The house was beautiful and homey and had all the essentials we needed. I am glad there were so many instructions to help us figure out how to use all the great stuff and ensure we didnt break anything. Absolutely loved having a fire place for Christmas. In addition sitting in an out door hot tub in winter was magical. The home is a great location to check out out so many fun and interesting things in the area. We were able to enjoy a nearby indoor Waterpark and go snow tubing. The owner was very responsive and helpful too. We will be back!

The host was incredibly nice and accommodating. The house is exactly as described. The kitchen is very modern and the rest of the house is cozy, clean, lovely and comfortable. We loved the hot tub and sauna... they were definitely the highlight of our stay! The kitchen has excellent knives (which is so rare for a rental house), but make sure to bring all your own spices. We were visited by deer every morning and the back of the house looks out onto the woods, which provides a lot of privacy and beauty. Would definitely recommend this home!!

The location is big, 5 minutes away from lake ava they have a nice backyard. The owner was very responsive ava allowed us to come in earlier then or normal check-in time.

We loved this place! Excellent property with plenty of space and privacy. Super close to the clubhouse easy walking distance.

We had a great time with our friends and did use the amenities within the house provided by the owner. Would definitely recommend this house as well as plan a trip again

My wife and I stayed at this property for a long weekend with friends. Property was very easy to find and the listing was accurate. Terry was awesome to deal with. Communicated numerous times and he was very responsive and very invested in ensuring that we enjoyed our stay. Had a little issue with the hot tub and Terry had his maintenance guy there to fix it. Overall great stay and would definitely stay at this property again.

This was great for a quick weekend trip!! The house was spacious and we really enjoyed the hot tub! You can tell that the upstairs was updated with new carpets. Terry was also very responsive when we reached out about the fire extinguisher chirping from low battery. We would definitely come back with our kids!

We loved everything. Hot tub was a selling point for our group. Must have in the winter. Plenty of room for the 7 of us. Terry was very quick to respond to all my questions, another must have when you rent. Thank you!

It was definitely as advertised and we took full advantage of the hot tub and sauna during our stay. We had to stay an extra night due to a blizzard and the host was very accommodating.

I stayed here with 7 of my close friends for a weekend getaway. It was the perfect house for us. It seems as though they have a lot of rules, but they don’t. A lot of it is just safety tips due to the amenities they have on property. We were able to stay up reasonably late with music and had no issues with noise complaints. I honestly felt as though it was my own home. There are a significant amount of things that need to be done prior to leaving, but it was nothing unreasonable. The worst part of it was taking the garbage off the property, but it was not far at all. The day we were supposed to leave, we woke up to a significant amount of snow. Terry was extremely understanding when I had concerns about the check out time. I would HIGHLY recommend this spot and would absolutely stay here again.

Our family spent two wonderful nights here! The location was close to Delaware water gap, Jim Thorpe and Hickory Run state park- we enjoyed all three. The hot tub was a welcome luxury after all our hiking!

We had a very nice relaxing thanksgiving at this property! The house looked exactly as it was advertised. Spacious, cozy and clean. Nice outside area where the children had a great time at the swing and backyard. We had a friendly deer family visiting every morning. The lake and playground area was a short walking distance. The kitchen was well equipped for all of us. Machines were in good condition. Thank god fir the dishwasher!! Overall, we enjoyed our short PA experience. I would come back again!

My wife and I arrived Friday evening after getting some assistance getting into the house from the owner we were very happy and surprised with the location. The inside of the house was beautiful and well kept and the pictures did not do it Justice. The convenience of the bedroom hot tub was excellent as well as the outdoor Jacuzzi and sauna. Everything went great. If I had to complain about something it would be difficult but the only thing that we had a little concern about was the overwhelming a mount of tears that freely walk on the property and that entire neighborhood. Being from the city we were prepared to see deer in the early morning and the late evenings. However that has nothing to do with the beautiful property and super helpful and available owners. Will definitely look to visit this location again

My family and I stayed at this place for a long weekend in the Poconos. Before arriving, we received a laundry list of dos and don’ts — so many that I was even a bit nervous about staying there! With so many rules, I envisioned a spotless house, but we arrived just after Halloween to find candy wrappers from previous guests (and opened candy) scattered throughout the house. With a toddler on our trip, we had to clean up and vacuum to make sure he didn’t accidentally eat any of it. Also, there were quite a few dark hairs on the floors of all of the bathrooms and woven into the bath towels - pretty disgusting because none of us have dark hair. Aside from the cleanliness of the place, the property owner was nice and prompt in replying. The locale was excellent, although be cautious that the backyard is full of deer poop. Deer frequent the property, which is nice unless you’re planning to spend time in the yard. We didn’t end up trying the sauna or hot tub, because frankly, we were put off by all the rules associated with using them. Overall, not a terrible experience, but the instructions could be a less daunting and the cleaning crew could be vastly improved.

House met expectations. Everything worked well and had plenty of supplies. Only forgot the firewood, so had to go pick that up.

Home was spacious for the 6 of us. Sauna and hot tub were great to have after our day excursions of skirmish paintball, skiing and the casino which were nearby. Would definitely recommend.

Great place if you want to just relax in a cozy house with friends and family. Loved the sauna and the hot tub. Everything was well stocked such as linens, kitchen equipment etc. Would definitely recommend to anyone.

The property was exactly as described and as shown in the pictures. My family had a wonderful time. The local amenities were so convenient to the house. JT and Karen were so helpful and responsive. The house is large. We easily fit 7 people without feeling crowded. The kids had a wonderful time in the backyard.

Loved the jacuzzi and the backyard porch. Very nice and clean house. The area is very quiet and nice as well. Amazing spot because the beach was very close; also nature and wildlife was a great addition to the experience.
