Enjoyed everything outside. Walked around the beautiful neighborhood every morning. Met several people on our walks. We could walk to the lake. Kids went paddle boarding. Something for everyone.

The host was precious and answered any and all questions promptly, the house was beautiful and clean, the backyard paradise was just that, an absolute paradise! We loved the pool, the hot tub, and the bar! We can’t wait to come back as soon as possible! 10/10!

We booked the property for the pool. When we arrived, the pool was empty, with no warning from the host. Upon arriving and discovering the issue, we immediately contact the host to renegotiate price, which he was completely unwilling to do. His tone of voice and choice of words was very rude and unprofessional. Due to it being Derby weekend in town, there were NO other options for lodging, so we stayed. Over two weeks after our stay- still no partial refund received, the host contacts us for guidance on his security cameras, which we have no expertise in. Still offering no reconciliation for his error/neglect. Had the listing not shown the pool, I would not have booked. The whole experience seemed like a scam, I did not receive what was advertised, and was offered nothing to make it right. There was no cooperation from the host and his customer service was absolutely astonishing. I would not recommend booking the property or doing business with this host in any capacity.

Great house. Beautiful backyard. We should have requested the pool to be heated. Overall, nice oasis in Hot Springs.

Nice house with lots of amenities.

Myself and 6 others chose this place to stay when we visited Arkansas for a bachelorette trip and we were not disappointed. The place was clean and had a lot of fun additions such as a big living room for games and movies, a hot tub and pool in a big back yard! The host was so nice and friendly and always answered any questions we had in a timely manner! We would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for an awesome place to stay!

The house is amazing. It had everything we needed plus some. It's close to eating places and Walmart if you need anything. Everything worked great. We absolutely loved the pool, hot tub and the Jacuzzi tub in our bathroom. Most of the rooms had smart TVs and the ones that didn't had DVD players to use. Everything was clean and we enjoyed sitting outside and listening to music. Would highly recommend and would stay again when we come back to Hot Springs!!

My girlfriends and I stayed at Lake Escape for our annual slumber party reunion. It was a very peaceful, relaxing location with pool and hot tub. The host replied quickly to any messages I sent and did his best to ensure our comfort. Unfortunately, the pool heater was out, but the host did send a repair man quickly. When the repair did not work, we were refunded part of our booking. The house shows a little wear in places, but it made it that much more comfy and cozy. It felt like MY house. The kitchen has just about every gadget or amenity that you could ask for and was nicely stocked with cookware and bakeware. I would definitely book this house again if we ever come back to Hot Springs. A+

Overall, good experience. Location about 15 min from most activities but great, safe, quiet beautiful neighborhood near Lake Hamilton. House spacious with simple inground pool and new hot tub, which was nice. Easy key code entry and appliances worked great. Maintenance and decor of home and outdoor spaces were…moderate, at best. Must be able to overlook things like broken dining chair, dirty disorganized kitchen cabinets and drawers, broken shower curtain that won’t stay closed, busted and dirty outdoor toys and games, etc. overall, met our needs in Arkansas.

We had a great time! Everything was very nice! We loved the pool house and outdoor sitting area. We plan to stay here again.

Me and my girls had a great time here for my bachelorette party and my family on the second day! Everything was nice neat and very well put together for us! Would totally recommend staying here if your ever in hot springs.

Roofers we’re putting on new roof on house behind us. Playing loud music and construction noice all day Friday and Saturday. Pool and pool bar area was Really nice.

Beautiful property in a quiet neighborhood just a short 15 minute drive into downtown Hot Springs. The house is close to several great restaurants (Lost Creek Grill and Mi Pueblocita) along with a great donut shop and BBQ joint. Krogers and Walmart are ten minutes away and you can be in the Lake Hamilton action in under twenty minutes. However, there is no reason to leave the house because it has a glorious backyard entertainment area. We were in town for a softball tournament and everyone wanted to come to our house to relax around the pool. The owner is a dream to rent from and very responsive to my queries. The air conditioner kept the entire house cool even in 100 degree temperatures. The house has two large refrigerators to hold all of the party items. You will love the decor with its homage to Marilyn Monroe. I would rent it again in a heartbeat!

