Our family planned a trip to breckenridge and booked this house. We had great communication with the host checking in to make sure everything went well and we had no questions. The house was amazing for our group of 9. The house has amazing views with nature all around. Our family made life long memories on this trip.

We had a wonderful experience. Sarah was extremely helpful and very to get in touch with. She addressed my questions promptly and professionally. I will definitely seek to work with her again on future rentals.

Our group had a really wonderful time at this home. It does have great views and is a short drive into town or parking for skiing. Sarah from Modern Retreats was really the best host at communicating before and throughout the trip and took care of everything. Highly recommend!

From the time we got there the property owner had been in touch with us. She is extremely helpful and very nice. The house is great and the views are incredible. Our group truly enjoyed staying at this beautiful house and property. The house is exactly as pictured and described in the listing. It was clean and very spacious, having more than enough room for our group of 3 families (12 people total). The basement set-up with bunk room, tv room, full bath, and additional bedroom was perfect for the kids to hang out in their own space, while the adults enjoyed the upstairs. The house is a little ways up the mountain ~about an 8-10min drive from town in winter conditions, but we felt it was well worth being a little farther out for the extra space and gorgeous views. We used the bus that stops at the end of the street multiple times- it makes several stops in town and will take you right to the gondola! We found it very convenient for skiing as parking near the gondola is a bit tricky, and also for going into town at night. The property manager is great to work with and very responsive. It was a beautiful week!

We were able to enjoy this property the week of Thanksgiving and absolutely LOVED it! First, Sarah.....!!! Her communication from the day we booked the house through check-out was spectacular. We knew exactly what to expect and she ensured that the house exceeded our expectations. I've already booked two more of her properties for future stays because she was so accommodating, professional, helpful and just awesome! We also loved all of the amenities in the kitchen which made meals for our two families and Thanksgiving day prep so much easier. You never know what to expect in a rental and they literally had every single thing we needed for the week. Next, the house was so CLEAN and well-kept. We couldn't have asked for a more comfortable house, gorgeous house. The room layouts were perfect for two families and there was so much space for adults and kids to relax. We were also blown away by the kitchen amenities which made our Thanksgiving meal prep so much easier! I was also so thankful for the stocked bathroom essentials, which was unexpected and oh so appreciated! Lastly, the foxes. We fell in love with them and looked forward to their visits! They'd visit several times throughout the day and were so friendly. They looked/acted like they've been well fed by previous visitors and certainly made our week more enjoyable. They were so friendly and their little faces peeping in the house through the downstairs sliding glass doors never got old! We made memories of a lifetime this past week and we are so excited for our next stay(s) with Modern Retreats and this house! Thank you, Sarah, for helping make this trip wonderful!

Sarah exceeded our expectation as property manager. Each and every turn before and during our stay, she was quick in providing additional information making it a FABULOUS visit to Breckenridge. The house was the perfect size for our family of 10 in every way. The Kitchen and Living Room were awesome for us to congregate and spend a lot of family time together. Our home was positioned with amazing unblocked views of the mountains and ski slopes. Cleanliness and amenities provided were top notch and more than we have encountered in past homes. The house was awesome! Location was perfect for going into town, house had plenty of room for 12 people, and the view was so great! Sarah was very helpful and attentive to questions. The daily fox visitors was fun too! Highly recommend.

We had an amazing week! We had 3 families (6 adults / 6 kids) staying in the house. There was plenty of room for all of us. Easy access to downtown Breck and peak 9. Sarah (property manager) was great to work with! You will not be disappointed with this house.

I can't say enough about Sarah, and this wonderful property. Sarah was by far one of the friendliest and helpful homeowners we have ever delt with. From the check-in to the check-out everything was super smooth. Sarah was always available to answer any questions regarding the house, and Breckinridge in general. The house was even better than the photos. Our family had a fantastic time in the hot tub, and playing pool...in between skiing that is. Each evening we enjoyed making dinners in the amazing kitchen. We even grilled a couple nights in the snow. The house was fully stocked with towel, linens, and kitchen appliances. The views from the property were breathtaking! It was certainly a vacation we will always remember. We will definitely be visiting this property again in the future. We highly recommend it others as well. Thank you so much Sarah!

The house is beautiful and well furnished. The view was awesome. We were close to the ski slopes and downtown. There were 10 of us, ranging from ages 9 months to age 64. Had plenty of room.

Overall pleasant experience

We had an awesome vacation staying at this property! We loved every minute in the house…it was hard to leave! This property has a great layout for multiple families and offers fun for kids and adults of all ages. The house is incredible, super clean and offers everything you need to cook meals and live like you are at home. When we weren’t exploring the outdoors, we used the hot tub, played pool, shuffle board and board games provided by the host. The property manager is the best VRBO host we have ever dealt with and I will definitely stay in her properties again. She’s organized, thoughtful, super responsive and clearly cares a lot about the guests having a wonderful experience. The views are all beautiful but our favorite was a happy hour drink from the pool room, that has an incredible view of Breckenridge slopes. Thank you so much for letting us experience your incredible home! We all agreed we would love to stay again!! And just for reference, we were three “good friend” families with kids ranging from 9-17!

