Really clean and the beach cool😊👍

We really enjoyed our stay. The condo was very nice with updated appliances and provided the little details often overlooked. The locker with chairs and umbrellas was also a very nice attribute. Great location and not too busy.

We have stayed in this unit 3 times and plan on coming back. We have stayed other places but keep coming back here because of the cleanliness and nice set up. Definitely our favorite on Marco. Anyone wondering if it will be nice, it will be!

This is a great condo. Tons of room. Decent beds. Good kitchen. Amazing balcony and view. Can’t really be beat. I would absolutely book here again. Cons. Construction going on every day. The locker is in dire need of a wagon to transport beach supplies to and from the beach. Especially if you have a family and want to bring chairs, umbrellas, and toys. None of these cons would prevent me from booking again. Thanks.

Overall, we loved staying at Somerset. It was great location close to everything and right on the beach. The communication with the property managers were excellent and the room was very clean. I would only offer two small suggestions, the bed was a little soft and it would be wonderful to have a beach cart to carry everything in :) However, with that being said the room was super nice and we would definitely stay again.

Pictures and description of condo are accurate. This place is very clean and well-kept. The views of the ocean are gorgeous and the balcony is awesome. The kitchen is fairly well-stocked with dishes, utensils, and the like. It doesn't have everything (I recall having a problem baking pizzas) but it's pretty good. It has a washer and dryer which came in handy. The beds are quite firm which you may like but we did not. The TV's are fine, and they can stream, but the wifi speed and distance were mediocre so there was occasional buffering, and slowness especially on the balcony. Access to the beach was fairly easy if our hands weren't full, though access is limited by two locked gates, good for security I suppose but it was annoying as we rarely had empty hands. The locker contained a number of items useful at the beach, but unfortunately they were lacking. No caddy is provided so you have to carry all the chairs, umbrella and what-not to and from the beach each day. Many people had a caddy so it was very disappointing that we didn't have one. The umbrella was quite small, maybe ok for two people but for a family of four or five, half or more will be in the sun. No shovel is provided so it is difficult to install the umbrella. We borrowed one on one day and found it much easier. The owners really should provide a caddy and shovel as these would greatly reduce the amount of work required (this is vacation, after all) and little expense. Overall, a nice place to stay. The beach was unnecessarily too much work each day and the beds were uncomfortable, but we would consider staying here again.

We stayed the week before Christmas and it couldn't have been better. Clean condo on the beach. Included beach chairs and cooler. We will be back.

Loved the condo, nicely furnished. Fabulous view, good location. Arrived all by myself and as a woman traveling alone I wished there had been someone at the gate. Really my only complaint was not enough security. But that said, I would definitely rent there again!

Communication with management was simple. Condo was in an excellent spot. Absolutely great location. Walked with family to several dinners. Would stay again.

Great place if you’re looking for quiet and a beachfront view. Has everything a family of 4 or 5 would need. We enjoyed the view every morning and the walks on the beach. We liked the locker with beach supplies and the outdoor pool. Great communication from the manager, able to quickly answer questions and great check in/out instructions. Highly recommend this property and would stay there again.

We loved staying at the Sommerset Condo, the location was excellent. Being able to walk right out to the beach and pool was fabulous. The locker had everything we needed for the beach. The unit was much bigger than I thought and we really enjoyed it. It was great!

The first thing we noticed was how clean the condo was! Check in was super easy, and plenty of parking. The condo was stocked with everything, from the coffee maker to the extra trash bags. This was our second stay in this unit and it won’t be our last, very nice condo!

We enjoyed our visit to Marco Island and our stay at the Somerset. Everything went perfectly. The host communicated with us well and recommended places to eat. The condo is right on a beautiful beach but within walking distance from shops and several restaurants. It is spacious, feels like new and has a big balcony with a nice view of the beach. We would definitely return.

This is a great location. Short walk to the beach, shops and several restaurants are just a short walk away Had a small hiccup when we arrived but Katalina responded immediately and resolved the issue. The condo was in a great location. Steps to the beach, everything needed for the beach is provided. Very nice and updated. Great balcony for viewing the sunsets. I would definitely stay here again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our week - most days were spent grabbing beach chairs & umbrella (from the 1st floor storage unit) and sat on the beach! Condo is very clean, so well equipped, very spacious, furnishings are beautiful, and primary bed was very comfortable. Management is very responsive to answer any/all questions. Highly recommend and we look forward to returning.

This was our first time doing a 'longer-term' rental (recently retired). We're from Michigan and wanted to be out of the cold for a period of the winter. After a lot of searching (VRBO and others) we settled on Somerset (402). Everything was great to excellent. Location, with no question, was excellent. While we had a car, there was easy walking to restaurants. We also walked 5-6 miles on the beach nearly every morning (two storms interfered a couple times). We eat in the condo for many dinners and every breakfast/lunch. The kitchen is adequately stocked (as someone noted in another review - who wants to cook while on vacation). The bedrooms are in very good condition as is the living room. The balcony is great with very good seating and the views are incredible. We sat on the balcony nearly every day (exception were the couple storms) for most of the afternoon (good balance of shade and sun as long as you move around). We had no negatives for the stay... the host was incredibly responsive, which made the stay even more enjoyable. We highly recommend Somerset and unit 402.

Amazing view, great location, very nicely furnished.

Everything was as advertised. We loved the location and the ocean views. The management was easy to work with. Only recommendations are wagon for beach gear and better mattresses and pillows.

We had a wonderful stay at Somerset 402. The oceanfront balcony expands the entire length of the unit and was great for watching sunsets. Both the unit and property were very clean. We appreciated the direct beach access which was never crowded and the storage locker that had all the beach supplies one would need. Great restaurants and water activities are just a few minutes drive away. Friendly hosts made the check in process a breeze. The unit was exactly as described and we would definitely book again.

The place was very nice, clean and updated. The pool was really warm, and we could walk to a lot of delicious restaurants.