Our family enjoyed our time at this beautiful home! Everyday was spent in the pool, hot tub, or all of us in the cabana/bar/game area (including our 2 Frenchie’s)! There were only a few minor issues, nothing that we couldn’t remedy ourselves without having to bother the homeowner. The pool sticks were all thrown down on a table and did not have tips on them. No problem! My husband bought new tips for them and hung the rack for the cue and sticks on the wall; so they’ll be ready for the next renters. It was requested that we start a load of laundry (towels/bedding) at departure, but there was no laundry detergent. Since we did not plan on washing clothes while there, we didn’t bring any with us… so we just bought some and brought it home with us after washing a load. The beds were all very comfortable, so we slept well! The pool lights were not working and there were a couple of boards down on the privacy fence; but there appeared to have been a bad storm recently, as several homes in the neighborhood were in the process of having repairs. We are completely understanding of situations beyond our control and aren’t knocking the homeowners at all! The home was beautiful and well kept, otherwise! We will definitely go back in the future!

Our stay was wonderful. A beautiful home with an awesome backyard oasis. From the huge swimming pool to the hot tub, outdoor bar and pool table, we were never bored. My family had the best time staying here and we will definitely be repeat renters.

This house and pool are just incredible! We had 10 women ranging in ages from 13-49. The pool, hot tub, and bar area are perfect places to relax and have fun for the whole crew!

The house was beautiful. Has things that need to be fixed. Only problem we had was there were 9 of us and we had to call for more towels. They had only left 4 between both bathrooms. I own a cleaning business so I noticed things that need to be done. Outside of that we enjoyed our stay.

I was searching for a pet friendly property with a pool for the kids and this was one of the 3 choices on vbro.The pictures the host has listed does not fully show the beauty of this property.It was an amazing and relaxing home. To start off the beds are comfy which was a huge plus for us. There are 4 bedrooms 1 master 2 w queen beds and one with a twin over full bunk for kids. The master bath has a bath tub with jets that fit 2 ppl And a walk in shower. The master bedroom opens up onto a patio with a view of the pool. Beside the pool is a hot tub and also a cool cabana with a bar and pool table and other games to play.Wal-mart and doordash both deliver to this property.The host was very down to earth and responsive.The house is located in a area that was peacful. We were a little worried about being so loud and disturbing the ppl next door but they had music playing and seemed to not be bothered by our kids spalshing and laughing loudly. My favorite part of this house was it is pet friendly.You cannot leave your pet alone in the home if you leave unless its in a kennel which is understandable. The only cons of this house was the pots and pans are old and scratched but thats no biggy just heads up to bring your own if you plan to cook often or big family meals. We will def be back agian soon.This home and hotsprings town were amazing!

This place has everything you need to have fun! We barely left the house and stayed outside most of the day. The full kitchen and outside grill (we used the charcoal) made it super convenient to just stay in and make dinner instead of going out. When you get tired of swimming you can get into the hot tub. It’s perfect at night when it’s cooler. Then hop on over to the pool table to play a game of pool, or a game of darts. The sound system was so awesome to have and we listened to it continuously while swimming or playing games. The bar area was so awesome to have right there next to the pool and pool table. We kept the drinks mixed and kept them coming. The only thing missing was a refrigerator out there. It would’ve been convenient to have, along with a place for the ice, next to where we were making drinks. We made it work by using a big bowl full of ice. If you like the small nugget ice, there is a Sonic just down the road that sells bags of their sonic ice. It’s great for drinks! Also, there is a Walmart right next to the Sonic so you can grab all your food items and stock up for the days you’re there. We will not hesitate to come back here. It was a blast!

I’m a bit of a planner, so I wish the check in and out process would have been sent sooner without messaging the owner. We had a party of 5 total, but only received 6 small bath towel that smelled extremely mildewed. That made it hard to dry off out of the pool and also shower. We wanted to watch the tv from the pool, but couldn’t because the plastic is nailed down through the openings. Lastly, we noticed a lot of broken things. I feel like it was more than normal wear.

Great house! Super comfortable. Back yard has so many fun and unique things to experience from the pool to the hot tub, the bar area was SO fun and my kids played tether ball for hours. Ray was really responsive and addressed any issues that we had and made everything right. Overall, really good experience.

Adult children loved the pool and hot tub. House was in a nice neighborhood. We felt very safe. I absolutely loved the master bedroom and how the doors opened up to view patio and pool area. The game room was awesome also. House is close enough to stores. Owner responded right away with any questions. Enjoyed our stay. Thanks.
