The layout flowed very well on the main floor from the living room to the kitchen and dining room. Nice entrancewsy to put shoes and coats. Bedrooms were comfortable and had easy access to bathrooms except in the basement. Nice balconys and outside areas.

Peaceful retreat in a charming lake front commuity

We had a great time in this lovely home. Lots of room for the kids and the adults Very close to Peak n Peak for the snow activities. This was our 4th trip and by far nicest hone

We stayed for the weekend to go skiing with friends and family (14 people). The house has plenty of room, amenities, and activities for all. It was close to Peek n Peak resort (within 10 minutes). We had an amazing time!! The kids loved the game room and sauna. The host was amazing and responded to questions promptly and is super nice. I would recommend staying here and we plan to return.

Wonderful property. Huge with tons to do and be together or spread out. Even had a campfire near the water 2 nights! Everyone loved it. Mark (host) was very accessible and helpful. Would rent again for sure.

The house was perfect for our children and grandchildren coming together to celebrate our anniversary. The house was well appointed and kitchen well stocked. The location on the lake was beautiful. Unfortunately, the weather was cool and rainy but it didn’t dampen our trip.

This was a very large house right on the lake. You can can walk into the little town and it's 8 minutes from Peak n Peak. The owner checked in with us on the first day to make sure everything was okay and he provided his contact information in case we had any issues.

The area has great food places. Local shops with in walking distance of the home literally around the corner or across the street this was our second yr visiting the area and we will be returning next yr.

We had a wonderful time. Property just as described, great location, enough kayaks we could all go together. The only thing that would have made it perfect is if there was a bathroom in the basement for those staying in the bedroom down there. But that was really just a minor inconvenience. Findley Lake is beautiful!

Beautiful home. Great location. Easy communication with host. We had a wonderful week of water fun, camp fires, and ice cream. Our 4 & 6 year old grandsons loved every minute, and so did we. The house was well stocked and the owner replied promptly to any questions. It was a true pleasure.

Mark is a great host of an outstanding home away from home. The house is next to several antique stores and a wonderful little deli. Mark also recommended Alexander's a restaurant in walking distance and I completely agree with his recommendation. The house is completely furnished with the use of kayaks for everyone's enjoyment. The provided photos are spot on and gives a complete picture of the house and location.

Rented the house for a week. 4 of us the whole time, kids and grandkids popped in at different times. House is great, so spacious and well designed. Fishing and swimming out the back doors. Local shops were great. We will be back

This place is fantastic. Perfect location, the house is beautiful and extremely spacious. The set up is great for families with lots of fun things to do. I highly recommend it and host is very easy to work with.

House was great - more than enough space for everyone to spread out. Less than 10 minutes to Peak n Peek which made it convenient to go back and forth. Mark was very easy to get in touch with. Definitely eat at Pine Junction! The lake is beautiful. We'd love to come back in the summer.

Host was so nice and accommodating. House was huge and comfortable. Everything we needed for a wonderful stay was available. We didn’t get to enjoy the outside as it was snowing most of the time we were there, but will definitely be back in summer. Host even made sure to clear drive each morning so we could easily come and go with all the snow. Make sure to walk around the corner to the sub shop, really cool place. You can tell the home is well taken care of and loved. Thank you for a great stay!

We loved this property it was perfect for 4 families all ages had a great time very kid friendly house! It was close to the ski resort and amazing to come back to and relax and unwind. The host was amazing with fast responses and very helpful. We will definitely stay here again!

Was a great weekend for family fun!

We utilized this home for our wedding party. Nearly the entire wedding party stayed and we had a lot of extra beds! The home was extremely clean and had many amenities! The location is beautiful and made for amazing photos. The host allowed us to check in early, which was extremely helpful. He communicated with me throughout the stay. I’m extremely happy we picked this property and I recommend that you do as well!

From the views to the expansive space to the amazing proximity to town, this home is by far the favorite place we’ve stayed at Findley Lake.

The house was perfect for a gaggle of gals to meet up for pre-wedding relaxation! Our group of 15 fit very comfortably with a well equipped kitchen to offer a full staycation ability. The nearby restaurant was perfect for grabbing a meal together a local shops for meandering. Would definitely recommend staying here for a large family or friend getaway!

Great place with lots of room inside and out. Great for a nice relaxing weekend. Well stocked pantry, plenty of fire wood. Walking distance to restaurants, stores and marina to rent a boat if desired. Would definitely book this place again.

We loved our time here! The house was spacious, clean, and high quality without being pretentious. Very well taken care of. There were lots of games and easy access to kayaks. The property manager reached out at check in and check out, so communication was easy and welcoming. We would love to return.

We had an awesome week on the lake! The house is very spacious with great views of the lake and had everything we needed and then some. It was really nice that we didn't have to buy toilet paper, paper towels, coffee filters, ziplocs, foil/plastic wrap and other kitchen basics. I would recommend shopping after you take inventory. Great house for teens who like to hang out away from the parents, there were multiple rooms in the house where they could have parent free time and play games like ping pong, air hockey. We were able to get a pontoon which everyone loved..there are a couple places on the lake that you can rent from. We brought a couple bikes so we could bike 5 mile loop around the lake. Great restaurant in walking distance (or short paddle boat ride-you can dock across the street from the restaurant). Great views of sunsets from the balcony too. The guys did a little fishing off the dock, mostly sunfish but they had fun. Kids loved walking to the ice cream shop too. Spent lots of time floating in a tube with a cocktail in hand. Took a couple day trips: Presque Isle park and Panama Rocks / Bemus point (Ellicottville Brewing Company) for lunch. There is quite a bit to do around the area if you don't mind a 20-30 min drive. Host was very responsive if we needed anything. Would definitely stay again!
