This is our 2nd stay at Klay’s. The Crosstown location is so convenient. The neighborhood is lively and safe with a train stop steps from the building. The view is amazing! Even cold rainy days were glorious from the 26th floor overlooking the harbour and Chinatown. Klay is a gracious host. Check-in is super convenient, instructions clear and unit very well-stocked. The unit is beautifully decorated and beds comfortable (slept like a baby). Really, we wouldn’t want to stay anywhere else.

Thank you to Klay for a wonderful home base from which to explore Vancouver. The view from the 26th floor is spectacular. And thank you to Johann for the yummy welcome treats. Even in rainy November, our time in the unit was cozy and comfortable. Would love to come again in the summer and sit out on the balcony with a glass of wine and watch the sunset. We very much appreciated having parking available, which made the location fabulous. It was easy to pivot in any direction, by water-taxi to Grandville Island, by foot to Gastown and by car anywhere not in walking distance. If I were asked to make a suggestion of something needing improvement, the only thing I can think of is...more light. For those of us of a certain age who fall asleep to a book each night, the lights in the bedrooms weren't sufficient. Cozying up on the couch to read...too dark. Other than that, everything was perfect and we would very much recommend (and not everyone has the same book habits as we do).

Spent 2 nights in this condo. Clean, great views, all the amenities needed. We were there for the Coldplay concert and decided to take in a night at the Laver Cup (tennis). Great location, especially if you are taking in any events. Communication with the host was great. Would stay here again for sure.

Klay’s place was great. On the 26th Floor, the views of the city were fantastic. Close to China Town, Gastown and places to eat. Also close to BC Place and Rogers Arena Would highly recommend

Loved the view! Loved the art! It was a little interesting maneuvering the shared shower with four adults, but we worked it out. Be aware that there are a considerable amount of homeless people in the area below the apartment, but we were never aware of them while in the apartment. The bedrooms were small but comfortable. The bathrooms were adequate. The living area afforded beautiful views all around. We all commented that my granddaughter, 19 years old, would love to live in this cute little glass box in the sky. Thank you for a wonderful three-day stay!

My family and I stayed for 4 nights and wow what an amazing view! Crosstown so close to everything. Property was very clean! Also had amenities such as a gym!! Great for me as I didn’t miss a workout LOL. Klay was so helpful and the welcome book was full of great information and places to eat. Highly recommend!!! Will be coming back! Thank you Klay!

A superb apartment, and the host was most helpful from start to finish. A nice touch was the fresh dougnuts and ice creams provided by the host. Much appreciated Klay.

Apartment is in 26th floor and has a postcard downtown-view. It is very clean, perfectly equipped and really a home away from home. The location is easily accessable by public transport (e.g. Skytrain). The host is just perfect: Friendly and answers questions promptly.

Our stay here was absolutely amazing!!! I don't think I've ever had such great communication with the owner of a rental property ever... Klay was awesome and he even left us some welcome donuts!!! The apartment is exactly as listed and it's in the perfect location to walk to many local attractions, or to walk to catch the Aquabus, or a quick drive to many other areas around Vancouver. If I ever travel back to Vancouver with my family, I'll definitely try to stay here again!

Beautiful property with beautiful views. The area had a lot of homeless people on the streets in the evening, but we were never bothered by them.

This glass box in the sky was incredible! The location was close to everything! We never even needed a car. The unit was sooo clean! Not even a spec of dust. The views were stunning! Tons of room for 4 adults. Fully equipped kitchen. They even had coffee grinds for us! Excellent communication with the owner made it even better. Thank you so much. We will definitely be booking with Klay again!

Wonderful place to spend a few days of vacation, with wonderful views of water and city. One of our top 10 VRBO units. The fish counter at T&T is not to be missed, for Americans. Thoughtful welcome book, good local restaurants, comfortable beds and sofas, friendly other tenants. Very fine unit, overall.

This was a great place to stay. We stayed for 2 nights and enjoyed the city very much. Easy check in, secured parking, clean place, walking distance to many restaurants. We'll be back.

We had the most incredible time. Would recommend in a heartbeat - beautifully decorated, close to everything, and the owners were awesome and ready to help with any questions. We want to go back and will definitely stay in this same VRBO.....

