The condo was clean and beautifully decorated. We had four adults and two children in our party and there was plenty of room for us all. Just far away enough from town so as not to be bothered by traffic sounds but close enough to get to all the attractions we had planned within 5, 10, 15 minutes. The view of Lake Hamilton was nice and peaceful and watching the array of boats across the water was enjoyable. ( The only thing I would critique would be a couple views from our balcony was obscured by a couple of the trees by the front row condos. If they could have been topped/trimmed down, that would have helped, but I'm sure the owners have no control over that. ) The fireworks show and pool was a big hit with the grandkids! Check in and out was a breeze. The condo supplied us with tons of amenities, we lacked nothing. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and recommend it. Randy and Amie C.

This was the perfect, peaceful spot for our girls' weekend. The condo was very clean and beautiful; it had all of the amenities you didn't know you needed! It truly felt like home. The lake view was so nice to wake up to each day. The location was convenient to everywhere we went; it's a short drive to Oaklawn and not too far from downtown. It was a little chilly to enjoy the lake, but I'm sure it would be the perfect spot for time on the lake, too! David was easy to communicate with and very flexible. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

This condo is minutes drive from everything in Hot Springs. It is comfortable and provides the perfect landing pad for a family looking to enjoy the area. The home was well stocked and thought of everything we could need to make our stay convenient! We will definitely book here again!

We enjoyed the property and it fit us perfectly! We loved the location, the included boat slip, and the access to the pool! We grilled almost every night, and enjoyed games around the table. We definitely recommend this property for a great stay on Lake Hamilton!

This is a great condo. It’s ideally located close to everything, and across the water from Fisherman’s Wharf. Very spacious l, and decorated with “lake” decor…perfect patio for morning coffee!

My wife and I had a wonderful time here. Everything about the property was fantastic. Check-in process was simple, the place was very clean, and the view was awesome. Also, the location is a plus - you get the lake views along with the convenience to explore downtown or visit the national park trails. 10/10 would recommend staying here!

Our family enjoyed our vacation over the Thanksgiving Holiday! We stayed a week and our only complaint was we wish it was longer! Condo was perfect, in a great location, and clean! David was very easy to communicate with! We definitely will be back and can’t wait to stay here again! 10/10 recommend!

The property was nice and quiet. Great views. Condo was clean and comfortable. We celebrated my husbands 65th birthday. We really enjoyed all the condo has to offer. Would definitely stay again.

We loved our weekend in Hot Springs! This was a very clean condo with all the amenities you could ever want! Special touches everywhere, even for our pup! We will return soon!

We just needed a weekend getaway and this place was perfect for us and the other couple that traveled with us. Honestly, we didn't spend a whole lot of time there as we had plenty planned for our stay, including the horse races, shopping downtown, and eating out. The view was beautiful and so was the condo! Everything was well stocked and checking out was a breeze! The only problems we encountered which, weren't that big of a deal for us, is that we had trouble with the living room TV not connecting and the community's hot tub was not heating. That all could've been user error and didn't deem it that important to contact the owner. Next time we visit, we're definitely going to try to stay here again!

The home was warm and inviting, with beautiful views. The elevator enabled smooth senior schlepping. ;-) Everything you could want in a worry free relaxing retreat!!

Highly recommend this condo! This is the cleanest rental I’ve ever stayed in. Loved it. Location is amazing, view of the lake, gated community, quiet, plenty of room to spread out. They have everything you need and we hope to come back!

The location is great overlooking the lake and was very clean and everything was at the location as described in the property listing. A Great place to visit. Close to the attractions in Hot Springs area while being a quiet and peaceful lake setting.

Spent our fall school break in Hot Springs. Property was as advertised and more. Access was easy and completely contactless. The condo was perfect for my husband and I and our 15 year old.
