proximity to our family members home in the area. Great neighborhood and easy access to all we wanted to do. The house fit our family's needs perfectly. Beds were comfy and the large downstairs rec area kept the 4 grandkids very busy. Will definitely inquire about staying at this property on our next visit to the Spearfish area!

I was in town to visit friends and looking for a convenient location. The rental was perfect… great communication, easy checkin/out, location close to restaurants, fun game room to hang out in and hot tub in backyard to top it off. Highly recommended! When I return I will look to stay here again.

First off, I have to say the hosts were great with helping me book their home! I had a last minute extra person and the communication was beyond what I expected.
The pictures are beautiful, but in person was even better. Very spacious home, clean, and the games were a big bonus for us. This was an adult get away, but it would've been a great place to bring our kids.
While in the hot tub there were turkeys walking up to the trees just a few feet away, and of course the deer came next. Even being in a residential area, it really didn't feel like it.. we loved that!
Spearfish is a beautiful community and so close to many different attractions that we didnt miss out on anything.

Terrific stay. It was just 4 of us, but the home was plenty big for several more. Very clean. Very comfortable and nice furniture. Everything worked! Communication was perfect, and check in was great. I would highly recommend, especially if looking for a place to sleep 4 or 5 couples.

Exceptional stay in this spacious house in Spearfish. Perfect location and the manager was so responsive and helpful - even going out of his way to get the hot tub up and running after a week of subzero temps prior to our stay. Highly recommend!

This is a nice home in a great location. It’s in a nice subdivision but secluded at the same time. The downstairs area is great for watching movies, playing games, etc. lots of room for the children to stay busy. Close to gas/groceries. It was winter so we didn’t get to use the outdoor areas but it has a nice patio and would be great in the summer. The house was very clean!

Loved the place. Had some visitors while we were there. Deer and turkeys came through daily. Window coverings would be nice though, as neighboring houses have a clear view into the living areas. But we would return to this place again. And Lucas the property mgr is a great guy and very helpful.

Our stay at this VRBO property was fantastic! The location was ideal, with easy access to BHSU, dining, downtown Spearfish, and hiking. The home itself was spacious and comfortable, with cozy beds and a fun atmosphere, including arcade games in the downstairs area. The hot tub and outdoor space were wonderful bonuses. We're eagerly anticipating our next stay here. Highly recommended!

We had an amazing stay! Our every need was taken care of right from the start. The team was in contact throughout our stay to ensure our needs were met and even exceeded! The house was perfect for our large group to gather or spread out as needed. Plenty of supplies kept us going the whole week and the washer was awesome to wring out our suits after a relaxing soak in the hot tub!!!

The house and neighborhood were beautiful. The owners thought of everything you’d need - down to the smallest detail. It was like being in your own home.
We grilled out, relaxed on the patio and the crowning touch was that we had deer in the back and side yard. I loved it!
You’ll be happy that you’ve chosen this house for your stay. It was convenient to Deadwood and Lead. We even did a day trip to North Dakota to add that state to our list (we’re from Alabama).

The property was stunningly beautiful inside and out, with a nice assortment of every day amenities. Though the driveway was a little steep, it still had a nice accessibility to it. Each morning we stayed, we saw multiple deer in the back yard, within 15' of the house!!
The only "complaint" if you can call it that, is that there were not more instructions on how to use certain items in the home. We couldnt figure out the fireplace until the last night we stayed.
The mattresses were a little firm, but the bedding was ultra soft! Nicely decorated and definitely a hit for the family that stayed :)

This property exceeded my expectations. Communication with the owner was easy as was check in and check out. Very roomy and comfortable. I really liked the vintage arcade games in the basement. We were there for Kool Deadwood Nites and it was perfect for a group of five guys. The only thing is the driveway is steep so be careful with a low car.

It was great for two families to stay to attend a wedding in the area. Lots of room and supplied with everything we needed. IThe kids loved the arcade games. The deck area was nice. The whole house was welcoming and very clean. It was a nice quiet neighborhood and easy to find. Would defiantly stay again!

We vacation for a week each summer as a group of 14. This location was kid friendly, adult friendly and close to amenities. We were able spread out or all hang together easily. Beautiful home.