The apartment was just as the pictures show. We came of a cruise and since checkin isn't till the afternoon we were able to find a luggage storage at the belnz coffee shop. This is also a great place to get coffee and pastries. We did the water taxi that was nice. We walked to the station across from the arena. We also walked to restaurants Jam Cafe, old spaghetti factory, local public eatery i Gastown. We uber from the apartment to the airport. You can only check in your luggage 3 hours prior to your departure so remember that when booking airfare. Klay communicated well and has a book with suggestions where to go. Everyone in the building are also nice. I will be staying here next time I come into town. And I definetly plan on returning a bunch of times.

I can’t think of any negatives. It is a gorgeous home away from home and Klay answered questions immediately. We had a car and there is a fair amount of stress finding the right spot and then refinding your car, but Klay’s instructions are very clear. Other residents were also most helpful. Enjoy a beautiful place and great mattresses. !

Perfect place to stay to explore Vancouver!

We booked Klay’s condo in order to have some recuperating time after a couple of long distance flights prior to our Alaska cruise. It fit the bill perfectly, and we had a truly relaxing stay. Picking up the keys was simple, the beds were super comfy, the views were amazing, and we found several places to eat nearby. We want to come back and spend lots more time just experiencing and exploring Vancouver. And we’d love to came back here!

This property is awesome! It was just as described in the VRBO listing and Klay was amazing to work with. The location is great; there's so much to see within walking distance and there's a train station right around the corner for those excursions that aren't within walking distance. This was our first time to Vancouver and we will definitely be back...and I will stay here again!

The apartment was fully stocked, beautifully decorated and comfortable. The check-in instructions were clear and Klay was very responsive and hospitable. The location was perfect for getting around town and the nearby market is a real gem. We wouldn't hesitate to stay here again!

We enjoyed our staying at Klay's condo very much! Klay is incredible. He was very accommodating and very quick to respond with any questions. He is also flexible with check-in and check-out time, which was extremely helpful. The place was very clean and had all of the necessities for a few nights stay. The neighborhood outside the apartment had a lot of life within walking distances. The apartment was walking distance to some tourist attractions, and near bike trails to connect you to other sites further away. This is definitely the perfect place to stay in Vancouver!

My friends and I were in Vancouver for the BMO Half Marathon for May 1, 2022. We reserved this condo and we were just in awe with the location, the cleanliness and the services that came with this place. The Host was very available and answered any and all questions that we had. This is the perfect spot to be in Vancouver as it is so central to the Rogers Arena, the SkyTrain, restaurants and shops. We had the most amazing time and will definitely book this place again in the future!!

So, where to start... For starters, Klay, the host, is incredible. He's very kind, friendly and dedicated. He makes you feel right at home and he's extremely easy to reach. His condo is also, a true gem. Although we were expecting it to be a little bigger, based on the pics, the place is nevertheless amazing. The beds were so comfy we felt like we were sleeping on a cloud; the condo was well equipped and beautifully decorated with care; and last but not least, THE VIEW!!! Breathtaking with the mountains as a backdrop. From every room you are immersed with gorgeous views. It can be a little noisy at times but never agressive or over the top. The place is located city centre afterall! In terms of location, you have everything a stone throw away. We didn't have a car and managed very well at exploring all that beautiful Vancouver has to offer. You can walk, cab it, ride the bus or hop on the water taxis. It's all easily accessible and affordable as well. The pool is huge and very clean, along with the hot tube and sauna. The whole building is well maintained. Overall, we simply adored our weekly cozy stay. If you get the chance to rent Klay's place, grab the opportunity... You won't regret it! Thanks again Klay for all the fabulousness ❤️

The space is very comfortable and well laid out! Beautiful views, wonderful to have a morning coffee watching the fog roll in and the sunrises/sunsets, and fall asleep to the city lights. The sauna, pool, hot tub and gym are a great way to start the day. All the comforts of home and the host was very easy to deal with and even left a lovely welcome gift which the kids devoured! Very central location! The kids asked us to move there lol!

The apartment is spacious, comfortable & in a perfect location to explore all parts of the city. Oh… and the views are amazing! I hope it’s available next time my friends and I need a Vancity fix!

This property was exactly as advertised. It was very comfortable for three friends and well equipped. The view was lovely and we felt very safe and secure in the building.
