Needs cleaning and updated

Great location, very comfortable

Our family appreciated this home was close to our uncle home for the Celebration of Life. When we realized that the coffee maker was missing the ground part of the maker the owner replaced it the same day. We were told that the house had not been rented in 6 months and that was why it was dusty. The manager was apologizing for the state of the house.

Outstanding home with every amenity and attention to detail. Will definitely stay again. A bargain!

We were overall satisfied. Any problems ranged from minor to none at all. The carpets are in bad shape (obvious spots in several rooms) that we felt the need to comment on right away so as to not worry about being held responsible for them. The ice maker in the refrigerator freezer compartment does not work properly. The family room TV has a terrible picture for this day and age; definitely not HDTV. Having said that, the house itself and the neighborhood are lovely. Visitors here will definitely need a car since nothing is in walking distance, but that is to be expected. It is about two miles to West Bell Road which has about every kind of service you would need from gas stations to restaurants. Very close to several good golf courses. We loved our stay and would stay here again.

The home was spacious and gave us plenty of room. I was there with my 93 year old mother and my daughter. The only downfall of the property is the bed linens were old and worn And scratchy and towels were old. No TVs in bedrooms and that’s an issue if you are use to having that background noise to fall asleep. But the neighborhood is clean and quiet and shopping is close. We were happy with the accommodations.

The house was great, clean, nice location, The hot water, was not hot.

This is a nice property. It needs minor updating. A very quiet neighborhood. Plenty of room but a little cluttered. The manager got back to us right away if we had a problem.

This is a lovely house....

This was the second time we rented this property. Spacious, well appointed and the neighborhood is quiet and very well kept. Shopping is close by with everything needed to make our stay comfortable and less stressfull. Mary Ann and Teresa are fantastic to work with. Together, they made our stay in the West Valley pleasurable.

We really did enjoy our time in the west valley. The house at 13022 W. Peach Blossom Dr. was fantastic. So much ..that Hilda wants to buy it or another one like it. The house is appointed to a point of comfort where you do not have to walk on eggshells worrying about this or that. We were very comfortable in the home and neighboorhood. People on the street were friendly and offered much insight into life in Sun City West.. We will certainly request this house on our next visit.
