Great location! Great views.

Great 4 night stay in Blois. Location was perfect - easy walk into centre and the castle. Lovely view of the Loire from the lounge and just the right amount of space for a family of 4

Amazing house with a wonderful view of the Loire. Very close to the city centre and attractions. Lovely parks and bike rides. Parking very close by and no problems finding a space. We were able to watch fireworks for Bastille day from our windows!

Great stay. House was very nice. It was large and had everything one would need. Location is very convenient to all the attractions in Blois. Parking was easy, close and free.

Four of us stayed here for a week in May, 2023. Great location for walking the old streets of Blois as well as a base for touring the Loire Valley. Lovely garden with gorgeous roses! Well-equipped kitchen and utilities. All appliances worked including the washer and dryer. Handsome antique furnishings and comfortable beds. Recommended!

When you are in the living room, it is like floating on the river. Close to all attractions and good restaurants. Parking is not guaranteed, but we had no problem parking within a block. The place is spacious and the private garden is a real luxury. The dryer is slow but works. Kitchen is well appointed. Overall, a great place at a very good price.

The apartment is in a good location we could easily walk to the Blois Royal castle and many restaurants, we had a car and parking was easy. The street noise was not an issue as has been mentioned in previous reports.

We had a great stay in Blois. We had good communication with the rental. The location is fantastic for historic Blois. You have a river view and free parking by the river if needed. You have 3 levels basement has the washing machine. We had linens provided. The beds were fine. The shower can be a bit slippery fyi. We did need to purchase hand soap, laundry soap and toilet paper during the stay as not much was there. I did throw away some moldy bread that was left and one of the space heaters had something in it that caught fire. We informed them of this issue and did not use it again. The internet code shows when you hit the i button the second time or scan the qr code. Those were the only issues. There were not any check out instructions so I just tried to leave the place as I found it. Cleaned the dishes and accumulated laundry. Things that would be helpful: wifi instructions, instructions on the home heating system, local recommendations, grocery store recommendations, etc. We did find a larger grocery store across the bridge.

Excellent! The house is next to downtown shopping/eating/walking area. The house itself is perfect for 4 people and the sitting room upstairs has a fabulous view. Patrice was wonderful to deal with and I highly recommend it. Enjoy Blois and the surrounding area.

We had a wonderful stay in this home. The location is perfect for exploring Blois. The Saturday market was very close and nice. The house has most of what you will need. 15 euro for each set of sheets needed seems a bit high but we needed sheets. It also seems like there is no heat in the house so it was quit cold. But over all, very nice!

This was one of the nicest places we have ever stayed. The views, the space, the quality of the building and furnishings were superior. We enjoyed our time here immensely. Patrice was responsive and accommodating. It would have been perfect with more thorough cleaning.

We stayed four nights in Blois during our recent visit to the Loire Valley. The location proved ideal for trips to Chambord, Cheverny, Chenanceau, and, of course, Blois. Property is as well-appointed as it is well-situated. Two separated bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, a full kitchen, a lovely walled garden which is an ideal spot to enjoy your morning coffee, or an evening glass of wine, and a gorgeous lounge upstairs with views of La Loire. (We threw the windows open and let the air circulate when temps rose above 85 degrees F - and the breezes were a delight. Free parking is available down the street, and many good restaurants are within walking distance, not to mention stores, market, etc. WiFi was patchy in the downstairs bedroom, but perfectly fine elsewhere in the unit. We did not experience any issues with traffic noise whatsoever. Perhaps that was because we live in an urban area - but I don’t think it would bother anyone horribly. I would stay here again in a heartbeat and don’t hesitate to recommend it for your next trip to the Loire area.

Excellent location. The apartment is surprisingly large for 4 people. Excellent views to the river and close to a number of excellent restaurants. If you are lucky to be there on a Saturday, don’t miss the market. It is only 2 minutes away from the apartment. The only issue is parking. Be prepared to search and pay for parking or park in a public lot that is about a 7 minute walk.

We originally reserved this property for 2 nights but fell in love with it (and the city immediately) and asked to stay for a third night. Patrice was very responsive. It is an lovely property with a fabulous garden. It is walking distance to everything good. Thank you!

The property has a beautiful view of the Loire and a lovely garden terrace. Our family of five was comfortable and grateful for the excellent location. A highlight of our trip. No air conditioning, but there was a cool breeze from the river across the street. Free public parking 400 meters away.

Description of some elements were poor, there was no onsite parking, no mention of linen change at time of booking but told after payment a fee of €15 was payable per bed but was waived.later when queried. On a positive note, great location, good restaurants near by, good small walled outside space overlooking back of Chateau. Nice views overlooking the river. House very suitable for 2 couples , 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Great kitchen area, anything you need for self catering. We had a great stay and would certainly recommend.

Best choice for visiting all the Château’s from Orléans to Tours riverside the Loire or nearby. You‘ll find two bedrooms, two bathrooms and a big kitchen in the basement with all the equipment you need to cook for your family. Come over and take the chance to learn some France history!

We arrived at the house on a busy Saturday afternoon during a Christmas market, but Patrice met us, explained the apartment and parking locations, both free and paid, and then left us to explore the town. Location was a plus, the trash truck was noisier than the traffic, but I can see how that could be an issue during the summer months. Patrice was a great host, returning with items that were needed and providing instructions by text when we were unable to process the WiFi password correctly (it is so long). Washer and dryer were used and appreciated, but not speaking French, it would have been handy to have some brief English instructions. Loved our morning jogs along the waterfront and trips to the Chateaux’s were convenient from Blois. Definitely would return to this apartment on a return trip to Blois.

Location spacieuse, très bien équipée, idéalement située pour visiter Blois et ses environs à pied ou à vélo!!! Nous avons passé un agréable séjour!

Very nice overall. There was a lot of traffic noise which we knew about from past reviews. There were a lot of bugs outside and it was warm so we left the windows open and had to deal with them. Would have been nice to have a few fans in hot weather.

La localisation dans Blois est idéale. Mais la situation en bord d'une route à grande circulation engendre de nombreux passages de voitures. C'est dommage car le logement est agréable et joliment aménagé.

La maison est super! Nous y avons passé un excellent séjour, elle est très bien située et la vue est top. Nous y retournerons avec grand plaisir.
