Beautiful property nestled near the heart of Helen. The space was amazing for our party of 17. Excellent communication from the property manager. 10/10 would recommend!

Lovely house in a lovely place. We are older college friends who have been meeting for 23 years so wanted a place to sit, talk and catch up as well as interesting places to explore. Woods lovely this time of year. Kitchen nice for preparing our own dinners so we could linger in the house for discussions.

Area is excellent for our family ranging 2 1/2 yrs old up to 71. We enjoyed a hike to a waterfall, the Georgia mtn coaster, and the cute town of Helen with shopping and delicious food while staying. There were enough beds and bathrooms for all 17 of us and tvs in every room if we wanted some separate space at times. Roku and remotes were a little tricky to use and internet was a bit spotty at times, but that’s my only small issue. Great house and area!

The house was perfect, we had plenty of room and everything that we needed, I would definitely recommend to anyone.

It was amazing honestly, as soon as I walked in it felt like home. Our group was super excited and quickly chose which bed they are sleeping on. We had a safe place, smooth experience, and easy to work with host.

We really enjoyed this property, the only complaint is it would have been nice to of had some Christmas decor to enjoy. Overall we would stay again.

This property was exactly how it was presented online. It was clean and beautifully decorated. The ladies said all the beds slept heavenly...lol. We really enjoyed ourselves.

We had a great time staying here. Our friends and family really enjoyed the house. The drive to town is not far and Octoberfest was so much fun.

We rode to Helen, GA on Harley Davidson’s for the weekend. The house set up perfectly for our group of people. The location was great!

Myself and about 20 other family members rented this home for a quick weekend reunion/adventure. We definitely enjoyed all of the beds for the adults. Very clean and in a great location!!

Great location, close to town. Plenty of room in the house for our group of 15. Had a great time! Constructive criticism: - the back porches need cleaned. Lots of debris and spider webs - there weren’t enough bath towels for all of us. - they could use an additional couple of comfortable chairs for the living room and on the porches

We all truly appreciated the detailed instructions and the labels on everything. The place was very spacious though I can't see how it could sleep 18 as advertised. I only saw beds for 16. We had some minor frustrations. The water was turned off for maintenance for part of the day on Tuesday with no warning. Not being able to exit at the back gate was frustrating as well. We wanted to visit Unicoi which is only 2/10 mile from the back gate, but we could not get out using our guest code. The alternative route was 8 miles to go through the town of Helen and around and our GPS kept telling us to turn around. Be extra careful when locking the back and side doors. They are tricky. You think they are locked but there are not so make sure to double check or just don't use those doors.

Nice, clean, good location

Very nice property in a quote and safe neighborhood. Ly’s place was perfect for a weekend retreat in Helen. It’s a short drive into town, but feels like your in the middle of nature when at the house. Would highly recommend.

The house is in a very quiet, gated subdivision, and just a few minutes from downtown Helen. The house is very private with forest for the backyard. There are neighbors, but the houses are situated so you're not looking into anyone's windows! You can't really walk to Helen because the roads are narrow and wind-y, but it's super close and an easy drive. The bedrooms were pretty comfortable, but the bottom floor had a de-humidifier that ran all the time, so it was a little loud. There is not enough seating in the main living area, only 2 leather love-seats. The owners could easily fit another large sofa or sectional to accommodate the number of guests that there are beds, unless you use the dining table chairs. There was only 7 of us. It was cold when we stayed here, but the owner nicely allowed us to use the gas-starter fireplace (you can buy wood and groceries at Betty's Country Store in town). Owner quickly replied to our questions. The kitchen was well-stocked with cooking supplies, nice appliances. The bathroom towels aren't very luxurious, but they were okay, and we could use the washer and dryer downstairs to fluff them up. We went to the Valhalla Resort bar and restaurant (within the gated neighborhood) and it was really great! The food was excellent and the wait-staff was so much fun! We enjoyed walking around Helen, eating great food, and hiking some of the MANY parks in the area.

Excellent we loved

The house was very clean. It had an excellent location. Very comfortable beds and nice rooms. Well stocked kitchen. Had issues with oven but owner said they would fix it. The only draw backs were in the main living room area. It was so dark at night. The lighting was poor. Also, the two love seats (yes just 4 seats for a house that sleeps 16 people) in the living room were broken. So we had to sit at the dining room table for our 4 days. A large sectional would complete this great home.

Three couples stayed at this property after a wedding; we actually stayed in town for the wedding. We moved to this amazing house to relax after the wedding. This was the perfect home to do so.

The house is so convenient to town center. We’ll appointed and the most comfortable beds! We had a wonderful time

Despite not being able to have late checkout and being charged more for cleaning fee after finding the VRBO for a certain price, the house was perfect. The beds were extremely comfortable and the whole house was spacious. Very close to the center of Helen, too.

The house was very clean and inviting. There were many rooms- enough for everyone that came. We loved how secluded, comfortable and quiet it was. Great place for a group to stay in Helen! Can't wait 'til next year!

This was an extremely nice house . We enjoyed our stay very much !! Good neighborhood near all the attractions in Helen!! We would definitely stay here again!!

EVERYTHING WAS NICE CLOSE TO TOWN

Had a great 6 day stay. House is very well equipped (especially the kitchen) with plenty of space. Great location, close to town and other activities. We were a bit disappointed that we were not able to use the pool or tennis courts because they had changed the access cards, and they were not available. Other than that, it was a wonderful stay and great property!
