The apartment was as described. Nice quite area. A walk across the street and over the dunes to the beach. Had all the needed amenities. Bed was a little rough but overall a nice place.

The condo was very nice. Clean, quiet and comfortable. We would recommend it to anyone who wants a beautiful pool and 10 minute walk to the beach.

The check in was easy and the unit was very clean. The beach access is right across the street which makes for a lot of beach time.

Location of property is great. Walk across the street to the beach, close to restaurants and attractions. However, ANTS, ANTS, ANTS!! Upon arrival at the unit we noticed ant traps on the kitchen counter. As we unloaded and proceeded to make something to eat, ants swarmed the counter. I notified management and the first thing they said was we never had an ant problem, yet there was ant traps on the counter upon arrival. The implication to us was that we caused the problem. The management company said they would take care of correcting the problem. Well they never took care of it during our whole visit and we never heard back from the management company, very poor communication! The ants were so bad we had to eat out every meal for 5 days (not our plan) because if we put any food on the counter ants would be everywhere. It was so bad, my wife even took a video of the ants as proof. We would come back to New Smyrna Beach but we will not stay in any of this management company's properties!

This was a very clean and comfortable place. The area is quiet. The surrounding trails were great for walking my dog. Close to the beach and downtown. Realtor was very helpful, and contactless check in and out was easy. Would recommend

The property was very clean and generally well equipped. The property managers were easy to reach and responsive to any needs we expressed. Really a great spot. Close to the beach and national seashore and within walking distance of basic commodities at the small plaza down the street.

We enjoyed the pool and the short walk to the beach. Went to canaveral national seashore to watch space-x launch. Enjoyed breakfast on Flagler st. and lunch at the treehouse.

Amazing condo. Short walk to beach. Heated swimming pool that was great. One level condo for us older folks who have trouble with stairs. Wonderful neighbors there who are so friendly. Couldn’t have found a better place. We will definitely be back.

We have been staying at various Seawoods condos for 35 years. We are in a different condo each time depending on the number of guests and availability. I can’t complain about this condo except some renovations may improve it. The condos are aging and you can see it on the outside and inside of residences. This one could use new grout or tiles in the bath tub/shower. The kitchen cabinets could be replaced and updated along with the countertop. Some of the furniture was well used and needs refreshing. The fact that pets are allowed can wear on the furniture, but this was a plus for us with an aging dog that we could not leave behind. More bath towels could have been available, but we did laundry to wash them. We only found one set of towels each for my husband and I. Overall, we were satisfied with the rental accommodations and we love the location close to the ocean, with many restaurants and things to do. Another plus, the Seawoods condos are well monitored for safety and they are very quiet. We met some great neighbors, renters and owners.

Clean is an understatement! Close to the beach, laundry, comfy bed, cute outdoor space, Netflix, minimal and functional. Loved it.

Property was very nice and quiet. We are familiar with the area, so it was very convenient to beach and our favorite places to visit. Bed was very comfortable. Very helpful that owner allows pets. Only lacks a fenced in yard.
