not clean behind the beds as when we move two single beds together, lot of rubbish was visible behind and not throughly cleaned/vacuumed.

I had an amazing time here. The place was immaculate and the staff were beyond efficient. Rachael in particular went above and beyond to get us early check in and help us with things to do in Phillip Island . I would highly recommend without a doubt and suited a family of 6. The comfort of the beds were so comfortable and the little details were beautiful. I will definitely be coming back. Thanks so much! Absolutely stunning!

Just the facilities on the resort

Misleading. I asked for 4 adults and 2 kids aged 10 and 6. We were only given 1 queen bed and 2 singles. I’m not sure how we’re we supposed to fit 6 people in this. I will be raising this with higher authorities as this has resulted in back issues for 2 of us.

The cleanliness of the apartment was disgusting, like it hadn’t been rented out in 3 years. There was dust everywhere and old food in the oven, hairties and pill packets underneath the couch, along with many random things across the apartment, yet they ask us to sweep before we check out. I have never once been asked to sweep before checking out of a place in my entire life, clearly the renters must be the cleaners, as explained by the standard. So why am I paying all of this money for stains on carpets and dirty bed sheets. Are you going to pay me for the petrol I wasted on driving to Kmart in Wonthaggi.

WiFi connection was very bad, no key for the rear sliding door which had better access to facilities.

We stayed here one night during Christmas eve. We've requested for a late check-out for the the next day. At first the owner couldn't approve because short of staff during that time. But after that, she suggested if we're willing to clean the apartment as the way it was left. Then we agreed. However, on the next day we didn't completely clean the apartment. We forgot to clean the glasses and forgot to clean the bin which was in the kitchen cabinet. Sadly because of that, the owner had to refund to the guests who stayed there after us. We deeply sorry for what happened and apologised to the owner. But the owner was so rational and professional in dealing with this matter. I was very grateful to her because she was being patient to handle this situation. I highly recommend this place

Convenient location, good spot within the resort.

Difficult to get into apartment, the key that was left under the pot plant (?) did not fit any of the doors accessing the apartment. We were lucky that the rear sliding door was unlocked and obtained entry, however the resort did not acknowledge our booking therefore were reluctant to utilise the facilities. Resort management advised that the booking was not allowed as part of their policies as the owner of the apartment could not let the apartment to others through the body corporate. This made us very uncomfortable and were told that we could not get special pricing for such things like the breakfast, we were also told that the our children could not borrow facilities and this was one of the main reason we chose the resort. We have previously stayed at the resort and were not expecting this to occur, we assumed that all facilities would be included. The room itself was not up to the standard we expected from previous stays at the resort.

The only thing I could think about. We had half a toilet paper for four people. maybe more toilet paper next time.

The mouldy grout in the shower, the uncomfortable mattress & the bed linen in the kids room didn’t seem to have been washed…Also, the conflicting information we received about the buffet breakfast. We were all looking forward to the buffet breakfast. The kids were excited about pancakes as was I (it was Mother’s Day). We received an email shortly after booking the accommodation. It said if we wanted breakfast we would need to book it upon arrival. We phoned on our way to the resort to make the booking and were told that bookings weren’t necessary, we just had to turn up. We turned up for the 9:45am session to be told that we had to have a booking and that there were no available tables. Then the restaurant supervisor argued with me because she believed there was no way the receptionist that we spoke to the day prior would have told us we didn’t have to book. To say we were furious is an understatement. We had made the kids wait 90 mins until 9:45am to eat, and they were so excited about the buffet, only to be let down and basically told that we were lying about being told we didn’t have to book. We will never stay at Silverwater again.

Fantastic resort and lovely ground floor apartment with steps off the front deck straight onto a huge communal lawn area. Loved having 2 decks with sliding doors, lots of fresh air and natural light. Great location with sea view from living room and front bedroom. Indoor and outdoor pools were great plus gym, sauna and spa a real bonus.
