My family of three spent a long weekend at the cabin and had a fantastic stay. Aleksandar was an attentive and responsive host as soon as we locked in our reservation. The cabin was clean and well stocked. The addition of travel toiletries in each room was an unexpected by nice touch. Beds were comfy and cozy. We took advantage of the hot tub and fire pit each night and enjoyed relaxing under the stars. There are not a lot of options for dining out in the immediate area, but we recommend checking out the Lake Anna Taphouse. There's a lovely courtyard right on the lake with ample space to spread out and enjoy some brews and snacks. The community beach was easy to access and we enjoyed using the paddle board and kayak. We highly recommend this property and hope to return next year!

Place is awesome, the deck, hot tub, location all makes it very easy to unwind and connect with those that truly matter.

There’s a lot to like about this property. Aleksandar was very communicative and quick to respond. It’s about a 10-minute walk inside a gated community to a private beach. The house itself has ample outdoor space with a firepit, hot tub, grill, paddle boards, and kayak. That’s good because there isn’t too much to do in the surrounding area, but the lake is the attraction here. It was very clean; linens, towels, and cleaning supplies were all provided. There is a washing machine, but I would love to see a dish washer installed in the future. Somethings that I wanted to note for future stays: I agree with previous reviewers that “Sleeps 10” would be uncomfortable with just one bathroom and the sleeping situation; I would say 6 max. Most of the space belongs to the outdoors so the indoor could get cramped. There are multiple outside ring cameras that aren’t noted in this listing. They do overlook potentially sensitive private areas like the hot tub. It is outlined in in alternative website listings I saw with Aleksandar saying that they are turned off during stay. All in all, would definitely recommend and hope to be back!

We rented the home for a small college reunion and Alex was more than accommodating. It’s perfect for small to mid-size gatherings and weekend getaways. The home is fairly quaint, so you will have to use a provided air mattress for a larger group. The outdoor spaces are great, particularly the private neighborhood beach which is just down the street (a better alternative to the state park). We particularly enjoyed the fire pit in the evenings, with provided dry firewood. I could not recommend this more and would gladly stay again!

Only draw back was that this house is listed for up to 10 people which I don’t agree with. The max I’d say would be 6 people comfortably. The host was gracious and provide additional air mattresses so we made 7 people work. I couldn’t imagine squeezing 3 more people in here...especially with one bathroom. Fortunately, we came for the location. This place would best be suited for 2 small families or 1 family with several kids.

This was the perfect place for our family of four. We were visiting friends in the area who live on Lake Anna so we wanted something close by but didn’t need direct access to the lake ourselves. This well maintained, very clean home was tastefully decorated and had everything we needed. It was perfect for a relaxing evening after a dinner out at a local restaurant. We had a blast sitting by the fire without the noise of the city life and it felt secluded. The besides were so comfortable and everything was just as advertised. Thanks for the stay!
