The camp is new and very clean. It’s located in a great location for fishing the area.

Beautiful space with lots of room for our grandkids. Loved the downstairs ice machine, cleaning area and patio seating.

Rented on VRBO all over the US many times over the last 2 decades. Rented in Hackberry area before as well. This is one of the top notch rentals I've ever experienced!! Will be our go to place for Hackberry from now on. The house, the cleanliness, the communication with the owner....all PERFECT. They have every detail taken care of. Can't wait to stay here again

would've been more enjoyable if souvenir shops and or entertainment/ pool in the area.,but overall the stay was comfortable

This was our second time staying here. We love it. The home is very clean and smells so nice. All the little extras are there for you if you need them. Indoor and outdoor. Nice quiet neighborhood. It is only about 20 minute from the beach and the beach is so nice. Not crowded and clean. The check in and out process was super easy with this place. The communication is top notch. The beds are comfy. I have nothing bad to say about this place. Do yourseld a favor and book today!

Fun area

As being the founder of Gulf Coast Bronco Association we organized a Holly Beach Bronco Bash to benefit Wheeling for a cause foundation which benefit a disabled veteran. I found this cute place to stay and it was fantastic. Only 15 minutes from Holly Beach and in a very nice quiet area. We will definitely be back.

This is our second time staying, and we will be back again. We plan to make this trip once a year and this is the place we are choosing to do it at! Everything you need is there, its clean and the neighbors are always so nice!

The home was very nice and clean. Only one problem, no ice. Ice make of refrigerator was not working.

House was very well stocked, a true home away from home. Enjoyed the convenience of having a boat launch right across the street, made it easy to launch and park the truck right back at the camp. When I asked about the check in instructions and address they were very quick to respond. Plenty of room for us (5), the beds were so comfortable and the decor was adorable.

This rental is so nice and convenient to the water. It has everything you need, super clean and decorated very cute. The outdoor space is perfect! The owners are amazing and go above and beyond to answer questions, super helpful.

This house itself had everything we needed. The kitchen, bathroom and bedrooms had everything down to shampoo, paper goods, coffee. The property is not on the water and does not have access to a fishing spot other than a small portion of water across the street which is a boat ramp. If you have a boat then this is the excellent place to rent. My kids ended up walking to other properties and fishing off their dock. The downstairs has a very nice kitchen with everything you need to boil seafood. We boiled crawfish one day and it was fun. The beach is not close. Closest beach is Holly Beach half hour away. There aren’t any good restaurants or anything like that close by. Lake Charles is about half hour away for shopping and eating out. Again the house itself is fantastic. (Except for the fridge ice maker that needs some work as it is very loud, enough to make one wake up from sleep in the middle of the night.) The owner is super responsive and the check in and check out are all easy. House also had board games and such we enjoyed with the kids during cold front. If you’re looking for a relaxing stay AND have a boat, this is the place to pick :)

This property was simply beautiful and super clean. We enjoyed our one night getaway. Quick drive to Holly Beach and nice, peaceful neighborhood to relax with no worries.

What a relaxing stay! The property was very clean. The owner was very organized and we had everything we need to boil shrimp one night and make steak and potatoes on the grill the next night. Beds were very comfortable. We will be back.

Booking and check-in couldn’t be easier. The house was clean and the location is perfect. The private boat ramp across the street is so convenient. The house was well stocked with coffee and everything you need for a weekend of fishing. Also, it was so nice to have our family dog tag along with us on the trip.

Overall the property was great Hard to find with directions that were a little off. Very nice overall. The location wasn’t what we would want normally but knew that going in. Great to fish etc or just stay and relax. Great owner and facility.

We stayed Aug 10th-14th for a family getaway and a lil salt…. We fished and crabbed… the house is very nice and fully stocked only need groceries…. The boat ramp is across the street so it was nice and convenient…. The ice machine came in handy and fridge downstairs is an awesome bonus. We boiled crab we caught and 20lbs fresh shrimp straight off the boat! We will definitely be back to this lil gem!!! Thanks for a great stay the Temples

I was very impressed with the cleanliness of the place. Water is right there so made for good fishing and convenience. We will be going back.
