Great place to stay. A different breakfast every day and an outstanding swimming pool. Over 20m. Everything worked well, ac, Wi-Fi etc and the massage arranged was both good and great value.

A beautiful location and property and Dilip at the front desk, the cook and kitchen staff very sweet. This property is so pretty normally I would return but I won’t because of the poor management.

Terrible management. I was travelling with my mother. I was not given the room I booked according to the picture I was given room E. Kakoli the manager did not come and greet my mother. My mother is a senior citizen and deserved this basic courtesy especially at a bed and breakfast. The hygiene was very poor, cockroaches in the bathroom for 2 days. Sheets and towels smelled of oil. Tea room kettle was not working on one night and we needed some hot water. Ram the staff manager was over friendly and offered me his alcohol in front of my mother at dinner. This is shocking. He pulled up a chair to our dining table and sat down without asking. His gaze was highly inappropriate and his eyes are always on you and your belongings. I was extremely uncomfortable. We made friends with our neighbour who was also staying there and became quite close and she had her lock tampered with while she was out for dinner with us. This is while her room was locked and late evening after Dilip left and only Ram was around. I am truly disgusted at the integrity issues, cleanliness issues and this utter discourtesy. I would have come back and recommended so much more business to this beautiful house but I will not be doing that unfortunately. It’s a pity given how beautiful it is. I hope the family who owns it realises what is going on.

A true oasis! We felt very privileged to stay in such a beautiful place with such friendly and attentive staff. All the details have been thought of here.

This is not a complaint towards the hotel, but something to note. Kariappa House is just down the road from a temple. If you wish for a quiet stay, ask if there are any upcoming events at the temple before you book. Our stay coincided with a very loud 4-day temple festival, and this was the last thing we wanted as we were looking to rest after an Indian wedding experience, however, such is India. Always expect the unexpected :)

they had given us clear directions prior to our check in, which made it easy to locate. everyone working there were so friendly and kind. my no.1 favourite is JAZZY! 🐶🐕

toilette was dirty on seating part. pillow smelled the humidity , few contraint on eating planning and hours to be served. last day no breakfast ( early delivery , breakfasts in my package ) despite my and manager discussion with staff.
