The property was clean, beautiful, well stocked with dishes and appliances! They covered all our needs. Plenty of room for the 14 of us inside and out. It was a short walk to the beach and the bay! Wonderful place to come to share some wonderful family time.

No words can describe how fabulous this house is. We have rented numerous nice properties over the last decade but nothing could compare to this one. The house is gorgeous, location unbeatable, (steps to both ocean and bay) owner incredibly helpful in every way. Everything from state of the art appliances, etc. was there. Our family has rented vacation properties from NY to CA and even one year in Paris. Every one of us (3 generations) said THIS WAS THE BEST! We send a big Thank you for this fabulous vacation experience!

The house was everything we expected! Clean, fully equipped, close to the beach & in a beautiful, quiet neighborhood. Any questions that I had, the owner got back to me right away. I would definitely stay there again.

The house exceeded our expectations! The location is a short walk to the beach and the bay. Bay Village shops and restaurants are a quick drive. The kitchen had everything that we needed for cooking meals, and the layout accommodated our multi-generational group well. We enjoyed the rocking furniture on the front porch, and making s’mores in the outdoor fire pit. Communication with the host was quick and easy. Thank you for a great family beach vacation!

Our family vacation was absolutely perfect! Not only was this beach house beautifully decorated, it was well equipped, plenty of space (inside and out), easy access to everything, yet in a very quiet and peaceful neighborhood with very little traffic. We loved spending time relaxing on the porch and grilling on the patio! Hosts were very friendly and always responded quickly with any information. Communication was great! We are planning our next trip already! I would highly recommend!

We had a great time here! House very accommodating and comfortable! Access to beach fantastic!! Very quiet beautiful neighborhood. A passerby told us he loves the house and he has stayed there before! Brian and Diane were pleasant and super easy to work with. Highly recommend this house!

The kitchen had all of the tools and pots/pans that we needed for our stay, and the outdoor space was great for making s'mores! The walk to the beach took two minutes, and the beach was NOT crowded AT ALL!!! The one suggestion I have for the owner is to put blackout shades and/or curtains in the bedrooms, since the sun rises so early and there are a lot of windows (which is great during the day!). Other than that, the house was wonderful and we really enjoyed our stay. The owner was quick to answer my questions and very nice. I would stay at his property again in a heartbeat!

This property is gorgeous, has great outdoor spaces, and plenty of space. Only complaint was that the queen pullout was not very comfortable and kind of noisy every time you roll over. We had to put the mattress on the floor to sleep on it, and it’s a bit silly that the room is a second lounge area instead of being another proper bedroom to sleep.

We had an amazing time in this house. The house met our expectations. Great location, few steps away from the beach. Beach is very clean, dolphins are the best attraction to see 🥰

I had a fabulous time at this property with a group of 10 friends for a weekend getaway. The house was immaculately clean. Location is awesome - a quiet neighborhood a short walk to the beach, close restaurants/shops etc. Enough space for everyone to sleep comfortably. Looking forward to staying here again! :-)

Overall the house was great for our group. Lots of room to spread out and the common areas and open floor plan worked great for a group of our size (8 adults and 2 babies). The house is very close to the beach and bay. Unfortunately we didn't have great weather, but it was nice to walk and see the view nonetheless! There aren't a ton of restaurants/shops in walking distance, so be prepared to hop in the car to do anything. This was fine for us as it was off season and there was no traffic, but it might be problematic during the summer months. Only complaint is that we paid extra for linens and towels were not included (only sheets). I wish that was laid out explicitly as we had to scramble the night we got there to find a store that was open to sell us shower towels for the weekend. Other than that, house was great and communication with Brian was seamless!

we had a wonderful stay ! the home was beautiful and had all of the things we needed to make ourselves right at home. the beach was just a short walk away and we enjoyed it daily. the bay side is also right next to the house (with a little playground just around the corner), so you get the best of both worlds. this southern end of lbi is very quiet and there are not even stoplights anymore, so it is a very low key feel. we loved it.

We rented the property for Christmas and we are so happy we chose Brian's home. The house was better than what was described. The owners even went the extra mile to decorated the house for us and put up a Christmas tree. It has a very well stocked kitchen (coming from people who cook alot) with a perfect layout for families. Overall the house has a warm feeling. The weather was not in our favor to enjoy the outdoor fireplace. We would definitely rent the house again.

Decided to escape the craziness of everyday life and bunker down with our family to create forever memories. This home was perfect for our very large family. It was extremely clean and beautiful! Open floor plan made our game nights perfect! Would recommend this home ....view the sunrise every morning at the beach then off to the bay for amazing sunsets!
