The house was exactly as described in listing but even more beautiful in person. It sat on a shallow river that was great for hanging in and a 5 minute walk to a super cool swimming hole. We lucked out with weather but still used the game room that had darts, pool and a great gaming set up. Highly recommend.

This house had everything we needed and wanted in a ski getaway. The property was so much fun for exploring. The home was so clean, all the tools we needed in the kitchen, hot tub spa area was perfection, the game room had something for everyone! A truly wonderful experience

Wonderful Family Friendly House.
When we saw this house online we thought it must be great. When we arrived we were blown away, the house was perfect for our family of 6 and pup, 5 min from Stratton and super clean. Another bonus was the night sky, we had clear nights with no moon and got some spectacular views we could never see where we live near NYC.

The house was so big, with so many amazing rooms, that we didn't even realize there was more to the house until the next morning.

This was by far the cleanest and nicely decorated homes I have ever rented! Besides the great location just minutes from Stratton, the home had everything a family needs to have the best vacation ever. Everything is just as the owner lists, if not better! The kitchen has every tool you need, the bedrooms and all bathrooms are immaculate and the bedding is superb. Then you have all the fun stuff...Xboxes, hot tub, sauna, poker table, antique pool table and the best surround sound ever! If the snow wasn't so nice at Stratton this weekend I could have stayed in the house and had a great time. I highly recommend!

An Unforgettable Vacation
We rented this house for a 4-night ski getaway at Stratton Mountain. This house is amazing- beautifully appointed, spacious, comfortable, fun and functional. We were 6 adults and 2 children under 3. There was more than enough room to spread out or come together. Every night we spent playing pool or cards in the "man cave" followed by watching a movie on the huge screen with surround sound, cozying up on the comfy couch in front of the gas fireplace. The hot tub and sauna in the "spa" were welcomed therapies after a day on the slopes. The house is a quick drive to the Sun Bowl at Stratton. It sits on a very nice piece of property, with a babbling brook! Chris, the owner, couldn't have been more attentive, quickly replying to all my messages. He was great to work with. We will definitely rent this house again!!

Most Amazing House!
This was by far the cleanest and nicely decorated homes I have ever rented! Besides the great location just minutes from Stratton, the home had everything a family needs to have the best vacation ever. Everything is just as the owner lists, if not better! Then you have all the fun stuff...Xboxes, hot tub, sauna, poker table, antique pool table and the best surround sound ever! House has it all
Great house- very clean and has everything you need (especially for cooking). We only left the house to ski. The man cave room and spa were awesome! Thanks for having us!

Excelente trip!
Really nice house. Perfect for teenagers, our kids loved the game room and pool/snooker room, all TV streaming capacities. Lovely rooms and heated beds were fantastic! The monopoly limited edition does provide a nice game night and loved the modern art in the walls! Chris was a great manager and always available for questions! We will come back!

An amazing house in an amazing location.
Our stay at Jamaica couldn't have been more fantastic. The house was spotlessly clean and had every amenity you could ever want in a vacation property. The hot tub and sauna were great, the beds were comfortable and the furniture seemed brand new. The fire place was perfect and the kitchen had every possible utensil you would need to cook great meals (which we did). Chris was a great host and answered any questions we had. We were only 5 minutes from Stratton Mountain where we snow shoed and rented cross country ski's. We were 5 minutes to the town of Jamaica. Within 20 minutes there were great places to visit like the Vermont Store as well numerous small town bakeries, art galleries, etc. We will be back.

RELAX, UNWIND, PARTY, REJUVENATE
Christopher is a fantastic host who is very quick to respond and answer questions. The property is amazing! The river sounds are so relaxing as well as the hot tub and sauna. We did it all...went hiking, played pool, played poker, sat by the fire, danced and cooked great meals! Love the extra touches like the fondu pot!
