Easy check in and the place is very clean. The location is great and close to restaurants and other activities.

Ashley was so friendly, helpful & accommodating! My trip date changed and she allowed me to change dates without a penalty. Once in town, a bad ice storm was predicted to hit. She graciously allowed me to switch properties mid stay so I wouldn’t have to drive up/down a steep hill. The properties were both decorated so cute and everything was so clean! I would highly recommend renting from this friendly couple and will anytime I’m in the area!

The studio apartment with kitchen and bathroom was perfect for two adults. It was quiet, everything inside was nice, and located in a great spot right at the foot of the Talimena drive and nearby the town of Mema which has several restaurants and grocery stores.

Such a cute little place! We stayed just one night, but it had nice amenities with the kitchen and washer and dryer. It was very well done and super clean.

We have never stayed at a cleaner, more updated, bright and beautiful vrbo! The bed, pillows and sheets—super comfy! The decor and amenities—super cute and convenient. The owners, so accommodating and kind. The Talimenia Scenic Drive - 1 min away and gorgeous! The hiking—excellent for any age and ability. The Ouachita Brewery is great, but Mena is a small town, so if you're looking for great shopping, keep driving, but if you're looking for a cozy, cute and clean getaway with beautiful scenic views (especially in autumn) and great outdoor activities, this is your place! Thank you to the owners/hosts; they always answered immediately and provided everything we needed. Everything about the place was amazing, right down to the toilet paper!

This is a lovely converted carriage house on the edge of the Talimena Drive. The house was clean, the kitchen was great for making quick dinners and lots of cups of coffee. I am a tea drinker, so I purchased an electric kettle to make tea for my 20 oz mug, but other than that the kitchen was well equipped for vacation cooking. The bed was very comfortable and the neighborhood was quiet so we were able to sleep in and make a leisurely start to our days. The stacked washer and dryer came in handy after a short hike up the Talimena Drive as well as getting our clothes clean after a trudge around an acreage in Waldron. This place provided everything we needed for our trip to Mena. Thumbs up to the Picasso print in the kitchen.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay… Ashley was awesome to deal with and communicate with also. The apartment was clean and had everything we needed. We hope to return this Fall and stay again to view the foliage.

We were in Mena for a short getaway and wanted accommodations conveniently located to hike the local trails. This place fit the bill. Also close to all the shops and restaurants in downtown Mena. The property was very clean and nicely decorated. It had all the amenities we needed and then some. We loved having a deck with a view of the woods to sit and drink our morning coffee. Highly recommend and will definitely stay here again next time we’re in the area. .

Great location great stay

Great host and location. I have to travel for work and this is always my little home away from home when in the area. Perfect spot for anyone wanting to explore Mena and do some riding in the parks. I hope to for me and husband at some point for some riding versus working.

This studio was clean, quiet and comfortable. The back deck overlooking the forest is lovely. It is a good location for accessing some of the many hiking trails in the surrounding area, taking in the views off the Talimena Scenic Drive or checking out the town of Mena.

Great little spot for work or play. I have stayed on two occasions and have always had everything I needed.

We had a wonderful time using this as our base to visit Hot Springs, the Talimena scenic byway and Wolf Pen Gap ATV trails. Ouachita Coffee Roasters was a great morning and evening stop!

The apartment was just as beautiful as in the pictures. There was nothing missing! The outdoor area in the back was perfect in the morning and in the afternoon/evening! It was the perfect retreat!

I had a wonderful quick overnight stay. Communication was great. The room was very clean. There was even music turned in for my arrival. I will definitely return.

My wife and I stayed for a weekend and we must have accidentally picked the best stay in Mena because this place was phenomenal! Very thoughtful touches such as light classical playing as we entered. Super convenient self check-in/out. Every amenity was clean and top notch quality. The downstairs has a back patio which is great for drinking coffee and relaxing in the morning while listening to the birds. I couldn't have asked for a more relaxing and enjoyable stay!

We visit Mena frequently, and have stayed in different areas, different VRBOs, and this is one of the nicest. Very close to town, but you feel as though you are out in the country! The back deck, which overlooks the national forest, was a great place to drink our morning coffee, and watch the sun rise. This is a very clean studio with a fully equipped kitchen, stacked washer and dryer in a roomy bathroom that has a great shower, nice towels and linens, and a very comfortable king sized bed. This could be a nice comfy place for a long term stay. The hosts are very gracious, and are easily reached if there is any type of problem. We will be returning to stay in this studio, and we highly recommend staying here.

Precious little apartment with everything you need. Turn left and you are minutes from downtown, turn right and you are in the state park with gorgeous views!
