I have liked more about the location of the apartment

I not have liked and for me was unceptable I go inside the apartment and found one dirty towel in the bathroom and call for them and they tell me in day after the cleaners go there for collecting the dirty towels and nobody apear there for collet

No breakfast included.

There was no cutlery to eat or make drinks with, I called the number & spoke to a foreign lady & told her but no one got back to me so I had to make tea with a plastic spatula. Other than that it was ok although it was noisy at night due to the location. It should be advertised as located on a busy road next to a wetherspoons pub.

Tiny bed, tiny bedsit type accommodation

Clean, comfortable and easy access to the train station around the corner.

Gap under the front door of the apartment, literally someone could put their phone under and see through to the apartment if they wanted to. Like the door wasn’t level to the floor.

Not easy - very complicated instructions given by host

We found canistan vaginal cream in the room... sent the picture to the owners and they could not even offer a refund or partial.

Great location and lovely clean, comfortable and modern room.

Not too happy about having to pay a £200 deposit upfront to cover any potential damage. Not too happy about the potential long timescale for the return of the deposit either. This would put me off booking again and only did so this time due to low availability over the Bank Holiday weekend.

bed too small for two people no cutlery provided

Very close to the tattoo studio we’d travelled to attend, it was clean and there was everything in there that you’d need - hairdryer, good heating, fridge/freezer. The communication with the owners was excellent. The room is incredibly small, but we didn’t need it for more than sleeping so not an issue for us.

Very noisy opposite a Wetherspoons, we listened to a couple argue outside into the early hours - the owners can’t avoid that, although maybe it could be highlighted in the description. The duvet and pillows are very stiff and uncomfortable but very clean. The rules are so crippling we were afraid to use anything, they are emailed to you, printed in the room, you have to sign a form over them and then pay a £100 deposit which you could loose at their discretion. it’s very limiting and dulls the enjoyment of the stay. I don’t think you should be expected to empty the bins, you can’t dirty the towels (I took my own to avoid this) or the sheets. If the rooms are being cleaned properly I don’t think these things should be an issue.

Room was cleaner and more comfortable than other reviews let me to believe.

Location was in Student accommodation. We were woken 4 times in the night by people shouting, swearing and banging on the door next door to ours. The language was disgusting. It did not feel a safe place to sleep. I have contacted the host to express my displeasure but received no reply despite the host badgering us with emails about signing terms and conditions, deposit and checking out prior to and during the visit. We have also not heard anything about our £100 deposit we had to provide, 24 hours after we checked out. Choose somewhere else to stay!

location is good. next door to train station and walking distance to centre is very near. breakfast n/a super clean communication with company/awner went very smooth and professional

don't expect what is not there, it is a rather small flat, not a luxury suite in a hotel nothing to complain

Spotlessly clean, and put a roof over our heads in an over-packed town?

One room flat microscopically small. Noisy location opposite a Witherspoons. Other flat occupants very noisy. No parking facilities.

The flat itself was lovely, small but didn’t feel cramped. It was very also very clean and shower and bathroom good. Excellent central location, this did mean it got quite noisy if you had the window open but was to be expected! I did need to contact customer service on a few occasions and they were helpful.

Unfortunately despite the flat itself being nice, I had huge issues with the other tenants in the building. On the first night we had drunk people banging on our door and shouting at 5am. Then on the 2nd night we had screaming and shouting in the laundry room which was directly opposite our flat. They then decided to use the washing machine at 4.30am? Guest homes only manage the one property in the building- I had a look into who manages the rest of the property and I’m pretty sure the building is private student accommodation which I feel people should be aware of prior to booking. Customer service were helpful regarding this and I’ve been given a refund, but I feel people need to be aware. There was also a lot of documents to sign digitally prior to arrival which was a pain. On arrival there is also a very long list of fees so have to be extra careful not to spill anything. Also a pretty big security deposit!

the bin section was quite bad to be honest it didnt look like a bin had been emptied from the room in a year with overfilled bins to the point there are bin bags on the floor and flies flying everywhere and with a disgusting smell which could be smelled from outside.

Mattress uncomfortable. No tea towel. Behind bathroom door not cleaned. TV remote was missing but found under bed with some dirty socks not cleaned

The property was easy to find and good parking options around it. The flat itself was small but well arranged with everything working perfectly. TV, WiFi and also a hairdryer.

The smell was the first thing I noticed, unfortunately out of the kitchen drain there was a really bad smell coming out. Then being a cleaner I noticed that the flat could use a deep clean. I was surprised that the only cutlery there were butcher's knives (no forks nor spoons nor normal knives). Lastly, but not their fault, at night cars were racing right around the property.
