The condo was clean and well supplied. It was convenient walking distance to the Rendezvous park. Really enjoyed our stay.

Dawn and Jeff’s place is so comfortable and welcoming. They were very good with communication both before and during our stay and answered all our questions promptly. Beds were comfortable, loved the little balcony and the decorative lights added to the ambience! Kitchen was well equipped. Perfect place to get away and enjoy some peace and quiet and yet a short walk to the event center for our festival. Couldn’t have asked for more! We’ll be back!

This is one of the best rentals my family has ever stayed in. It was a great layout for our family of four, and it felt spacious and comfortable. We had everything we needed, even all those little kitchen things that are often not provided, like coffee, sugar, spices; bathroom things like extra toilet paper, shampoo, body wash, and lotion; and fun things for the kids, like board games and a neat bunk bed setup. The clubhouse is nearby and fantastic, with a heated pool, three hot tubs, and even a large selection of books and dvds to borrow. We chose to drive to the skiing, and it’s only a couple of minutes down the road, with easy free parking (in the spring at least). A slight issue out of anyone’s control occurred, which was addressed immediately. We would love to find this condo again if we return to Winter Park!

Awesome condo with everything you need. Thoughtful amenities that made for a great weekend ski getaway. Ski locker on the deck, plenty of hooks to hang ski jackets, base layers and other miscellaneous. A great pool and hot tubs after a great day on the mountain, just a bus ride away. Will definitely stay here again.

Staying here was easy and relaxing. Dawn and Jeff sent over all the details in advance which was very nice. Our group of 4 adults felt the condo was comfortable and has everything one could need, even clever additions like a crockpot. The Lift shuttle picks riders at the base of property hourly throughout the day, download the Lift rider app for more information. Overall, this is a great place for group of 4-6 people to have a fun time around Winter Park.

This condo was perfect for our family ski vacation in Winter Park. Great location for getting to the slopes. The kitchen was well stocked for making breakfasts and dinners. Enjoyed the hot tubes in the evening after skiing (hot tubes are a short walk across the parking lot). The owner was great also. Checked in with us and provided information on road conditions. Highly recommend this property!

This was our fourth time in Winter Park and easily our best lodging experience. Dawn was a fantastic communicator. The condo was very cozy with many detailed amenities — little things you didn’t know you needed but appreciated you had them. Would definitely return.

The condo was perfect for the 5 of us. It has everything you would need. Plenty of space. Very close to the shuttle to Winter Park. Walking distance to town. I have never had such friendly hosts. Very responsive. Sent me information on literally anything we needed.

Dawn was hands down the best host I've ever booked thru. She was immediately responsive and sent the most comprehensive and simple to understand information throughout.
The condo was immaculate upon arrival, and accommodated all our needs. We thoroughly enjoyed being able to slide the balcony door open and enjoy the cool, crisp mountain air as well as a view of the forest. My wife and I would return to stay again without a second thought. Thanks Dawn and Jeff

We arrive to a very clean and well appointed condo located a short distance to great restaurants and shopping. We really enjoyed our stay especially the morning two moose causally walked by the deck out back! We will be back.

We had zero expectations for skiing but the booking of our condo was super important.
We needed a home away from home for a week and this condo was perfect, cozy, and clean. Location was ideal. After long days of skiing it was a great place to relax amenities were great including a clubhouse with indoor pool, sauna and hot tubs and we very much enjoyed them and was a great recovery! Dawn kept in contact and was available anytime we needed anything. Community was great as she checked in on us to ensure we had everything. We will book again!

Check in was a breeze and communicating with our host was painless! The condo was stocked with essentials, clean and near everything we wanted. Parking was always available and everyone staying around us was friendly too! I highly recommend this place and will be returning for our next trip!

Decided on short notice to getaway to WP for a couple nights with my teenage kids. Making the reservation was smooth and the property was as described. The place had everything we needed and then some. The free bus system is set up to to service the complex, which is nice, but make sure to check the schedule for your days in town as it varies greatly. The owners were great communicators and made sure everything went smoothly from start to finish. We will be back for sure.

The condo was clean, comfortable and had all of the amenities we needed for a ski trip. Dawn and Jeff communicated early and often, making us feel welcomed. They had many items that you’d need but not think of, like tissues. Kitchen spices, etc. would 100% recommend

The location and set up of the property is perfect. Kitchen is well equipped with anything you would need, comfortable living room and beds. The owners were incredibly nice and helpful. Relaxing Getaway

Winter Park Get-Away
Very nice two bedroom condo with everything you need for a stay. Clean and great location in proximity to Winter Park Ski Resort. The resort shuttle stop is located right at the entrance to the Beaver Village Condo. That is really helpful if you are in Winter Park on a winter weekend and don't want to take your car to the resort. The 2 bedrooms are configured well. Would accomodate a family with children or in our case, two couples. The owners were so helpful to us with our questions and they are easy to reach. Love the keyless entry. We will be back.

Excellent Winter Park Stay!
Dawn and Jeff's condo at Beaver Village was perfect for our stay. It was the right size for four adults and had everything we needed, we loved the fully equipped kitchen. Winter Park resort was right down the hill for winter activities. Dawn and Jeff are great at communicating and ensured our stay was great.

Ski Vacation
I rented this property in October and a week before I was supposed to go I had medical issues and was going to have to cancel the trip. I worked with the property owners and they were extremely accommodating and worked with me the entire way. It was a pleasure working with them and I can’t thank them enough. The place is clean and very nice! It is real close to the slopes and the family really enjoyed the town, skiing, and the accommodations! I highly recommend this property if you are going to Winter Park.

Amazing mountain get away
This condo was exactly what we needed for our weekend get away. The condo was spotless and had everything we could possibly want. It was a perfect size for our family of 5, with plenty of room. We played games, enjoyed the pool and spa, and took advantage of the nearby hiking trails.
Checking in and out was a breeze, and the communication with the property managers was excellent. We will definitely return.
