Kitchen and dining room floor marred with old tape from a previous carpet. Inadequate dining table and chairs for number of guests, sleeping 10. Sofa slip covers inappropriate for upscale rental. Poor lighting throughout the home. Sheets are so low quality that they kept coming off the mattress. Carpeting was dirty snd wrinkled. Overall, Disappointing for an upscale property. Wide-angle lens pictures gave a distorted view of the size of the interior of the property.

Lovely, large townhouse in the woods (with deer roaming in the backyard). With heated pool and nearby beach club, this is the perfect, year round spot for a family vacation!

The town house is clean and well equipped. Close to our favorite locations in Poconos: Boulder Field and Hickory Run. It was raining most of the time during our stay, but we still enjoyed.

Condo was perfect for our family. More than enough space. Owner was very organized. He gave us all the info we needed to be comfortable at the house. He was readily available to answer some questions that came up. Access to Beach Club a real bonus. Near to Lake Harmony, Split rock water park, Hickory Run State park and several good restaurants.

This is a great lake house in Lake Harmony- we stayed for my son's college graduation and it was the perfect size for my family. Home comes with a lot of amenities, and great communication from owners.

We had a very nice stay at the property on May 10-12, 2023. Jordan was extremely helpful and very quick to respond to any issues. At one point we smelled natural gas and let Jordan know. He made sure to contact all the appropriate people and got someone out to the house to resolve the issue as soon as possible. The carpet was dirty when we arrived and there were semi-wet towels in the dryer, but the house was clean otherwise. The bed in the basement was pretty uncomfortable from all the springs, but we slept well enough on it. We would stay here again.

What a great house! It was very clean, great location and we were able to bring our dog! Super close to Big Boulder and had a great view of the mountain as well. Having the linens and towels included was so helpful! The home was well stocked with all of the necessities so it made so easy to pack especially for a quick getaway. I would absolutely stay here again!

Lovely townhome in a beautiful neighborhood. Very close to Big Boulder and Split Rock. Convenient to many activities - water parks, tubing and skiing. Host was very quick to respond. Would definitely stay here again!

This property is clean and comfortable. So well equipped for our group of 8 adults and 2 infants. Jordan is a wonderful host, so responsive to all of our inquiries. Great location.

It was a well stocked house in a pretty neighborhood. The deer were friendly and there were lots of things to do if you were so inclined but it was just as nice just enjoying the setting on the deck. The owners were very responsive to any questions about the property or surrounding areas.

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The house was large enough to accommodate 5 adults, 2 children and our little yorkie. The house was pretty well stocked with most essentials and the beds were extremely comfortable. Short driving distance to the pool and lake, however, unable to go into the lake due to a drop off a few feet from the sand. Our family did enjoy the pool everyday, nearby water park and convenience to quaint restaurants. The outside deck overlooked the woods which made for a tranquil setting and the development was very quiet. Jordan was very friendly, easy to communicate with and check in was a breeze. We had a great, relaxing week at this rental property and the weather was perfect!

Great place for a quick weekend getaway. We booked last-minute, the process and communication were seamless. The condo was clean, had plenty of sleeping spaces and was well equipped. We would rent from Jordan again in the future.

This property has a great location even though the weather didn’t cooperate for skiing, we were able to take a nice walk to the Big Boulder ski area to check it out. The house had plenty of sleeping space and was very clean. Jordan was extremely helpful and responsive. Our family had a great time there!

We enjoyed a wonderful Thanksgiving weekend in Lake Harmony/Big Boulder. The property is in a great location We enjoyed local restaurants, hiking, and even a couple days of light snow. You can see the Big Boulder mountain trails from the back deck and probable upstairs, but we stayed on the first floor during our visit. We utilized the grill and the well stocked kitchen. The master bedroom on the first floor was comfortable with a new bathroom and plenty of storage. The house is pet friendly and offered a view of deer passing by that kept our dog entertained. The hosts provided a plethora of information on the property and surrounding area. We enjoyed our long weekend in the Poconos and appreciate the hosts attention to detail. Looking forward to our next visit!

Lovely clean property close walk to lake harmony and Big Boulder.

We had a great time on our weekend vacation. The house was great and had everything we needed, including linens, towels, toilet paper, paper towels, dishes, utensils, etc. I have never seen a more well-stocked rental! Jordan was extremely easy to work with and communication was great. We would definitely stay at this property again!

Came to the Poconos for a family get together with our children who live in Philly and Brooklyn. The house was very nice and we had plenty of room for 6 adults and a baby. Jordan was very helpful and responsive to any questions we had in our arrival and stay.

We had a great time and the property was close to everything we were planning to do. So cool to see dear roaming right outside the townhouse! A few minor things (couldn’t get dining light to work, fire alarm battery chirp) , but Jordan was extremely responsive and great to work with!

Immaculate, cozy, and great amenities. We loved this place. It was truly a great escape from the city with deer right in the backyard. The house was incredibly clean and comfortable. The local restaurants were great and the Boulder lake club was perfect for the kids. We would definitely stay here again.
