This cottage was just what we needed for the two of us.

This is a group of old cottages likely dating to the 1930s . The one we stayed in(# 10) was completely updated with new shower, a mini-split A/C unit, flooring, etc. Because they are old they are located really close to the park and beach which is a gem. The only downside to this particular unit is that it has a shared wall with the other cottage which allows noise from the other side to easily be heard. I think we’ll come back and will rent one of the larger, freestanding cottages on the property which should eliminate the noise issue with this particular unit. Overall Ludington was great, good restaurants, nice beach/ park and of course Ludington State Park

I had a great time in Ludington and at my Parkview rental! Jeff is a great host. The location is so close to the beach and in walking distance of downtown shopping & restaurants. I would definitely stay here again.

This cottage was perfect for my boyfriend and I as we spent a long weekend in Ludington. The neighborhood was extremely safe and a nice area for walks. The beach is a 1 minute walk across the street. We loved how close it was to the beach! Downtown is not really walkable unless you want to walk 20 minutes to get there. The downtown area had so much to offer! As for cabin #10, it was quite small but fit my boyfriend and I perfectly. There are no dishes, silverware or cups available in this cabin so if you’re planning to eat anything there or have leftovers, bring utensils and plates! The grill area is located just around the corner from the cabin and provided grill utensils! We loved this feature. Overall, we would 100% stay again as it was perfect for what we wanted out of this vacation.

The cabin was perfect for me and 7 year old daughter. It was a very close walk to the beach and close to downtown. We really enjoyed it.

Great stay for a small space. Too bad it rained on Sunday, but we played games, went shopping, and watched TV.

This little cottage was perfect for our short stay to go salmon fishing.

Very sweet! Clean and neat. Shower is recently renovated and very pretty. The toilet was a challenge for my 6’2” husband but he managed, low to ground and small. Worked perfect for my 5’2” frame. The bed is a double. But we managed well. All in all it was a great stay.

Room was small but very adequate. We were there for the beach. Location is perfect! I will be back.

Communication was prompt and responsive when I had an issue with ants because of an abundance of rain- the cottage I stayed in did not have dishes or utensils, but it was perfect for what I needed. I would stay again!

We found the cottage to be a bit cramped for our liking. Also be sure to pay attention to the description of the amenities as they are minimal. A coffee pot is included, but we didn't attempt to use it as you had to use an extension cord to plug it into the bathroom, also we didn't see any coffee mugs other than what appears to be decorations on the mantle.

All you need in this quaint bungalow. Walls are very thin. Adjoining units noise Carrie's. Could hear almost entire conversation. And young girls partying into the night, not adhering to the quiet time hours listed

Pay attention to the description! This place is small and only has the bare essentials. But as far as location goes it is great and if you aren't looking for the Ritz, this place gets the job done. I would encourage tall and larger folks to seek out a different place as the location of the toilet especially, might make it hard for you to access comfortably. The shower is recently renovated and is very nice. The owners were very communicative before we arrived. If you are a light sleeper the small fridge tends to make a bit of noise off and on during the night. Otherwise the neighborhood is quiet and safe. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

Super close to Stearn's Park beach (less than a block! ) and downtown Ludington. A very quiet and cozy location.

Decent price for being so close to the water. Very small. (Which was fully disclosed) It was hard to prepare food. The bathroom sink was very tiny and hard to wash dishes in. We ate out a lot. But overall we had a good stay and it was a nice place. I would stay there again, but try for a bigger one if available.