This house is truly spectacular! Eight of us (two families consisting of 4 adults, two teens and two tweens) had more than enough room. There are three levels. The main level has an entry way with great cubbies for all the outdoor gear, a bathroom, a large beautiful kitchen open to the dining area and a living room with a cozy fireplace (plus a deck with a grill). Downstairs is a family room with glass sliding door out to the hot tub, a bunk room for 4, another room and a bathroom. Upstairs has two king rooms with bathrooms, another bed and bath, PLUS a game room with pool table, shuffle board, a wall of windows and balcony with a million dollar view of the slopes, and laundry room. Everything was very clean and the decor is a great western-rustic/modern blend. We loved watching the red fox visit every day from all of the windows! Lastly, Sarah the property manager is fantastic. We’ve stayed at one of her other properties in Scottsdale and we are never disappointed. She always makes sure we have what we need and is really knowledgeable about the area - our kids’ snow boarding lessons were cancelled (not enough snow) and Sarah sent a list of a bunch of other activities for us to try, including finding the Breckenridge troll (fun!) and going ice skating at the Breckenridge ice rink and arena - we went back 3 times! The house is really close to town/groceries. There are trail heads for hiking or cross country skiing walking distance from the house. We will definitely be back… thank you Sarah!

We had a wonderful time in Breckenridge. The house was exactly as shows on the website. No surprises. The furnishings, amenities, games, entertainment, bed and all the small touches were on point. It was also well stocked. There were lots of kitchen appliances, dishes, utensils, glasses for wine, martinis and beer. There were extra pillows, blankets, towels and plenty of lotion for the dry weathered skin. Our group enjoyed the time being able to relax and have fun in a very comfortable space. Sarah is very communicative and helpful. We would love to stay here again and would highly recommend this lovely home!

We traveled to Breckenridge (for the first time) to elope and to relax for a week in the mountains with family and friends. Sarah was an amazing host from the time we booked this VRBO to the day we left; she gave us recommendations for everything we needed from food to activities to tips for altitude sickness. I didn't think it was possible, but the house was even more beautiful in person than in the photos, and we had a gorgeous view of the mountains, especially from the upstairs balcony. The house was clean and stocked with everything we needed to enjoy our time in Colorado. We would definitely book this house again, and we recommend any location managed by Sarah!

This house blew away every expectation that any of us had! Close enough to town yet far away enough to feel secluded. The views from the patio are breathtaking and never had any issues with the house. Definitely recommend this place for anyone that wants to get away! Sarah was amazing checking up and giving us help when needed!

Our family of 12 had a awesome stay at this house. We loved the way Sarah made sure everything was perfect. She continually communicated with us to make sure we had everything we needed and to see if we had any issues. The house is beautiful and worked perfectly for us. I would recommend it to anyone.

The house is absolutely beautiful and the view is amazing! They have thought of everything in this house! The shuttle is at the end of the street, so you don't even need a car to get around. Sarah was very responsive and checked in to make sure we had everything we needed!

The house is absolutely gorgeous, and has so many amenities. Sarah was incredibly communicative through out the entire process, and made sure we were all set. I would recommend this property to anyone, anytime of the year. We had a blast, and would love to stay here again.

The views from this property are amazing. House was perfect! A lot of space, super clean, well stocked with amenities and a great property manager. Sarah checked up on us throughout the week and service was excellent. We felt right at home. Pictures online do not do this property justice. We will definitely look to stay here again the next time we visit Breckenridge.

Loved this house. Beautiful inside and out. Sarah was wonderful. Quick to respond and very helpful with anything we needed before, during, and after. 10 minutes to downtown/skiing. We had two cute foxes that we loved watching every day outside. Highly recommend!

The views from every level are different, topped of with the view of the Breckinridge ski mountain. The house is very high up in he mountain across the way, but there was a bus stop at the end of the street and it took less than 10 minutes in our car to get down to town. We were able to do for delivery with no problems.The kitchen is well stocked and little touches like towels by the door to the hot tub and nice fluffy throws on the couches were appreciated. Our kids loved the ‘kid lair’ downstairs with a fun bunk room and open tv room. The highlight of their trip was the nightly visit to the back door by two super friendly foxes and the sledding hill we created in the back yard when we got a ton of snow our last day (there are sleds in the garage). Sarah had already arranged to have our driveway plowed when I texted to ask. We hope to visit one of her properties again!
