Great location! Our group was able to walk to and from Broadway. Would stay there again.

Property is within easy walking distance to Broadway and Printers Alley so very convenient. We had a guest in an electric wheelchair, so accessibility of the unit was very important to us, and this unit was great in that regard; all one level with no stairs or elevator needed for access, one large bathroom with open shower. Beds were very comfortable. Had everything we needed but would have been nice to have some bar soap provided in the bathrooms. There is no on-site parking, so we had to park in one of the nearby parking garages, which got expensive. Unit was very clean overall, but the area rug in the living room could use a good vacuum and steam cleaning. Would recommend and would stay here again.

We would stay here again!! Great location, clean, nice place!! Had a ceiling fan in one bedroom that wasn't working, I texted & it was fixed within a couple hours! Very happy with the place!

The location was fantastic! Close to restaurants, shops, Printers Alley and Broadway. Walked directly to Nissan Stadium and beautiful view of downtown skyline. Beds were very comfy but definitely take earplugs!!! You can hear everything through the walls from the neighbors to the outside traffic.

Location is what sets this property apart. Just a short walk away from Broadway, and only a couple blocks from corner groceries. It's set just apart from everything else, which means it's quiet with very little vehicle or foot traffic. Inside is clean, modern, and comfortable. Three bedrooms, two bathrooms, with fold out beds to allow for larger parties. We appreciated that it had both a coffee maker for grounds, and a nespresso machine with pods provided. Very quick communication with the owners - grateful for that. Thank you for letting us stay.

Our flight got delayed coming in. Communication was responded to immediately. Their email with all the info was very thorough, which made the process that much easier when arriving late. It was very clean and big enough for 6 to be very comfortable. The floor gets a little cold in January so slippers were helpful. Location was close to a convenience store for a few groceries. Which made for a nice quick breakfast. It could use a toaster but we just toasted in a frying pan - no sweat! Most cleaning essentials were there to keep tidy and check out procedures were very clear! 3 block walking distance to ANYTHING you want to do! We would stay again!!!

Everyone has a good time. Your place is decent but very noisy. You can here the cars n people like they are sitting in the living room.

Property was conveniently located for easy walking to downtown. Property was clean with nice space for 6 people. Only negative was the night time traffic and noise.

3 couples celebrated a 50th birthday in Nashville over Labor Day weekend. We stayed Thursday afternoon to Sunday afternoon. This location is truly ideal. We walked everywhere. Worth the price to be downtown (no need for a car).

Great condo in a wonderful location. Although parking is not included, there is plenty close by. After unloading the car, check out the underground parking structure across the street. A great place to stay!!

Great location! Communication was great! A toaster was needed.

Pros: • Comfortable beds; Plenty of blankets, bedding, towels, and folding chairs; Spacious sitting area with a kitchen area; Close to Broadway Street Cons: • Main building lock and interior lobby door lock: you need a code to access but they do NOT automatically lock once in building; you have to lock them after you are in the building – we learned this after the fact. If the folks in the other unit don’t lock them too when they left, then anyone from the street can walk in the building. Very frustrating. o A man followed us in at 1am… and we locked the interior door. He tried to unlock it for about 10 minutes, then left. Called 911. The police also tried our locks and stated they do not lock automatically like it states in binder. Again, very unsettling. • Locks were inconsistent with codes. Sometimes the codes worked easily. Other times we had to try and try to get in, which was extremely frustrating. • Bathroom (not master) shower only provided cold or scalding water. No in-between. Contacted owner who was very condescending in their reply. We asked for someone to take a look at the problem. Their reply ‘Thank you for letting us know’. Thus 4 of us had to use the master shower. We could have booked a hotel instead if we wanted that option. • Reply about shower and locks: o We have hosted thousands and thousands of guests. We have never had anyone have so many issues with the locks and now the shower. It pretty much works both ways. o If you have hosted that many guests, why so little 5 star reviews? People need to know what they are renting... • Noted in BINDER that is on foyer table (different than arrival email): o Locks: Ensure the main door and lobby door are locked when you leave during your stay and at check out. We did this every time; but the other occupants in the other unit did not! o The main door will automatically unlock during business hours for the dental office. All other hours the door will automatically lock. NOT TRUE!!! o Lobby and unit entrance also automatically lock when closed. If the door fails to lock, you will hear a loud beep. NOT THE CASE!!!!! o You state you would appreciate a 5 star review and to contact you if otherwise. We did contact you via email - but the results were not helpful. • Windows need valances in addition to the existing blinds • Streetlights shine in at night; one room had unlocked windows – glad we checked/locked it. Being on the first floor that is unsettling.

Spent a fun couple of days at this location.

Very clean. Beds were all very comfortable. Could use a toaster oven since there isn't an oven but all other appliances you would need are there. Would definitely stay again

Awesome property located right next to Nissan Stadium. Came in for the stadium series game and had a blast. Broadway and restaurants are close by and well within walking distance. Will definitely stay here again next time I am in town.

This is an amazing gem very close to Broadway. There’s a little store around the corner, and Printer’s Alley with some cool bars. The condo was clean, everything we needed for our stay. I would stay here again when we go back to Nashville!! Thank you for allowing us to stay here!

The only thing i will mention to negative is lack of oven for making food in the room - other than that its a perfect spot to stay in nashville for 6- to sleep 8 is a stretch with cushion roll outs unless children

Love a simple check in process. Had all the details to check in and where to park. Didn’t have to meet anyone or specific a time. Location was great. A little loud, but in the city, so expected. All details provided- Coffee, sugar, trash bags, wine (!) tide pods, DW detergent, soap, shampoo, games, books. Highly recommend.

Was a nice place easy to walk to all locations but didn’t like that had to keep the blinds closed due to people walking by and some of the homeless ha going out in the park across the syreet
